Yoga Anatman: The Art of Self-Expression and the Game of the Divine

Yoga Anatman: The Art of Self-Expression and the Game of the Divine

This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of September 19, 2026, a gentle Saturday morning in which expression, creativity and embodiment revealed themselves as the secret faces of the divine within us.

There are mornings when the mat becomes an artist’s studio. When every stretch releases a color, every breath sketches a line. On this Saturday, September 19, the session opened like a blank canvas — and the brush was you. ✨

Two and a half months of steady practice for many of you. It’s no longer a practice, it’s hygiene, like taking a shower. And within this quiet Saturday rhythm, something new slipped in: the realization that we came here to create. 🌱

What if your life were your masterpiece?

Let’s ask the question another way. What are you doing there, on that mat, at eight in the morning, breathing, stretching, welcoming? You may think you’re practicing yoga. But what if you were actually painting your life?

Alexandre put it with that disarming simplicity that always hits home: “I came here to create my life.” There it is, the morning elixir, the golden drop placed on the tongue of consciousness. 💫

And behind that sentence, a whole world opens up: the gameplay of the video game of existence, conscious walking backwards, free pleasures, expression through sound, the mystery of the Non-Self expressing itself through you. Follow the golden thread. 🕊️

The morning teaching

This Saturday’s elixir bears a luminous name: expression. It crowns an entire week devoted to this theme, a natural extension of the teachings on the TCR (Theory of the Creation of Reality) and the intention of the heart. ✨

Alexandre explains it with crystal clarity: after intention comes positioning — I position myself in relation to others, to life, to events. But it doesn’t end there. And this is where it gets really interesting. I express myself. 🌱

“Once I’ve set the intention and once I’ve positioned myself, it isn’t over. I’m going to — and this is where it gets interesting — I’m going to express myself.”

Expression is the third movement of the creative gesture. Without it, intention remains sterile and positioning remains theoretical. Expression is the breath that turns an idea into embodied reality. 💫

Then the mantras follow one another like pearls on a string: “I allow myself to express everything I see and everything I feel.” Then: “Gratitude for expressing all the beauty I see.” To express yourself is also to fall in love with beauty — the beauty outside and the beauty within. 💖

Then comes the question that opens the abyss: “Who or what is actually expressing itself?” At first, it’s the identity — the I, the me, what I believe myself to be. But at some point, in surrender, a channel mode opens. And then it is the divine, being, the soul, life, the universe that expresses itself through this body, this voice, this frequency. 🌟

“There is a mode of surrender, a ‘channel’ mode, so to speak, in which it is the divine, being, the soul, life, the universe that expresses itself through this body, this voice, this frequency.”

These are the great artists. The great inventors. Bach catching melodies in the high vibrational realms. Scientists receiving their intuitions. The artist isn’t the one who invents — it’s the one who lets it flow through. 🕊️

Alexandre then shares the very first quote he ever received, in August 2010, in a restaurant: “Art makes the divine within us vibrate.” The beginning of his path of awakening, fifteen years earlier. A sentence from elsewhere, one that couldn’t be explained — but that would open everything. ✨

And here is the peak of the elixir, the realization that brings everyone on their mats to tears: “I came here to create. I am a tool of creation. I came here to create my life.” Your masterpiece is your life. Each of us came here to play at creating. That is the alignment of the relative with the absolute. 🌿

We are all artists. Painters, dancers, musicians, sculptors, cooks, gardeners, parents, lovers — artists of life. Expression is the very nature of incarnation. To refuse to express yourself is to refuse to have been born. 💞

Realizations during Yoga Anatman

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt of the session’s realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

The session began with the mantra on which everything rests: “I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender.” Then very quickly a second one, more intimate still: I surrender to my inner masseur. An invisible hand, born of six years of practice, that knows exactly where to press, where to flow, where to caress. 🌿

Jaws massaged, cheeks awakened, arms raised to the sky — and already, emotions rise. “Let the tears come,” says Alexandre. As if tears were the body’s ink on the morning’s page. The body becomes a plank, the calves tremble, the glutes contract. We are suspended. 🌅

Then comes a new realization, offered like a precious stone: “I surrender to the flow of the body.” And behind that sentence lies an essential teaching — there are several flows within us. A flow of the body, an emotional flow, a mental flow, a flow of the heart. Each intelligence has its own current. Each current asks to be welcomed. 💫

“It’s the realization that there are several flows within us, within oneself. There is a flow of the body. What does the body want? There is an emotional flow and a mental flow, a flow of the heart too. Each intelligence has its own flow.”

Statue of Liberty to the right, then to the left. The inner masseur massages the neck in patient circles, with the kind of trust that only comes after years. “I let it happen,” Alexandre murmurs. A new mantra, softer than a secret: I surrender, I let it happen. No more resistance. 🙏

Saturday has a special flavor. An air of tranquility, an air of “I’m taking time for myself.” It isn’t Tuesday, opening the week. It’s Saturday, crowning it. And within that crown, every stretch becomes an offering. 🌟

Chin circles, the nape of the neck released, not a trace of tension left. And the great revelation, gently laid down: “It’s a starting point. How I start my day. Well, in ecstasy, in euphoria, in joy — and of course that’s going to change every other hour.” Morning yoga isn’t an interlude. It’s a structure, a framework, a quantum leap. A way of being and of living. 💖

The elbows rise — right, then left — and the shoulder blade stretches. And then a sentence that tips everything over: “Every stretch can create emotions, as if emotions were stored in the body.” Stretching frees the imprisoned emotion. The body is a library of old tears, and yoga turns its pages. 🦋

Then comes the bliss of stretching. That word that frightens the prudish and frees the living. “I surrender to the bliss of stretching, I surrender.” And a sacred permission arises — the permission to be heard. To dare to express your bliss through sound. Because the coders of reality, says Alexandre, listen to our permissions. Whatever you say you want, they offer it to you. 💞

“If I allow myself to express my bliss through sound, I’m telling the universe and the coders of reality: I allow myself, this is what I want. And afterwards they’ll send you all kinds of offers, you’ll see.”

A release, in love, of the religious root — “that’s just not done, what will people think?” Swept away. “I don’t care what people say. I came here to live for myself.” The mantra falls like warm rain: me, me, me. Without guilt. Sovereign. 🌟

The posture of surrender to life — arms wide open, spine stretching backwards, as if on the bow of the Titanic. “Life, I love you, I surrender to you, I’m in love with you.” The mirror effect: the more you love life, the more it loves you. What you send out is what you receive. 🕊️

Then the Five Tibetans, three minutes of frog pose, the sphinx, resting on the back. The strap lifting the right leg, then the left. The lower back pressed to the floor. And then, on the mat, laughter bubbles up. Laughing. Trembling. Crying. “Laughter yoga, I love you.” ✨

And then Alexandre offers the image that will bring everything together: the video game documentation. Moving from victim mode to sovereign mode means having the docs. Understanding the rules of the game. And that understanding brings mastery. And it is at that precise moment — when there is mastery — that bliss appears. Just like in every video game. 🌱

“It’s when you understand who you are, why you put yourself into a video game, and what the gameplay is, the point of the game — that’s when it gets interesting.”

The gameplay. The interest of the game. The game of the I. Without technical documentation, the game is painful, discouraging. With the docs — this yoga, these realizations, these mantras — the game becomes your game. No longer the life of programs, of ancestors, of society. Your life. 💫

Alexandre then tells the story of the gold prospector: ten years of digging, no results, so he sells his land. The new owner arrives, swings his pickaxe once — and strikes gold immediately. Three steps from gold. Three centimeters from the vein. The moral? “Don’t stop digging. You may be just a few millimeters from the vein.” Digging is the yoga. 🌿

V for victory, legs straight, hands under the thighs. Trembling everywhere. “I’ve never seen this yoga posture, it’s an invention.” And then the mantra that outsmarts society: gratitude for free pleasure. Because society has invented a thousand ways to make us pay for our pleasures. Awakening, on the other hand, saves you money. 💖

Next comes the perineum massage — heel resting on the first chakra, circular movements like a spinning top. Focusing on the chakra of incarnation. Because incarnation isn’t just being born. It’s when life incarnates in order to create. It’s as simple as that. 🌟

“Incarnation is when life incarnates in order to create.”

The tea ceremony begins: steaming cups, straight backs, heels on the perineum. Alexandre then slips in a wonderful new opening: from now on, each and every one of you can request a replay at the time of your choosing — 7 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 3 p.m., midnight — thanks to Anatmania. Yoga adapts to your life. 🙏

Finally, conscious walking — barefoot, blindfolded. Setting the intention “walk,” like a prompt sent out to the universe. And letting the body walk. “It isn’t me walking. Walking is happening.” ✨

And here is the morning’s surprise: it decided to walk backwards. Why? Because there’s more bliss in it. Because it’s unusual. Because the whole lower back stretches with every step. An incredible bliss in the lumbar spine. A postural revelation. 🦋

And during the walk, another sense awakens: the bat sense. The voice speaking, the echo mapping out the space. Alexandre hears that he’s near a window, feels the temperature shift, takes in the world through his ears and his skin. The other senses open when sight withdraws. 🌅

And this final realization, quiet yet immense: we never actually touch objects. It is our electromagnetic field touching the table’s. Always, the relationship. Nourishing ourselves from the relationship, no longer from the object. The fruit on the plate, the beauty of its presentation, the hand that cooked it. 💞

Art makes the divine within us vibrate.

I came here to create my life. Your masterpiece is your life.

Incarnation is when life incarnates in order to create.

Yoga Anatman: Creating Space, Mapping Your Life and Becoming Sovereign of Your Territory

Yoga Anatman: Creating space, mapping your life and becoming sovereign of your territory

This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of September 17, 2026, a morning when the breath met creative power, and every posture became a declaration of sovereignty.

There are mornings when the mat is no longer just a mat. ✨ It becomes a threshold. A discreet, almost secret door that opens onto another way of inhabiting life. That Wednesday, at dawn, something slipped in between the breaths: the gentle certainty that you are the creator of your own space. 🌱

Alexandre arrives carrying the cumulative effect of the day before — a yoga that lasted almost the whole day. And already, in the very first minutes, the body knows. It knows that today we won’t just do yoga. We will realize. We will choose. We will dare to claim a territory.

The inner garden and the art of pruning

Imagine for a moment. 🌿 You are standing in a garden. Your garden. Brambles have grown up everywhere — old relationships, tired projects, obligations that no longer resonate. And suddenly someone hands you not a spade, but an understanding: you have the right to prune.

That is the silent promise of this session. Not adding, but freeing. Not filling, but creating space. And in that empty, mysterious space, full of possibilities, something new can finally breathe. 💫

So breathe. Once. Twice. And let yourself be carried into this journey where yoga becomes a technology of awakening, where mantras become sacred words, and where your voice — yes, your voice — begins to speak the language of the universe. 🕊️

The morning teaching

Today’s elixir bears a crystal-clear name, almost a secret whispered into the ear of the universe: “I create”. ✨ Two little words that contain everything. Two little words that shift you from user mode to creator mode.

Alexandre picks up the thread of the past few weeks — the TCR, the Theory of the Creation of Reality. A fundamental realization has been added to it in recent days: the complete chain of manifestation. First there is intention, that surge of life from the heart, a form of love. Then positioning — I am an artist, I am a therapist, I am a pharmacist. 🌱

But here is what has far too often been forgotten: expression. Because without expression, nothing manifests. Nothing. And Alexandre bears witness: in recent weeks, dozens of appointments with therapists who have no clients. Why? Digging into the unconscious, it is always the same wound: “I don’t have the right to express myself, I have no territory, I have no sovereignty.” 🕊️

“It’s expression that will create the clients. If I stay all alone in my corner, there can’t be any clients.”

Where does this castration come from? From childhood, very often. No right to exist, no right to have a territory, no right to speak. And Alexandre reminds us of it with razor-sharp lucidity: at school, nobody teaches us how to express ourselves. We learn to count, to write, to obey. But to express ourselves? It simply isn’t on the curriculum. 💫

So the solution is right there, in the elixir. “I release in love everything that prevents me from expressing myself, from being an artist, everything that prevents me from creating and from using the sacred word, the science of mantras.” This mantra is no small thing. It opens the way to restoring the throat chakra, to vocal sovereignty. 🌟

And then the second layer of the teaching emerges — subtler still. The mantra “I create space”. Alexandre insists: “As long as you haven’t connected with this absolute, you can’t truly create space, because it is the absolute that creates space.” If you stay in relative mode, in user mode, you live in other people’s lives or in the life of the matrix. It isn’t your creation. 💞

That is what the victim is: someone who lives only in the relative. And it is the realization of the Self, then of the Non-Self — the absolute — that gives you back your power as a creator. The power to create space. 🦋

Alexandre then unfolds the notion of territory. The third chakra. Authority. And he makes it clear: authority does not mean abusive authority. It is the authority that defines the rules of the domain — as in a computer domain name. You are the domain authority of your life. You create the subdomains. You define the rules. 🌿

“Many people don’t have this concept in mind, and so they are always on someone else’s territory.”

Finally, a new initiation: infrastructure. The level above the map. Creating your own game infrastructure, your own inner or outer ecovillage, with its own rules — nonviolent communication, food self-sufficiency, co-creation. 🌅 The elixir is then drunk with this new awareness: I create my space, my territory, my infrastructure. I am sovereign.

Realizations during Yoga Anatman

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt of the session’s realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

The session opens with a mantra that feels like a caress: “I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender.” ✨ The arches of the feet melt into the mat, individual sounds rise up, each with its own tone, its own frequency, its own vibrational authority. These are not sounds meant to be pretty. These are sounds that claim a territory.

Very quickly, the jaw is massaged and the tongue stretched — the tongue which, as Alexandre reminds us, is the end of the nervous system. 🌿 An unsuspected doorway to calm. The body begins to understand: here, every gesture is a psychomagic act.

“It’s not just a physical practice — these are techniques of awakening and transformation to do every day to raise your vibration.”

Then comes the raised-hands posture. Fingers spread wide, rising onto tiptoe, gaze suspended. And already, it’s heating up. Already, tears are flowing. A gentle warmth, an emotion with no identifiable cause, an inner touch that says: something is letting go. 💖 The body is stiff and yet surrendered — the very paradox of Yoga Anatman.

The thumbs hook together behind the back, the head drops backward, the spine opens. The blindfold goes over the eyes. And there, something shifts. Awareness leaves the visual and dives into feeling. 🦋 That is a teaching in itself: without the eyes, the body becomes its own compass.

Then the Statue of Liberty. The right arm rises, rises, rises, touches the ear, bends to the left like a bamboo. The right heel lifts. The back of the buttock stretches. And above all — above all — the left hand comes down to give the nape of the neck a deep massage. Not a caress. A real massage. Alexandre insists: “The skull isn’t fragile at all. Go for it, don’t hold back.” 🌟

The new mantra drops in as if self-evident: “I surrender to my inner masseur, my inner masseuse, I surrender.” And suddenly the thumb starts moving on its own, finding the spots, kneading the trapezius. An autonomous body intelligence reveals itself. 💞

Then come the chin circles. Slow, mysterious. The body draws in space, sweeps to the left, drops down, rounds the back. And there, an unsuspected bliss emerges — that tantric bliss that has nothing to do with the outside world. It is the inner world that becomes the source of pleasure. 🕊️

“Tantra is finding bliss in your inner world rather than losing yourself in the outer world.”

Alexandre then connects with his lives as a tantra master. The legs tremble, emotions flow. The rhythm of the session slows — that mystical slowness in which every millisecond becomes a teaching. And the central question of Yoga Anatman arises, crystal clear: “What is this doing to me, right now?” ✨ No goal. No posture to get right. Just awareness anchored in the body.

Then comes the deep OM. The OM that vibrates the throat chakra and the third chakra, the chakra of territory, of authority, of sovereignty. Alexandre insists: the OM must have exactly the same vibration as the mantra “I release in love”. It is training in expression. An education of the voice. 🌅

Then the mantras follow one after another, masterful:

“I create space in my life for my awakening, I create.” A founding mantra. Because without space created, nothing can be born. 🌱

“Gratitude for receiving all the complete technical documentation to create my reality in this video game, gratitude.” A realization arises — we are in a video game that we created in order to play. And Alexandre takes his position: he is writing the docs because nobody had written them. The technical documentation for the creation of reality. 💫

“You don’t have the docs for creating reality? So how do you manage? Oh, I’m struggling — well, that’s normal.”

The next mantra lands with overwhelming depth: “Gratitude for creating a context in which to live my sensitivity, gratitude.” Because the outside world can be violent, castrating. And so — what a realization! — I first create within me the space for my sensitivity, and only then can the outside world manifest sensitive, empathic people. 🦋 Gentleness is found within before it appears without.

The surrender posture follows — arms outstretched in a cross, slightly back, the spine stretched toward the sky. And suddenly it becomes a declaration of love to life: “Life, through me. Be through me. Love through me. Create through me.” 💖 These words are not spoken, they are inhabited.

The Five Tibetans arrive, the head drops back, the stretch of the spine amplifies everything — the sensations, the emotions, the natural psychedelic effect of yoga. Then a descent toward the floor, millimeter by millimeter, until the palms touch the mat, the backs of the thighs pulling, the back on fire.

And then comes a realization that changes everything. Alexandre asks us to say the mantra “I choose every detail of my life, I choose”, then, with the precision of a spiritual surgeon: “I release in love the confusion between choosing and controlling.” 🌟

“Choosing is not controlling. Choosing comes from the heart, from sovereignty.”

A beautiful realization this morning. Subtle. Precious. How many times have we confused the sovereignty of choice with the tension of control? ✨

Next comes the raised-leg posture with the strap. The right leg first, pulled up high, the neck relaxed, the lower back pressed to the floor. It trembles. It laughs. It cries. The cosmic clown wakes up and laughs at its own creation. 🕊️

Then a reset-mantra appears, a claude-code-mantra that only Alexandre could have invented: “I press the reset button, I press.” The famous slash clear of the unconscious. Wiping an overloaded historical context. Rebooting the system. Starting again from zero, like Édith Piaf.

“I start again from zero. Swept away, forgotten, I don’t care about the past.”

The left leg rises in turn. And then, a wave of gratitude: “Gratitude for having spiritual friends, gratitude.” 💞 Because a sorting has gently taken place in the lives of those who practice. The others — those who don’t want to transform — have left, naturally. Not out of judgment, but through a difference in vibration.

Next comes the initiation into rapid understanding and rapid elimination. The art of pruning what no longer serves. Focusing on the essential. Think of the gardener, says Alexandre. A life is like a garden. You prune, you define the territory, you pull out the bramble roots so they don’t grow back. 🌿

The knees come up against the chest. The lower back stretches in an upside-down rounded back. The head relaxed, the hands holding the knees. Then the elixir. Then the conscious walk.

And then — a magical moment — the blindfold goes back over the eyes and Alexandre walks through the space, mapping the room like a blind person. 🌅 A deeply moving psychomagic act. Touching objects, memorizing their positions, creating an inner representation of one’s space.

“I create within me a representation of my space.”

And this mapping becomes a metaphor for life as a whole. Because in life, too, we bump into things. We don’t see that a certain person is toxic. We don’t see that another is a Buddha. It is observation, it is experience that allows us to map our universe and move forward in it with discernment and caution. ✨

The yoga closes with the most decisive mantra of the session: “I decide to have a magnificent day, I decide. I decide to be in my best scenario, I decide.” The scenario of love, joy, abundance, efficiency, peace — and above all, above all, of expression. 💖

It’s not just a physical practice — these are techniques of awakening and transformation to do every day to raise your vibration.

Choosing is not controlling. Choosing comes from the heart, from sovereignty.

It’s expression that will create the clients. If I stay all alone in my corner, there can’t be any clients.

How to choose your difficulty level in the game of life — S11E14

How to choose your difficulty level in the game of life — S11E14

This article is a synthesis of the Anatman Odyssey of September 27, 2026. Every Sunday at four-thirty in the afternoon, we set off for the stars, we do yoga, we chant, and we share a guided meditation. And so, all together for eight years now, we have been creating the TCR, the Theory of the Creation of Reality.

There are Sundays when the veil tears without warning. When a phrase dropped in passing becomes a key. When one goddess recognizes herself in the mirror of another goddess, and an inner child bursts out laughing right in the middle of infinity.

On this September 27, a handful of us lay there, blindfolded, feet and hands connected to an invisible spaceship. And something tipped over. Something that felt like the obviousness of having always been here.

What if life were a video game whose level you could finally change?

Imagine. You are in the middle of a game you have been playing for decades, and no one ever told you there was a menu. A small, discreet menu, up in the top right corner, where you can choose the difficulty level. Easy. Normal. Hard. Emperor.

Throughout this Odyssey, Alexandre Anatman drew that menu out of the shadows. He set it down in front of us, calmly, the way you set down a steaming cup of tea. And he invited us to understand that to choose where that slider sits is to reclaim the sacred sovereignty of our own experience.

But before reaching the menu, we had to pass through another place. A place where disappearance itself disappears. Where love no longer needs any explanation. Where a goddess named Alexandra revealed herself under the name of Alexandre, in a burst of cosmic laughter that brought everyone to tears.

Come with us. The door is ajar. There is nothing to understand with the head, that fifth wheel of the carriage. There is only to welcome.

Realizations during the guided meditation of the Anatman Odyssey

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt from the beginning of the guided meditation (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

Lying down, eyes closed, a blindfold over them. Feet connected. Hands connected. And now a spaceship begins to build itself, cell by cell, breath by breath. In a few moments, we will disappear together. But first, we must welcome the breath.

What happened during this September 27 meditation goes beyond anything words can convey. And yet, the words are here. So let us entrust them with the impossible task of carrying what was channeled.

The breath of life, welcomed

“I welcome the breath of life, I welcome.” A few words. One verb, repeated. And the whole door swings open. The breath is no longer something we take: it is something we receive. Inhaling stops being a deliberate act and becomes a gift.

On the exhale, everything lets go. The air comes in by itself. The air goes out by itself. There is no longer a “me” doing the breathing. There is only life, breathing through a body that has finally surrendered.

Connecting to infinite surrender

“I link myself, I connect to this infinite, eternal surrender, something that lets go, lets go, disappears.” A surrender with neither beginning nor end. A surrender that existed before you, and will exist after you. All you do is link yourself to it.

It is like diving into an ocean that has always been waiting for you. Every cell lets go. Every muscle lets go. Every thought lets go. And all that remains is this vast, silent, loving presence.

The disappearance of disappearance

“It disappears so much that even the disappearance disappears.” Vertigo. How do you name what is no longer there to be named? It is no longer you who disappears — it is disappearance itself that vanishes into its own movement.

There is no one left to notice that there is no one left. This is the point where the Non-Self stops being an idea and becomes a silent obviousness, gentle and fresh as a mountain stream.

Understanding from the heart

“It understands from the heart.” And right there, Alexandre slips in a sentence that reshuffles the whole deck: “From laughter, not from the head. The fifth wheel of the carriage, the head.“

True understanding does not come from analysis. It comes from a quiver in the chest. From laughter rising. From a tear that falls for no reason. The heart knows before the mind arrives, out of breath, trying to explain.

Love without explanation

“It loves without any explanation.” No “because.” No “if.” No “when.” Just loving. Like breathing. Like a heartbeat. Like being.

And perhaps this is the deepest liberation of all: realizing that love never needed to be justified. It is, that’s all. It flows through. It radiates. It expects nothing in return because it never asked for anything.

A definition of love

“An infinite welcome of all that you are, have been, and will be.” This may be the most moving definition of love ever heard on the Anatman Odyssey. A welcome that does not sort. That does not rank. That does not judge.

All that you are. All that you have been — including the versions you are ashamed of. All that you will be — including the ones you have not met yet. Infinite. Without reservation. Without condition.

Welcoming even the most dramatic experiences

“It is a laughter that can welcome you whatever all your experiences may be, even the most dramatic, tragic, horrible ones — it is welcomed.” There is nothing, absolutely nothing, that this love cannot embrace. Traumas. Grief. Shame. Mistakes. Abandonment. Everything.

It is the laughter of a child at play. An innocent laughter that knows neither fear nor judgment. A laughter that, by welcoming you just as you are, returns you to your own innocence 🕊️.

I love you just as you are

“I can welcome you just as you are, with all your history, all your suffering.” Every word carries weight. All your history. All your suffering. Not a selected part. Not a presentable version. You, whole.

This “I love you just as you are” is not a concession. It is a celebration. A recognition that your story, in its entirety, is divine 💖.

There was never anyone

“Yes, there is no one anymore because in fact there was never anyone.” And it was at that precise moment that Anaïs had an awakening experience, live. “Oh, Anaïs just had an awakening experience in real time. And at the same time, it’s what this has always wanted, really.“

There is no someone who disappears. There has never been someone. Awakening is not arriving somewhere new. It is the realization that there was never any journey at all.

The paradox of unity and duality

“It is the paradox of unity creating duality in order to see itself.” Why does it take two to love? Because the One, alone, cannot see itself. It needs a mirror. And the mirror is the other.

“If there aren’t two, there is no love.” This sentence is a key. Love, in order to exist, needs an apparent duality. This is the sacred paradox of Creation: Unity fragments itself so that it can behold itself.

Without you, I do not exist

“Without you, I do not exist.” The words ring out like a confession. How could I exist without you? Without duality? There would only be the One. And the One without the two is of no use at all.

You are necessary. Infinitely necessary. Not because you are useful — but because, without you, Love could not see itself ✨.

The divine perfection of expression

“Everything you express is divine.” Absolutely everything. Todo. Even the wounds. Even the traumas. Even the horrors. Even the hardships. Everything is welcomed, everything is sacred.

This sentence shatters years of silent guilt. Your cries, your rages, your falls, your rebirths — all of it is the divine expression of who you are.

Allowing myself to honor my path

“I allow myself to honor my path, my story, everything that was hidden behind what seem to be traumas or hardships.” Wounds are not mistakes. They are the crevices that create the relief.

Without crevices, no relief. Without hardship, no depth. Your story, with all its shadowy places, is the magnificent landscape of your soul.

Welcoming my relief

“I welcome my relief, everything that seemed to be traumas, wounds.” What seemed to damage you has in truth sculpted you. Like a Japanese bowl mended with gold.

Your scars are your most beautiful signatures. They tell where you have been, what you have come through, and how you survived 🌿.

Mending with gold and with love

“Gratitude for mending with gold and with love everything that wounded me, even butchered me, everything that is reassuring.” It is the art of kintsugi applied to the soul. Every crack becomes a line of gold.

Not in spite of the wounds. Thanks to the wounds. They are the very fabric of your beauty 💫.

Welcoming all suffering

“I welcome all my suffering now, I welcome.” Now. Not tomorrow. Not when it gets easier. Now. In this very instant, as you read these lines.

Welcoming does not mean validating the pain. It means no longer fighting it. And this no-longer-fighting, paradoxically, is where healing begins 🤍.

Every person is a master

“Every person I meet is an offering, is a master, a mistress.” Every person. Not only the ones you love. Every person — with their whole story, their hardships, their horrors, their suffering.

The man who hurt you was a master. The woman who abandoned you was a mistress. Every encounter is a sacred offering that teaches you who you are.

I am the space that welcomes everything

“I am what creates the space.” You are not the content. You are the container. You are not the thoughts: you are the consciousness in which thoughts appear.

And this space is so vast that it can welcome everything. All that you are. All that the other is. All that has been. All that will be 🕊️.

Embodying the sacred space

“An absolute, universal, unconditional, sacred love.” Four adjectives that close every exit. Absolute: nothing escapes it. Universal: it excludes no one. Unconditional: it demands nothing. Sacred: it is of the very nature of the divine.

And this love, Alexandre reminds us, is something we embody. It is not a distant ideal. It is the very fabric of our deepest being.

The size of love is proportional

“The size of love is proportional to the other’s capacity to welcome.” And if you are the Absolute, then that capacity to welcome is limitless. It grows as the expression unfolds.

The more you welcome, the more your capacity to welcome expands. Love is the only treasure that grows by being given away.

Being a mirror for the other

“Being a mirror to offer the other their reflection.” What a gift. The most beautiful gift. To become the mirror in which the other can finally recognize themselves.

Not by teaching them. Not by correcting them. Simply by welcoming them so completely that they can, for the first time, see themselves whole.

Initiation into the perfect measure

“Gratitude for receiving the initiation of the perfect measure.” The perfect measure. A new mantra. A new seal. In expression, in closeness, in touch, in welcome.

To measure is not to hold back. It is to honor the right amount, the right intensity, the right vibration for each moment 💞.

Measuring so as not to burn

“Beings of love know how to measure so as not to burn.” A staggering sentence. A love too great can consume. The highest beings of love know how to temper their radiance.

Not out of restraint, but out of compassion. So that the other can receive without being destroyed by the intensity of the gift.

Weighing every expression

“Gratitude for measuring, for weighing every expression, every word, the energy in the word, vibration, expression.” Every word has weight. Every word carries a vibration.

Awakened beings no longer speak just to speak. They weigh every syllable the way a goldsmith weighs every gram of gold.

The intelligence of difficulty

“Gratitude for receiving the initiation, intelligence of difficulty, gratitude.” Difficulty is not a mistake life makes. It is life’s finest intelligence.

Every difficulty is a coded teaching. Every obstacle, a diploma in the making. The intelligence of difficulty teaches us to read what ease keeps hidden 🌱.

The greater the difficulty, the greater the gift

“And the greater the difficulty, the greater the gift.” An iron law of the spiritual life. The greatest gifts come wrapped in the heaviest paper.

If you are going through something enormous right now, get ready. The gift on its way will be equal to the trial 💫.

Initiation into faith

“Gratitude for receiving the initiation of faith.” Faith. Not blind belief. But absolute trust in the intelligence of life, even when everything seems to be falling apart.

Trusting that whatever happens, even the unbearable, carries within it a seed of light 🙏.

Releasing fears

“I release into love everything that frightens.” Not fighting. Not fleeing. Releasing. Into love. With love. Through love.

Fear dissolved in love stops being a threat. It becomes useful information.

Transmuting fears into signals

“Gratitude for transmuting fears into signals, gratitude.” Fears are not enemies. They are signals. Messengers.

Every fear is saying something. Once transmuted, fears become precious allies of discernment.

Jumping into the Deep End

“I release into love everything that keeps me from jumping into the Deep End.” The Deep End. This mantra belongs to Alexandre in particular, but anyone can make it their own.

Jump. Stop hesitating. Trust what has been calling you for so many years, and dive in.

I know how to swim

“I release into love everything that would make me believe I can’t swim.” You know how to swim. You have always known. You were simply convinced otherwise.

Releasing the voices that say “you can’t” means rediscovering that the water has always held you up.

Placing myself where life needs it

“Gratitude for placing myself where life needs it most.” Not where you want. Where life needs it.

And that is often exactly where you already are — provided you fully embody it.

Trained for what is coming

“Gratitude for realizing that I have been trained for what is coming.” Every past trial was training. Every difficulty, a preparation.

Whatever is coming, however big it may be, you are already ready. Your body knows it. Your soul knows it.

Testing the TCR

“Gratitude for testing the TCR.” The Theory of the Creation of Reality is not a doctrine to memorize. It is a protocol to experiment with.

Test. Measure. Adjust. The TCR lives in your daily practice, not in books.

Initiation into disguise and camouflage

“Gratitude for receiving the initiation, disguise and camouflage.” Knowing how to hide. Knowing how to blend in. Knowing how not to be seen when it is not the time to be seen.

This is not abandoning authenticity. It is an operational wisdom of the heart.

The chameleon initiation

“Gratitude for receiving the chameleon initiation.” Adapting. Changing color with the surroundings. Staying yourself while taking on the shapes of the moment.

The chameleon is no hypocrite: it is a virtuoso of loving survival.

The polymorph initiation

“Gratitude for receiving the initiation, polymorph.” Being able to take on every form. Level ten thousand. The capacity of the liberated soul to embrace every expression without becoming its prisoner.

Goddess. Warrior. Child. Elder. All of these, and none of these, at once.

Processing signals with the supramental

“Gratitude for processing signals with the divine supramental.” Signals are no longer processed by the mind. They are processed by the supramental — that higher intelligence of heart-consciousness.

Faster. More accurate. More sacred ✨.

Following the heart and love

“Gratitude for following the heart and love, gratitude.” Simple. Obvious. And yet, how many years does it take to come back to it?

Following your heart is not giving in to the emotion of the moment. It is obeying that inner compass that knows your path better than you do.

Choosing the difficulty level

“Gratitude for choosing the slider, the difficulty level, gratitude.” Here is the major add-on to the TCR revealed that day. You can choose. Truly choose.

If it is too hard, switch to easy mode. If it is too easy, switch to hard. Life is a game, and you are holding the controller 🦋.

Creating magic potions and buffs

“Gratitude for creating magic potions and buffs in reality.” A buff, in video games, is a potion that temporarily boosts you up several levels.

In life, buffs exist too. A retreat. A workshop. An encounter. A book. Sacred accelerators that propel you forward.

Honoring the player in me

“I honor and celebrate the player in me.” The player is not frivolous. The player is sacred. It is the one who has not forgotten that life is a game.

Honoring the player means honoring the innocence that remains in you, even after every trial 🌟.

Remembering who I am

“I remember what I am, I remember.” Not learning. Remembering. You have always known.

Above as below, you are that immense consciousness playing at forgetting for the sheer pleasure of finding itself again.

Trained to play with finesse

“Gratitude, I remember that I have been trained to be what I am and to play with intelligence and finesse.” All your role-playing games. All your games of Civilization. All your tests. All your failures.

All of it was training. You are a seasoned player who doesn’t know it yet 💞.

Playing as a team

“Gratitude, too, for playing as a team, gratitude.” You don’t play the great games alone. You play as a team.

And the Anatman Odyssey, every Sunday, is exactly that: a team coming together to test the TCR side by side.

Allowing myself to build a team

“Gratitude for allowing oneself to build a team to go play and test the TCR.” Allowing oneself. The verb matters. So many people deny themselves this permission.

Daring to ask. Daring to gather. Daring to say “come with me.” Heroic solitude is an exhausting illusion.

Remembering my commando lives

“I remember all my commando lives, I remember.” All those lives in which you learned to survive. To operate in silence. To protect. To coordinate.

They are not lost. They are archived in your deep memory, ready to be reactivated.

Reclaiming my animal instinct

“Gratitude for reclaiming my instinct, all my animal survival instincts.” Instinct is not inferior to intellect. It is complementary.

Reclaiming your animal instinct means giving your finest non-mental perceptions their rightful place again 🌿.

Heightening all my perceptions

“Gratitude for heightening all my perceptions, gratitude.” Not one or two. All of them. Sight, hearing, smell, touch, energy, intuition.

Widening the bandwidth of your perception multiplies your ability to play with finesse 💫.

Disconnecting the hands from the ship

“We are going to disconnect the hands first, gratitude, thank you, thank you to the goddesses who are here with me.” The return begins gently. The hands disconnect from the cosmic ship.

And already, the goddesses are named. Anaïs. Lilith. Alexandra. Each one a pillar of the meditation that has just been lived.

Disconnecting the feet

“Very gently, we are going to disconnect the feet too, gratitude to God, the sacred men who are here with us.” Then the feet. And the sacred men are named too. Kévin. François. Alexis.

Every presence has been, every presence is, every presence will be honored 🙏.

Rewatching the key films

“Gratitude for rewatching key films such as Free Guy, The Truman Show, Cloud Atlas, and Limitless.” Four films. Four codices. Four mirrors of the game.

And above all, Limitless. The film about what happens when perception is suddenly heightened. The invitation has been extended.

The final I love you

“I love you, see you in a little while, I love you.” And there it is. The meditation closes on what opened it: I love you.

Three little words. The greatest there are. The alpha and omega of this September 27 Anatman Odyssey 💖.

The power of sacred habit

Something deeply moving happens when you practice yoga almost every day, Tuesday through Saturday, at eight in the morning. Something that cannot be told, only felt. The muscles remember. The breath remembers. The posture of surrender remembers.

“For those of you who do our yoga every day, Tuesday through Saturday at eight, you can feel a training, a habit, a serenity, and even an ease.” That is what Alexandre slipped in, almost in passing, as we rose onto our tiptoes, suspended by our hands like divine marionettes.

The sentence seems harmless. It is not. It holds the secret of a sacred habit — the radical opposite of a program. A program locks you in. A sacred habit sets you free.

“I return to the practice of alignment, the practice of vibrational ascents.”

What daily repetition reveals is an inner yogi. An inner masseur. An intelligence that already knows your body by heart and, every morning, releases the tension without you even having to think about it. “A bit like cats stretching every day. Except here, I have my own masseur stretching me every day.“

And that is where the magic happens. After a few weeks, then a few months, then a few years, it is no longer you doing the yoga. It is the yoga doing itself through you. There is no longer a “me” to do the posture. There is only the posture unfolding, perfect, in its ancestral intelligence.

That kind of opening is something no reading, no theory, no intensive weekend can give you. Only loving, patient, devotional repetition can lay this treasure within you. Sacred habit is not an effort. It is a surrender renewed each day, at the same mysterious appointment.

Realization of the Yoga

Before the meditation, there was the yoga. And what yoga it was. A yoga like no other, because it is not gymnastics: it is a channeling of the body toward the invisible.

It all began with hands raised, feet anchored, calves engaged. Rising, rising, rising. Then onto the tiptoes. Then a deep inhale. Then the whole body contracting: abs, glutes, thighs. “I can feel emotions and sensations.“

And already, in this very first posture, something is revealed: we have a physical body. An avatar. This is no small detail. It is the vessel through which all expression will flow.

“You are expressing strength, balance, determination, your power to do yoga almost every day.”

Then came the blindfold. The eyes close. The inner world opens. “I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender. I surrender to my inner masseur.” A powerful mantra that dissolves the practitioner’s ego.

The posture of surrender with thumbs hooked together. The hip circles. The side stretches where the neck lets itself be massaged by the hand. And always the same instruction: let go. Let go. Let go. Until you disappear.

Next came the lying posture with the strap. Right leg extended, then the left. The neck free, relaxed. Only the forearms pull. And there, “like a torture of laughter,” something breaks loose. Laughter rises. Tears too. “If it trembles, it trembles. If it lets go, it lets go. If it cries, it cries.” Everything is welcomed 🦋.

Then the frog. Three minutes of breath of fire. The air goes out, the air comes in by itself. Then rest. Back on the floor. Infinity settling into you.

But the most magical moment may well have been the conscious walk. Standing, blindfolded, arms circling to lose all visual bearings. Then a single instruction: “Just walk. I let the body walk by itself.“

“Just as all the yoga did itself, without the me, the walking will happen by itself too.”

And the body walks. Without you. It explores the space, finds the presences, moves like a blind cat with supernatural acuity. The arches of the feet become the only point of contact with Gaia. And in that simple contact, everything becomes bliss.

By the end, the autonomous system didn’t want to stop. “It’s like a child at play who doesn’t want to stop.” And we understood it well: this kind of yoga does not seek to discipline you. It seeks to awaken in you the child who has just learned to walk and marvels at being able to walk.

From this meditation, the Theory of the Creation of Reality was born

From this September 27 meditation sprang a cornerstone of the TCR: the difficulty slider add-on. Once you understand that life is a video game, you reclaim the sacred sovereignty of choosing your level.

Too hard? You go to the menu, top right, and switch to easy mode. Change places. Leave toxic relationships. Rest for a few months. Too easy? You turn the slider up, you seek out the high-risk zones — with their high-value gifts.

And above all, above all: you don’t have to play alone. Build a team. Test the TCR together. Go into the dangerous places as a group. That is the very logic of the sacred commando.

An infinite welcome of all that you are, have been, and will be.

Yes, there is no one anymore because in fact there was never anyone.

And the greater the difficulty, the greater the gift.

Yoga Anatman: The sacred art of positioning yourself to create your reality

Yoga Anatman: The sacred art of positioning yourself to create your reality

This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of September 16, 2026, a morning when light slipped into the gaps of the body to reveal a fundamental truth: we are never neutral. Every gesture, every silence, every glance is a statement addressed to the universe.

There are mornings when the mat becomes far more than a mat. It becomes a sacred threshold between who you thought you were and who you truly are. ✨

This Tuesday morning, as the herbal tea steamed gently beside the eye pillow and the strap, a door opened just a crack. A door onto a rare teaching, almost scandalous in its simplicity: as long as you don’t position yourself consciously, your unconscious programs speak in your place. 🌱

When silence becomes a signature

Imagine for a moment. You get up, you say hello, you answer a message. Nothing special, right? And yet, with every micro-gesture, you are sending signals to the universe. Signals that build — brick by brick — the reality around you. 💫

That is what this morning’s session laid bare, with an almost brutal tenderness. We discovered that expression is not what we think we are saying, but what we radiate — consciously and unconsciously. And once this realization passes through you, you are never quite the same again. 🕊️

So breathe. Pick up your cup. And let yourself be guided through this journey.

The morning teaching

The beating heart of this morning — the elixir offered in the middle of the practice — has a name: the TCR, the Theory of the Creation of Reality. And this morning, two pillars were revealed with a new clarity. ✨

First pillar: intention

Everything begins with an intention. Nothing exists without intention. This planet, the universe, the mountains, the plants, the animals — everything was born from an intention of life. An intention to learn about itself, to live, to be. 🌱

And your human life, too, was created by an intention. An intention of the being, of the soul, of the heart. Even the Non-Self begins with an intention. That is the first foundation.

Second pillar: positioning — the revelation of the day

Here is what is new, what emerged during the recent realizations: positioning. Each of us creates an identity through positioning. There is a direct — dizzying — link between identity and positioning. 💫

Who am I? I am the one who positions herself or himself in this way in relation to others. Since I am the absolute and I am all the points — the eight billion inhabitants of this planet — I have the possibility of positioning myself, of creating a relative identity, an I, a me.

Positioning yourself is always in relation to other points. In relation to a person. In relation to a group. In relation to a company, to the economy, to the market.

“If I position myself sovereignly in my own territory, then toxic relationships come to an end.”

A major realization: in childhood, there is often not enough space to fully create the I, the me, the relative identity. This creates a system that prevents us from positioning ourselves as adults — because positioning yourself sometimes means entering into conflict. It means not pleasing the other. 🕊️

The unconscious programs inherited from emotional blackmail — “you have to be nice, you have to be nice to be loved” — keep making us please others automatically, outside the heart. Liberation comes through the mantra: “I lovingly release everything that keeps me from distinguishing between being myself and forcing myself to please.”

Third pillar: expression, sending signals

Once you are positioned, you send signals. Your verbal and non-verbal language, your attitude, your posture. How you walk — upright or hunched. What you write. What you say. How you say it. Where it comes from. ✨

Everything you are expresses itself constantly. And what you are is conscious plus unconscious. Be careful: it is not just what you believe yourself to be.

“There is what I am, what I believe I am, and what I perceive of myself.”

Three distinct levels. Those who put themselves down confuse perception with reality. Yet perception is not reality. 💖

The universe observes. The universe listens. And it reconfigures itself according to the positioning you express. This is how your reality is created — not by magic, but by vibrational coherence. When you love yourself more, you position yourself as a sovereign, and the universe removes from your life those who were invading it. 🌟

The elixir of freedom and originality

The final mantra of the elixir was a mantra of freedom: “I lovingly release everything that would have me be ordinary and standard.” Ours is a culture of ready-made thinking, ready-to-wear, ready-to-live. Here, we only do made-to-measure. Spiritual haute couture. 🦋

Everyone makes their own individual sound, not a shared OM. Everyone vibrates their own color. Because we are already one — no need to shave our heads, dress alike, conform. The beauty is that each person creates their own thoughts, concepts, ways of life.

“To my original life, I love you.”

Realizations during Yoga Anatman

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt (in French) of the session’s realizations is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

The session began, as always, with a gesture of infinite gentleness: sending love to yourself. Then the founding mantra settled into the air like an offering: “I surrender to my inner yogi. I surrender to my inner masseur.” 🙏

Already, before the body had even moved, something was vibrating. A diffuse emotion in the arches of the feet, in the contact of the feet with the floor. As if the body recognized that it was going to be loved for an hour and a half.

Suspension: when the body becomes a vertical prayer

The hands rise. The thumbs hook together. The body lifts onto tiptoe. And then a magnificent intention runs through the posture: to be suspended as if invisible strings were holding the crown of the head. 🌟

The thighs tremble. The glutes burn. The abs contract. But in this trembling there is a truth: the firmer and more engaged the body, the more easily it stays upright. A magnificent metaphor for life itself. We don’t hold steady through limp slackness — we hold steady through conscious engagement.

“Gratitude for creating a dream body.”

This mantra, tossed out mischievously, nonetheless reveals a deep awareness: the body you inhabit every day is the fruit of your daily choices. Every posture held, every stretch welcomed, every breath honored gradually sculpts the living statue that you are. 💫

The side stretch: the inner Statue of Liberty

The right arm rises. The left heel lifts. The torso leans. And then the neck lets itself be massaged by the right hand. The mantra becomes a daily hygiene: “I remove all tensions every day, just as I take a shower, just as I brush my teeth.” ✨

A powerful realization this morning: we take care of our outer hygiene without even thinking about it, yet we neglect our energetic and postural hygiene. Why? Because no one ever taught it to us. Today, it is being taught. It is being embodied.

To the left, to the right, the spine stretches and frees itself. The tensions built up from hours at the computer, from mental strain, from do-this-do-that dissolve one by one. And the body discovers that it can be a temple rather than a prison. 🌿

Pelvic circles: the pursuit of pleasure

Then come the circles. The head, the chin, the whole body following. And this phrase, offered like a secret: “It is the pursuit of pleasure. That is what we do during yoga — a pursuit of pleasure in every micro-posture.” 🦋

That turns everything upside down. Yoga is not an austere discipline. It is a sensual quest for the perfection of the body once there is no tension left. More than pleasure: suppleness, mobility. Bliss on the scale of a millimeter.

The sovereign OM: the voice that claims its territory

Then comes the great OM of love. Not a timid little OM, no. A sovereign OM, deep, territorial, resonating in the chest and the first three chakras. An OM that declares: “I am here. I exist.” 💖

It is training in the sacred word. A vibrational preparation for what follows — because mantras, to work, must be inhabited, not recited.

Surrendering backward: I surrender

The arms rise. They cross. They reach back. The spine opens toward the sky. And then a precious distinction appears: “I surrender” is not “I feel abandoned.” In French, a single word covers two opposite realities. To surrender to life is not to be abandoned by it. 🕊️

“Gratitude for being life. Gratitude for being alive in this body.”

The hands connect to the sky, palms open. Imaginary wells of light receive the cosmic energies. The feet anchor like roots. The body becomes a bridge between earth and sky. And then the tears come. Softly. Strongly. Without knowing why. Because the body remembers being one.

The frog and the breath of fire

Four minutes of frog. Breath of fire. Air in and out through the nose, short, intense, purifying. The thighs burn. The breath transforms. For those whose bodies resist, the invitation is clear: adapt, sit in half-lotus, do push-ups. Many paths, one destination. 🌱

The leg stretch: the cosmic orgasm

Then comes the tantric moment of the yoga. The strap around the foot. The right leg rising, rising, rising. The lower back pressed to the floor. The neck completely relaxed — the utmost care not to tense again what has just been released. 💫

And then, a mantra that changes everything: “I associate bliss with stretching. I associate ecstasy with stretching. I associate euphoria with stretching. I associate surrender with stretching.”

“This is the cosmic orgasm of Anatman tantra yoga.”

A major realization: pain is not mandatory in stretching. We can choose to associate pleasure with it. It is a conscious act, a neural bridge we build with every breath. This yoga is a tantra that doesn’t speak its name — or rather, one that is beginning to speak it. ✨

The realization of positioning: every gesture is a statement

As the leg stretches, a revelation arrives. And it is immense: every sentence you write on WhatsApp, every email, every glance, every silence is a positioning. 🌟

What you say. What you don’t say. What you do. What you don’t do. At every moment, you are expressing yourself. And this expression sculpts your reality.

Then the mantra bursts forth: “I lovingly release everything that keeps me from clarifying what doesn’t suit me. I allow myself, with love, kindness and benevolence, to bring clarity to my whole life.” 💞

Mindful walking: presence down to the millimeter

Then the mats are moved aside. The floor clears. And the mindful walking begins, inspired by the Vietnamese Zen of Thich Nhat Hanh. Every micro-movement of the foot becomes an event. Every contact with the floor, a ceremony. 🙏

The effect is astonishing: psychedelic without having taken anything. The senses, heightened by an hour and a half of yoga, create bliss in every stretch of the hip, every breakdown of the movement. Twenty-four frames per second, and you live every single frame.

“When I walk, I walk. When I eat, I eat. When I speak, I speak.”

The postural artist: the concept that had no name yet

Then comes the wild moment. Everyone finds their own posture of bliss. A position that stretches, frees, delights. A new concept is born live: the postural artist. The one within you who sculpts instinctive postures to inhabit the body differently. 🦋

And then, the unexpected: rolling on the floor like a child. Sprawling. Laughing. Making the V for victory. The inner child is back at summer camp. What adults never allow themselves suddenly becomes sacred. ✨

Awakening as the absence of the unconscious

A new definition of awakening then emerges: “Awakening is when there is no more unconscious.” The more you see the unconscious mechanisms, the less unconscious there is. The less unconscious there is, the less unawareness there is. 🌅

The final mantra settles in: “I no longer need my unconscious. I become conscious of everything.” And in joy, love and peace, in fun and laughter, something is realized. Gently. Definitively.

This is the cosmic orgasm of Anatman tantra yoga.

There is what I am, what I believe I am and what I perceive of myself.

Every sentence you say is a positioning.

Awakening is when there is no more unconscious.

To my original life, I love you.

Yoga Anatman: Creating Space Within to Embody Your True Nature

Yoga Anatman: Creating Space Within to Embody Your True Nature

This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of September 12, 2026 — a Saturday morning filled with the gentle soreness of the day before and the quiet power of coming back together.

There are mornings when we step into practice the way we push open a familiar door. 🌅 And yet, behind that door, something new is always waiting. This Saturday, after yesterday’s great frog — six intense minutes that left the body humming with living soreness —, the session opens with infinite tenderness for who we have become during the night.

A new little-hearts feature makes its way into the practice. 💖 On Anatman TV, everyone can now send their vibration, their frequency, their color to the other practitioners. An OM, a joy, a celebration. Technology placed in the service of the sacred. ✨

The video game of consciousness

What if all of this were only a game? 🦋 Not a light, superficial game — but a cosmic video game in which you are at once the creator, the player and the scenery. That is the dizzying invitation of this session: to realize that you are the non-localized, and that, as such, you can create the space for everything you wish to embody.

Vulnerability rises quickly this morning. Tears flow, gratitude overflows. For there is something deeply moving in understanding that you are the creator of your own journey. 🕊️

The morning teaching

Today’s morning elixir carries a powerful teaching on conscious creation. Alexandre first invites everyone to send, through an individual OM, their vibration, their frequency, their identity, their color toward the surface of the cup. The drink becomes a vessel for intention. ✨

Then come the great mantras of liberation: releasing whatever prevents us from welcoming all emotions, all bodily sensations. Releasing whatever prevents us from using the sacred word to command matter. Releasing whatever prevents us from listening to the inner voice. Releasing whatever prevents us from opening the heart and simply being who we are. 💖

And then the tears come. Many are crying. Because this mantra touches the most tender place of all: daring to be yourself. No mask, no strategy, no adjusting to please.

“Gratitude for having a little morning ritual, for aligning, surrendering, raising our vibration, coming home to ourselves.”

Next comes the heart of the teaching, a point Alexandre returns to often because it is fundamental. Let’s listen closely: because I am the non-localized, because I am in a video game where everything is my creation from the absolute, I have the technical ability to create spaces. 🦋

And this creation always begins with an intention. A realization that I am consciousness, yes. But above all an intention — because I am the universe, because I am non-localized, because all of this is a game.

So I can create every scene I wish. Encounters. Relationships. Abundance. I can even co-create with my friends. Infinite gratitude for receiving this initiation into co-creation. 🌟

“Feel a great freedom in your heart, the freedom to create whatever you desire. And then to embody your creations, to play with your creations and to see the results of your creations.”

Everything in the universe rests on this. The intention that creates from the heart, and then delights in its creation. That is the sacred mechanics of life. That is why Yoga Anatman is not gymnastics — it is a school of conscious creation. 💫

And Alexandre reminds us: by doing the yoga every day, a moment comes when the whole day slows down. You have several speeds, including the slow one. The one where we feel, where we create, where we embody. 🕊️

Realizations during Yoga Anatman

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt of the session’s realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

The session opens with a great individual OM, feet firmly planted on the ground. 🌱 Then comes the first mantra, the one that sets the tone for the whole practice: “I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender.” Nothing is possible without this initial surrender. Nothing opens as long as something in us still resists what wants to be born.

Alexandre insists: the mantras must be spoken out loud. For the sacred word only exists when it is embodied. Keeping it in your head means letting it die in the twists and turns of the mind. 💫 It is by daring to express it that matter begins to move.

“As soon as you begin to embody by saying the mantras, well, that’s where things start to move.”

Massaging the jaws and awakening the inner masseur

A first tender gesture: massaging the jaws. 🤍 “I surrender to my inner masseur, I surrender.” This seemingly ordinary mantra opens an immense door — that of absolute trust in what, within, knows exactly where to go, how to press, how to release.

Then we rise onto the tips of our toes. The calves contract, the abs engage, the glutes, the thighs. The whole body hangs suspended. And in this suspension, a fresh vitality flows. We rise, and rise, and rise — as if the body wanted to leave the ground and join the sky. ✨

Side stretches and the bliss of stretching

Right arm raised, leaning to the left, the right heel lifts. And this essential mantra returns: “I surrender to the bliss of the stretch.” Or in its more radical version: “I associate bliss and stretching, I associate.” 🌿

Here is one of the great inner revolutions of the Anatman practice: associating two sensations that the mind usually keeps apart. Where stretching could be nothing but tension, it becomes delight. Where discomfort could make us tense up, it becomes opening. 💖

The thumb then massages the back of the neck on the right. Then on the left. Then both thumbs massage the back of the skull in small, patient circles. The body becomes a tender field of exploration. Every area is honored, listened to, released.

Big circles with the chin

Then comes a moment of rare beauty: big circles with the chin. But Alexandre makes it clear — it isn’t only the neck that moves. The whole body follows the movement. The lower back, the shoulders, everything becomes a circular dance. 🦋

And with each circle, a search: for the fullest possible stretch. Not through force, but through a deep welcome of what the body can offer today. The mantra then falls into place as if self-evident: “I lovingly release everything that keeps me from being here and now in this body.”

Postures of surrender and a declaration of love to life

Arms out in a cross, then back. A posture of surrender. The head gently tilts backward — careful with the neck, no forcing. And then, a series of deeply moving declarations of love: 💞

“To life, I love you. To love, I love you. To the universe, I love you. I surrender to you, I surrender to you.”

This is no longer a physical practice. It is a cosmic declaration. It is the heart opening and recognizing, in every cell, that life deserves to be loved unconditionally. 🕊️

The gentle frog and the breath of fire

Yesterday’s great frog left its mark. Six minutes in the posture — you feel it in your thighs when you wake up. So today, a gentle frog of just three minutes. Alexandre invites everyone to adapt, to listen to what the body truly needs.

Then comes the breath of fire — that powerful exhale where the air flows back in on its own, continuously. Push-ups as an option, or rest in half-lotus. The practice breathes freedom to adapt. Everyone finds their rightful place. ✨

The strap and the extended right leg

Lying on your back, you take hold of the strap. The right leg rises, straight, up to perpendicular if possible. The lower back stays pressed to the floor. The neck stays soft — it’s the arms that pull, never the neck.

And here, anything can happen. Trembling in the thigh. Laughter bubbling up. Tears flowing. Alexandre then slips in this mysterious sentence: 🌟

“Notice that when it laughs, there’s no one left. It’s the being, the soul that laughs, not the person. It’s the real you that laughs.”

A major realization: authentic laughter is a sign of the ego fading away. When laughter truly happens, when tears truly flow, it is the Non-Self expressing itself. The person has stepped aside. All that remains is pure presence. 💫

Spontaneous breath retention and infinite release

After lowering the leg, a strange phenomenon may occur. The body exhales at length, then doesn’t breathe in again. A spontaneous pause in the breath settles in. No worry, no control — just tender observation.

“Notice that when the breath stops, thoughts stop too, everything stops. It’s a practice that frees the body.”

The body becomes free to breathe in or not. It is no longer an order from the mind. It is a direct consequence of extreme relaxation. Something in us feels safe enough to let go of everything, absolutely everything. 🤍

The left leg and the opening of the heart

We do the same with the left leg. Perpendicular to the floor, the strap pulling, the neck relaxed. And in this stretch, the heart opens even further. “I love you, I love you” rises spontaneously. Gratitude bursts out toward all the yogis practicing at the same moment, toward those who came on retreat this summer — including the little one in the jacket who laughed so heartily. 🦋

The great creative mantra

Then comes the central revelation of the session. The mantra that changes everything: ✨

“I create a space within me to welcome all bodily sensations. I create a space within me to welcome all emotions. I create a space within me to manifest great abundance. I create a space within me to understand that I am the one creating the space.”

The last mantra makes everyone laugh. It turns the mind back on itself. Because I am the creator of space itself. I am not inside it — I am it. 💖

Thigh stretches and the foot against the thigh

Right leg bent, left leg extended. Hands behind the head for the more flexible among us. The thigh stretches deliciously. Then right knee out to the right, foot touching the left thigh. Then we switch sides. The pelvis opens, the hip releases its old memories. 🌿

Conscious walking and the non-localized spin

Standing, blindfolded, we spin like a top — three or four turns, like the Five Tibetans. Then we stop. And there, we are somewhere in the non-localized. Visual reality has vanished. What remains is sound, what remains is the feet.

The walking begins. Forward. Backward. Sideways like a crab. Because in truth, I am not localized. I perceive from this body, but I am not this body. 🕊️

“I lovingly release everything that wants to make me believe I am localized. I lovingly release everything I have believed. I start again from zero.”

Alexandre scoops up Lise — the little cat wandering across the room — and laughs. The body starts dancing on its own. It becomes tantra. It stretches in the pure bliss of existing. 💞

Opening the eyes and keeping the altered state

On three, the eyes open. But the altered state of consciousness remains. The non-localized endures. Awareness stays as much in the feet as in what we see. That is the training: no longer being sucked in by the mind and by sight, staying anchored in all the sensations. 🌟

Notice that when it laughs, there’s no one left. It’s the being, the soul that laughs, not the person. It’s the real you that laughs.

I create a space within me to understand that I am the one creating the space, I create.

I lovingly release everything that wants to make me believe I am localized.

The cosmic fit of laughter that lasted 5 hours…

The cosmic fit of laughter that lasted 5 hours…

This article is taken from my samadhi report of August 24, 2013. I share it with you today, with all my love.

What makes the galaxies turn? What makes your heart beat, right here, right now, as you read these lines? Love? Yes, of course, love… And beyond love?

Here is my answer: humor.

I know, it may sound completely crazy. But on the evening of August 24, 2013, I saw it. Yes, you read that right: I didn’t think it, I saw it. Here is my account, just as I lived it, just as I wrote it down that night and in the days that followed…

A “classic” meditation

I thought I was going to have a “classic” meditation, after three years of meditating to film music, melting into the infinite love of what we are. But destiny had other plans…

As always, nothing prepares us for life, for the very day we are living now. As always, things come when we are ready. And as usual, with a cosmic sense of humor, the universe brings us exactly what we ask of it…

This is the account of a non-ordinary meditation.

Eyes closed, I begin to meditate…

At first, I feel some discomfort in my body. I’m out of my comfort zone. I sense that “something” is happening, biologically, organically, and above all that something is about to happen…

Psychedelic images appear, full of colors and color gradients, like the ricordea corals in an aquarium. I’m in Care Bears land, with a very funny, very hippie, very seventies feel. There is something “candy-like” about it, soft, sweet, full of love, something very pink…

Funny, isn’t it? The great journey toward the infinite begins in candy land…

The body becomes a vehicle

I feel that my body is cold, or hot, and most of the time it is both: cold and hot at the same time. For the first time in my life, I experience simultaneous “hot and cold” in my body. “I really do mean that ‘my body’ was hot or cold, and not that ‘I’ was hot or cold, because the consciousness that I am, at that moment, realizes very clearly that the body is a vehicle.”

Sometimes the thought comes to me: “I’ll cover it up, so it doesn’t catch cold.” A genuine disidentification from the body had taken place…

For the ten hours that follow, both my nostrils will stay perfectly clear, both my brains, left and right, perfectly operational. I feel the nadis, the energy channels, running at full power: Ida and Pingala, Chandra nadi and Surya nadi, lunar energy and solar energy, and Sushumna, the central channel.

There was never the slightest loss of consciousness. On the contrary, it was as if my two brains were becoming more “intelligent”, not only because they were perfectly synchronized, but also because each of them, on its own, began working more intensely.

To give you an image: if my brains were receiving enough electricity to power a 40-watt bulb before the ceremony, they began receiving 40,000 during the Samadhi. Because of this energy, the body has to be able to withstand the overload. Hence the importance of exercise and of the body. I’ll come back to this later…

“What I want is awakening!”

During this parade of psychedelic scenery, my consciousness receives this thought: “No, this isn’t it. All this scenery is very nice, but it isn’t what I want.” What I want is awakening!

“I’m doing this experience to raise my level of consciousness and to continue on my spiritual path.”

Two or three times, the system keeps sending me back into the colorful scenery: the experience of deep meditation sometimes carries us away. Luckily, I hold firm to my true intention…

Then suddenly, the colors begin to change. There is something like a transcendence of planes, of dimensions. Shades and gradients of transparent blues appear, as holograms that merge into one another, intersect, all of it in motion.

Moving fractal images overlap and interlock. An infinity of colors blends together in pixelated textures…

And it is at this moment that my consciousness finally finds itself positioned from the point of view of cosmic consciousness.

“I was literally the divine mind, universal consciousness, I was the cosmos and the cosmos was me. Planet Earth was down in the bottom left, the ego, the character, was a tiny dot in my consciousness. I was everything else.”

Samadhi report, August 24, 2013

An expansion of my field of consciousness reveals itself, calmly, without suffering, simply, naturally. I was naked, I was the divine mind, naturally, in its absolute, infinite, formless state. Pure consciousness, I was simply “me”. I am. I am…

Pause…

Breathe. Feel, just for a moment, what it would be like to be everything else…

The cosmic fit of laughter

In this ecstatic state, which will last five hours, insights emerge, amid an infinite cosmic fit of laughter.

This world and all the others are nothing but one great cosmic joke, the play of consciousness experiencing itself. All these worlds, everything that exists, is “me”, what some have called Brahman in Hinduism.

The seven billion characters: I see them, and I see who is playing them. “The 7 billion characters / Egos that I embody are just there for fun, each one to play out a story, a character. I am all these characters at the same time. I take immense pleasure in playing all these roles.”

I, as the divine mind, play seven billion characters, in a setting much like Balzac‘s The Human Comedy. “At the same time, each character is also a universe. Each character with a physical body and energy bodies is the entire universe in miniature, in the form of a hologram.”

Your body, yes, yours, the one holding this text right now, is the entire universe in miniature…

So what happens when two universes meet? “The intersection of holographic universes happens when we meet other people in this physical world. Through a rather sophisticated process, our universes literally connect with one another. We truly soak each other up through physical presence.”

“If we put five people in a room, five universes will melt into one another, and a palpable atmosphere will form. Transfers of energy, information and knowledge will take place. Presence alone is enough.” Conflicts or unions may arise. And without the characters realizing it, unconsciously, the consciousnesses talk to each other, make agreements, wage war, make peace.

Have you ever walked into a meeting and found the atmosphere electric, or, on the contrary, full of peace? That’s it! “Far beyond our ordinary understanding, our souls collide in ways we never suspect. Nothing can be hidden in the invisible; everything is known.”

Depending on what happens in the invisible, these five people, who could just as well be twenty or three million, will receive thoughts. Then each one will choose whether or not to express the thoughts they received. Let’s observe the thoughts we receive when we are physically close to someone, and see what happens in the invisible…

Everything that happens on Earth is just a melodramatic game of no importance whatsoever from the cosmic perspective. Less than specks of dust: even planet Earth is only a detail in the cosmic story…

The sadder the music, the harder I laugh

At this stage, this realization creates an immense ecstatic state. My pineal gland activates, and I fall into a permanent, unstoppable COSMIC fit of laughter. Everything is immensely funny from the point of view of the divine.

I start laughing, more and more. Nothing can stop this cosmic force that is humor.

“Isn’t humor, in the end, the clash of several points of view? Isn’t laughter the result of a realization? Whether through tears or through laughter, emotion is the result of a realization.”

I am at level N+1000 of the layers of consciousness, and at the same time my body is here, in this living room, with my friends who are playing music.

I am here, and I am not here, at the same time…

And that’s when they decide, in an attempt to “release” my suffering, in keeping with the therapeutic protocol of meditation to film music, to play some sad music: Schindler’s List, The Elephant Man, and so on.

And the sadder the music is supposed to be, the more I laugh with joy. I laugh my heart out!

Beyond hilarious: I’m dying of laughter at how ridiculous the melodrama of life is, and how groundless from the point of view of the absolute. How funny they are, all these characters with their stories!

The torment of laughter just won’t stop.

All these characters who die, who suffer, seen from the absolute, become as light as a stage play.

From the point of view of the absolute, nothing is serious: everything is played out, and universal consciousness is the first to laugh about it…

How funny it is to see all these egos playing their roles: I’m sad, I’m Mr. So-and-so, I’m a man, I’m a woman. What a farce!

And the more sad music they play me, the more I laugh. As if all the jokes in the world had been told at once, I can’t stop laughing.

“What was generating the laughter was this cosmic humor that still resonates today in Yoga Anatman: we are less than nothing in the eyes of infinite consciousness, we are a consciousness experiencing itself, and only the ego takes itself seriously.”

This whole world is nothing but one big farce.

Of course, I understand that this text may be hard to understand: those who read it will have no choice but to project their consciousness onto it, filtered through whatever ego they may have. What they receive in return will depend on how far that ego, that character, has dissolved…

At one point, a friend says to me: “Here, scream into a cushion!”

lol

lol

Dying of laughter!!!

How funny. I see very clearly a projection of his consciousness. I thank him: now is not the time.

Five minutes later, he comes back: “This laughter is a defense mechanism.” Been there, done that…

Bwahahaha!

How funny. Anything he could have said would have had the same result anyway: hysterical, I’m in hysterics.

My brain is so filled with ecstasy… I don’t understand it at the time, but I am in Samadhi, with an intense ecstatic effect.

Next it’s Christophe, the master of ceremonies, who plays his role and announces: “We’re going to change the atmosphere. It seems that whatever the music, sad or not, it always has the same constant effect: laughter.”

lol lol lol

“At that, I burst out laughing, because the contrast between the little characters on Earth and reality is enormous, and I think that’s the definition of humor: the gap.”

For those few hours, I am so euphoric and so deep in Samadhi that absolutely nothing matters. Nothing, absolutely nothing, could have pulled me out of this fit of laughter…

When the character we are during our incarnation disappears, all its pseudo-needs, everything that mattered to it, disappear along with it…

At one point, the music changes: Asian music. lol lol lol

Dying of laughter.

Things are starting to get serious for the body, which has been laughing for at least two hours: exhausting! Still, I take care to keep it warm.

At first, I didn’t want to laugh too much, out of respect for my friends: I didn’t want to disturb them too much. But it was stronger than me…

I know that nothing bad can happen, except perhaps, and even then, the death of the body. But even the death of the body holds no fear anymore, since we are all immortal. And yet every life is precious: let’s take care of this body, our treasure.

I know that nothing negative can happen to me, because I know who I am. I am the divine mind, just like you. “I am the master of my universe, and every intention, every act of will, is like a request, even a command, that allows me to connect with other universes.”

Beyond love, humor

“The moment I transcend, through laughter, all the so-called ‘sad’ music, which in the end is only sad for the character, I understand that I have transcended life, that I have transcended death, human existence.”

And I have transcended love too…

“For beyond love, what moves the universe is called humor! Astonishing and unexpected: humor is the greatest force in the universe.”

And that’s when Einstein‘s line comes to mind: “Compound interest is the greatest force in the universe”!!!

lol

So that’s Einstein’s sense of humor: the greatest force in the universe is humor…

“Love is simply the understanding that the other is literally ‘us’. Of course, we are infinite love, infinite consciousness, but beyond all that, we get so bored in the universe that we created all these worlds and all these characters.”

I stay in Samadhi, euphoric and ecstatic, for a few more hours, taking on laughing Buddha postures and regulating my breathing. A sigh. Many sighs…

In that moment, I “am” Buddha: a euphoric, ecstatic Buddha. I am the universe, the cosmos, and I contemplate the merry dance of life, and I crack up.

It is the most beautiful day of this earthly life. Every window has opened: for a few hours, I lived the greatest Samadhi of this existence. And I have never laughed so much, either!

How funny life is, for those who know how to look at it…

How funny these characters are…

The multidimensionality of our universe is extraordinary…

During the eight hours of Samadhi, and even afterward, the “crown of kings” came back. I feel something like a crown on my head: it is the seventh chakra connecting to the divine source. The reception is dense, hence the perception of this flow of consciousness radiating through all the bodies.

The laughter gradually subsides, but the ecstasy remains.

I keep listening to lots of film music. As a divine being, music fascinates me, because it tells stories. I love stories, melodrama, Shakespeare…

The most important thing in life is fun. While respecting others and ourselves, make it fun!

Laughter heals

I feel my whole body flooded with molecules of ecstasy, and that my brain is generating all of it. My whole body has been healed by this state and these molecules. Because it’s my whole body that is laughing. Laughter does the body a world of good: I could feel it in every cell. If only people knew…

Laughter heals.

“I feel that healing molecules have run through my body. Generated by laughter, they cleansed everything, making every cell of my being happy. When you laugh, when you are in ecstasy, it is every cell of your body that is in ecstasy, not just the brain.”

I didn’t sleep all night, remaining in Samadhi.

My brain is completely turned upside down by all this ecstasy. And at the same time, I know that nothing will ever be the same again.

In one evening, I lived through a gigantic Samadhi, greater than all the little peaks of awakening of the past three years.

In one evening, more than forty-four years of the history of a non-existent human go out the window. How funny!

The mechanisms that allow sleep have been wiped out. I’ll see tomorrow whether I can sleep…

I am one of the happiest men in the world, knowing that anything can happen, and that at the same time, it fundamentally doesn’t matter one bit.

“The perspective of the divine is that of humor, of fun: ‘May your life be funny!’ The perspective of the ego is that of melodrama, of the character’s play: ‘May your life be dramatic!'” Make it fun… or make it drama!

Luckily, in this process, infinite consciousness has also left some of us the possibility of understanding the divine perspective.

Thank you, life, thank you, universe.

At one point, a friend came into my arms. I could feel his emotion… “All the suffering in the world could dissolve in my ecstasy, in that laughter, in that moment, because from the absolute point of view, nothing matters; suffering and melodrama are relative views. It was the divine mind laughing through this body.”

Back into the character

After more than ten hours, I feel the effects fading, my field of consciousness shrinking. I am once again framed, enclosed in human consciousness, in the character. But not quite as before:

“The curtain has been lifted on what lies behind the scenery, for eternity, forever. Like a cosmic ‘peekaboo’ from the divine: ‘See, I told you, it’s all fake…’ I have seen behind the scenes…”

Samadhi report, August 24, 2013

“The real question truly is: ‘Why have we forgotten who we are?’ Answer: so that we can fully play our role. We lose ourselves in our character and forget that we are infinite consciousness.”

Don’t forget who you are…

Let’s not take life too seriously. Let’s do everything we do with humor and fun, with respect.

Life is a joke!

What does this experience change? Just about everything.

On the one hand, it is the continuation of the three previous years: to integrate the experience, I first had to have realized that we are universal consciousness (see R for Reawakening). And at the same time, new realizations are here: the transcendence of life, of death, of love.

This experience gives me strength, because it confirms what I am, and why I am here.

All that’s left for me to do now is take lessons in being funny!

Twenty-four hours later

After twenty-four hours, the consequences are there: a significant increase in mental and creative abilities. I become more “intelligent”, because I receive more ideas, and I become clearer, more creative in several areas: mental, creative, feeling, emotional.

The difference from the first initiations is a perfect regulation, a perfect balance between the left brain and the right brain. Both my nostrils stay wide open, all the time. It’s as if my processor were running much faster, as if I had received a new version of my operating system…

The hardware, that is, the body, needs more exercise: that’s one of the first things I feel.

It’s clear that the character has been transformed by the experience. As if consciousness had updated the character. Like an upgrade: new abilities appear, the connection to the source is stronger.

In every person I meet, I see something more, something I didn’t see before. Through the intuitive channel, I directly receive messages about what is good for each person, and about what I am living with them in a parallel life, which may be taking place in any space-time.

Since past, present and future all play out in the single instant, I can feel the relationships I have with other beings. Everything is heightened, sharpened. I feel each character’s traits magnified tenfold: their humor, their love, their ego, their intentions! I see their mental programming.

I have remained in Samadhi, without the ecstasy, but with a large part of all the understanding. The door has stayed open, as after a Shaktipat!

“All films, all stories, are receptions of universes that really exist.” The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Stargate, Superman, Thor, Heroes: all these films are here to prepare humanity for what is going to happen…

“The divine perspective changes life, because our understanding of what is happening is widened. Even after the experience of Samadhi, when we come back into this dimension, we keep what we have understood. What has been understood has been understood for eternity.”

A word of caution: you need spiritual foundations. You need an already awakened consciousness to be able to receive, and to be able to integrate. “However, to understand an experience with the mind, to be able to integrate it and to talk about it, you need to know certain concepts. Without preparation, without spiritual awareness, without the words, without the preparatory realizations, no integration is possible.”

And if these lines unsettle you, rest assured: “It is entirely possible to be destabilized by such an experience. At the same time, the experience cannot come if you are not ready. The life that you are takes care of itself.” The divine mind takes care of itself…

Beliefs and conditioning act like brakes on the reception of reality: they constantly distort it. A Samadhi experience makes it possible to understand reality as it is, to see the characters’ conditioning and projections.

Each character can only see the world through their own prism, through the filters of their conditioned ego. Every act in life is interpreted positively or negatively, depending on one’s past experience and conditioning.

“It is almost impossible for two people to truly understand each other, since each one projects onto the other. As long as there is a character, it is the character that projects, not consciousness.” Beneath consciousness lies the character.

Looking at people’s personalities, I feel as if I’m seeing spaceships: warships, when I see warrior-like people. They are there to defend, or to attack. “I understand that everyone has their function in a team: each person is the expression of an entire universe!” (That evening, I made a note to reread the Enneagram, type 7…)

The opening of the field of consciousness that has taken place remains, because integration is possible from past memory, from what has already been experienced and understood. Hence the importance of the spiritual path, of meditation, yoga and exercise.

I am much more sensitive to the signs the universe sends us: no coincidence can be put down to chance anymore. In a way, life is a sum of synchronicities. Nothing can happen by chance, no encounter, no event. Everything is the play of consciousness, and everything that happens is like a test: here is a new event, how do you react?

My sensitivity to chemicals, to food, to smells, to everything, has increased considerably.

My awareness has sharpened in every area. The visual: I need everything to be in harmony, I move the furniture around. I see what I didn’t see before, the artistic side. Everything has to be perfect, all the time.

It’s as if consciousness were living more fully in me. The divine mind that I am seeks organization, order, beauty, perfection. My standards have risen considerably: I want to do everything better, with fun, laughing. I can’t stop laughing with others all day long! I also feel others much more: I feel their emotions ten times more. The sensitivity of the right brain and the left brain has been deeply affected.

I have a much greater impact on the people around me: I radiate shakti, I spread euphoria. No one can see it, only feel it…

“We humans are the interface between the source, the divine, and matter, this earthly dimension. We have a role to play as a species: not to destroy the planet, but to awaken and live in harmony with the other species. We are here to receive and channel the highest thoughts. Then all we have to do is let BEING act through us, in joy and laughter.”

“We receive what there is to do, then we do it, for fun. When we create and bring something into being, a piece of music, a painting, a project, a tool, we are rewarded by the universe, especially if we can share it with others”: the invention of the automobile, the airplane, computers, the iPad, the iPod, and so on.

Two sentences came to me, signed Kundun, in that month of August 2013: “To see the invisible is to understand the will of the divine mind.” And: “Infinite love and joy to those who create.”

A new science is going to be invented: the science of how the brain works, a neuroscience multiplied a thousandfold. The chemistry of the brain, as an antenna, will help us better understand these states.

Imagine a hundred researchers in Samadhi, inventing!!!

The information in this text could bring about a huge leap in our understanding of the brain. There is knowledge to publish, studies to fund.

One day, science will better understand these states of consciousness, which the shamans of old already knew. Artists and researchers will work in Samadhi.

A revolution is underway.

Humanity is about to make a leap forward it doesn’t even suspect!!!

Two days later

Two days later, the effects are lasting, as long as I meditate a little every day.

I see the future, which is simply the fruit of the law of cause and effect, in a multidimensional way.

“There is no longer any difference between reality and fiction: the only difference is that ‘fiction’ unfolds in another space-time.”

There are only perspectives now, dimensions, the universe, me, you. I am. We are…

When several people are in Samadhi, it is possible to connect them, through touch for example, and through intention, in order to multiply their power and their strength.

“A group of people in Samadhi can create miracles if they learn to unite and focus their intention. 4 people in Samadhi can have more impact on the planet than 7 billion characters lost in illusion.”

Forming circles, chanting mantras, recording the chants in Samadhi…

Making contact with other planes, other dimensions; the ability to travel, to share even more…

Creating stargates, blessing objects, changing the weather…

The effects are exponential. With thirty people, the planet literally changes, under the influence of focused, directed consciousness.

The place matters a great deal too: Ibiza, Sedona, the Himalayas, the mountains, Peru, the pyramids of Egypt, and so on.

Creating a space with crystals, amethysts, to amplify: eight two-meter crystals in a perfect circle, with another, larger one in the middle.

A circle ceremony. Chanting, prayer, intention. The Samadhi of the priests. Prayers for the sick. Scepters, tipped with amethysts…

To you who are reading these lines

Perhaps you have already laughed like this, once, without knowing why. Perhaps you have cried at a film while sensing, deep down, that it was only a film. Perhaps you already sense that there is something more…

There is something more. I know it, because I have seen it. And what I saw that night, you already carry within you…

I’m not asking you to believe me. Experiment, and see whether it resonates with you or not. Go gently. Take the time to laugh, and take the time to cry, too. Both are doorways…

To those who read these lines: receive my love, my joy. Be fun!

This laughter,
It is yours,
Already.

Yoga Anatman: Bringing peace to every part that believes it is separate

Yoga Anatman: Bringing peace to every part that believes it is separate

This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of September 11, 2026, a morning practice of awakening, transformation and realization.

There are mornings when you step into the practice the way you open a door. You don’t yet know what is waiting on the other side. You only know that something within you is asking to be welcomed ✨.

That morning, from the very first stretches, the body began to laugh. To feel bliss. To cry, too. As if all the inner parts that had stayed silent for so long had finally found a space to express themselves. 🌱

And then came this question, asked by one of the practitioners, which opened everything up: why am I afraid of love?

When a part of you is afraid of love

The answer was not the one anyone expected. It did not try to console. Instead, it turned the question upside down. 🕊️

Because it is never you who is afraid of love. It is a part, hidden away in the unconscious, that once felt separate. A part that suffered. A part that, in order to survive, believed it had to protect itself from something greater.

And what if the real work this morning was not to fight that part… but to speak to it with love? 💖

The morning’s teaching

Today’s elixir had a simple, almost obvious name: an elixir of peace. But behind that word, a whole teaching unfolded, like a veil being gently lifted. 🌿

It all began with a question sent in by Anne: that sentence so many beings carry in secret, “I’m afraid of love.” Alexandre then offered a truth that shifts everything: that sentence is false. It is not the “I” that is afraid of love. It is programs, conditioning, unconscious wounds that feel separate from creation.

“In fact, it’s a false sentence. What it really means is: I have wounds and traumas in my unconscious that don’t allow me to trust life, to trust love.”

Then the true question revealed itself: why do some parts of me believe they are separate? And the answer, offered with infinite tenderness: because they have suffered. 💫

From this understanding, the elixir sprang forth. Not a struggle, not a rejection, but a message of love addressed to all those inner parts that believe they are shut out of the world:

“To all my parts that believe they are separate from the world, from life and from creation: I love you, I welcome you just as you are. You are perfect. I’m sorry. Forgive me, I forgive you everything.”

Over the past two weeks, Alexandre shared, there has been a major realization: all suffering, all pain, all ignorance is nothing but the expression of a part that is suffering inside. A part at odds with life. 🦋

And so, everything is resolved through pacification. Not through struggle. Not through denial. Through welcome. Through forgiveness. Through this absolute sentence that speaks to the relative: I love you just as you are.

Next came a teaching of rare depth on the secondary gain of suffering. These parts, in their unconscious logic, tell themselves: if I no longer suffer, I no longer exist. They don’t want to disappear. They fear unification as if it were dissolution.

“Suffering only exists because it feels separate. And if suffering began to unify, it would disappear — and in the unconscious, it doesn’t want to disappear.”

Hence the mantra that followed, precise, surgical: I lovingly release everything that would have me believe I must suffer in order to exist. Then the luminous affirmation: I exist in peace, I exist in love. 🙏

And then, like a final seal, this deeply moving reminder: the outer world — the wars, the conflicts, everything we see on television — is nothing but the expression of humanity’s inner disharmonies. Peace begins within. Always. 🌟

Realizations during Yoga Anatman

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt of the session’s realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

There are mornings when the body wakes up before the mind. This morning was one of them. From the very first moments, something opened. ✨

The session began with an individual sound, that opening vibration which prepares the inner landscape. Then a massage of the cheeks, a stretch of the jaw. The smile, even before the posture. Laughter, even before the effort.

Alexandre then introduced a precious new feature: the possibility of sending him your personal news on his WhatsApp, so that you receive mantras during the session tailored to whatever you are going through at the moment. Anne and Valérie led the way. A practice that becomes made to measure. 🌱

Arms rose. And already, the surprise: “Oh my… it’s already bliss and we’ve barely started.” From this observation a founding mantra was born: I associate bliss with stretching.

“The more sensitive you become, the more connected to your physical body, the more you will live in permanent bliss. Yes, that’s what awaits you if you keep doing our yoga: permanent bliss in the micro-movements.”

Rising onto tiptoe: rooted like a stake

Next came the vertical rise. On tiptoe. Gaze straight ahead. Calves, thighs, glutes, abs — everything contracts. Alexandre passes on an essential image: I am planted like a stake. 🕊️

And this realization of formidable simplicity: the more you contract, the easier it gets. Without contraction, the posture collapses. Muscle strengthening is not an extra — it is the very condition of stability. It warms you up, it wakes you up, it’s perfect for winter.

A declaration of love to life

The head tilts back, the thumbs hook together. And there, the whole body begins to speak to life: I love you, I love you, I love you. 💖

Gratitude for being alive. One more morning. We’ve won. Then that deep silence, that thought offered to those who are no longer alive this morning. Tears come. They are welcomed. Carpe diem, the session whispers.

The inner masseur and welcoming emotions

Then comes the work on the neck. The right thumb, then the left thumb, massage the cervical vertebrae in small circles. A powerful mantra is offered: I surrender to my inner masseur, I surrender. 🌿

Then this key phrase: I become tantra. Life is going to become more interesting, more blissful, more sensational. Sensitive. Alexandre invites everyone to let the tears flow. To welcome every emotion. And he points out that after three months of practice, neck tension has all but disappeared in regular practitioners.

“If you still have stiffness, rigidity, do the yoga every day. After that, you won’t have any tension left, because you’ll release it as soon as it appears.”

The cross posture of surrender

Then comes total opening. Arms spread wide in a cross. The body leaning back. The posture of surrender. And once again that incantatory declaration to life, to the universe: I love you, I’m in love with you, I love everything you are. 💫

The hands rest gently on the lower back, like an energy healing on the lumbar area. Then the breathing of the Five Tibetans — in through the nose, out through the mouth — anchors this opening in the breath.

Growing sensitivity: the awakening of the body

Alexandre then shares a profound realization about how the practice has evolved. At first, years ago, it was simply well-being, flexibility, lightness. Then, little by little, a few postures became blissful. And today: everything is blissful. 🦋

“As if I had become sensitized. What does it do to me? What does it do to me? And it’s the welcome, the sensation, the surrender that will give you so much bliss with this yoga.”

There is an essential teaching here: awakening is not about fleeing the body. It is about becoming so sensitive, so empathic that you naturally create your own paradise. You choose an environment that suits you, kind, blissful. It’s as simple as that.

The frog and the breath of fire

The session then invited the frog posture, held for six minutes this morning, with a planned progression up to ten minutes a day. Gaze straight ahead, hands in namaste, back nice and straight. Breath of fire — I breathe out, the air comes in by itself. A disappearing. An active meditation. 🙏

For the bravest, the option of doing push-ups. For everyone, the mantra: I disappear, I surrender, I learn to let go of everything.

Cat, cow and dragon

Cat and cow then set the spine undulating, with remarkable suppleness this morning. Then the dragon posture, on the right and then on the left: palms in line with the outer heel, breath of fire, knee further back or less depending on the intensity you choose. 🌟

Between each side, a moment of rest lying on the belly. Melting into the mat. Letting everything go. Here Alexandre shares a precious subtlety about the out-breath:

“It may slip into apnea. That’s fine. Entering a zone of stillness. After the out-breath, it keeps letting go, infinitely. It lets go so much that it no longer breathes in.”

The inner child and the toes

Then came a moment of pure tenderness. A moment when the inner child took over again. Each toe, one after another, was stretched, massaged, loved. 💞

Oh my little toe, I love you. The second, the third, the fourth, the big toe. Then all the toes at once, legs in the air, like a baby at play. It trembles, it laughs, it cries.

This sequence carries a hidden but essential teaching: I love all my parts. None is too small to receive love. None is unworthy of attention. Even the little toe determines our balance.

Conscious walking and the non-localized Non-Self

The session ended with a conscious walk, blindfolded, in a living silence. A few turns first — here Alexandre mentions the Sufi dance exercises. Then free walking: forwards, backwards, turned around, sideways. 🌅

And there, a major realization emerged, directly continuing the previous Sunday’s Anatman Odyssey:

“I am the creator of everything, of the whole. I came to incarnate in order to play. Even though I feel in this body, in the feet, I am not only the feet. I am not in the body. What I am is not localized.”

This is the realization of the non-localized Non-Self. I am the whole room. I am the consciousness that contains the sensations, not the other way around. Alexandre spoke of Bruce Lee’s initiation, that ability martial artists have to sense space without bumping into anything, without touching, in a non-local perception.

Then, eyes closed, blindfold removed, using the light as a guide. Then eyes open, while staying present to the physical body. Walking happens without an “I”. No need for an “I” in order to walk. It walks all by itself. 🕊️

The session closed with this invitation: keep this presence throughout the day. Body awareness. Feeling. For as long as possible, whatever you are doing.

Suffering only exists because it feels separate. And if it were to unify, it would disappear.

The more sensitive you become, the more connected to your physical body, the more you will live in permanent bliss.

I am the creator of everything. What I am is not localized. Walking happens without an I.
