54 questions about love with Alexandre Anatman

54 questions about love

Fifty-four times, live, someone has asked me a question beginning with “Why do I…?” on the theme of love. Here is what I saw, and what I answered.

Why do I find it so hard to let myself be loved?

Why am I still waiting for my beloved?

Why do I run away as soon as it gets serious?

Why do I say I don’t want a partner, when I’d actually love one?

These are the audience’s questions.

Each time, I do the same thing. I have the person breathe, I connect with their body and their emotions, and I read the unconscious structures. Then I say what I see, as gently as I can. And very often, the tears come…

Perhaps you, too, are asking yourself one of these fifty-four questions. If so, what follows is not a theory. It is what these sessions have shown me, gathered into a few great themes.

💞 Who falls in love with whom?

I’ll start there, because almost nobody knows what it is. One participant told me: a beloved is someone caring, who listens, who shares my life. I told her: that’s not it at all, my darling. That is the intellectual idea of love, the one that comes from films and programs.

Falling in love is far simpler and far stronger. I meet someone and there is a kind of lightning bolt, through a glance, through the voice, through a hug. I think about him all the time. I want to be with him all the time. And it wasn’t me who decided…

Yes, this is the point I repeat in almost every session: it is not the person who falls in love. It is being falling in love with being, through two bodies. When I love, I open a portal in my heart.

“It isn’t ‘my’ love; it is Love coming to incarnate through my body and through my heart.”

And since there is only one being, love is always mutual, by its very nature. I don’t need to wonder whether the other is in love: the answer is yes. What sometimes fails to show up is their person, who can’t quite own what their heart has already recognized. Unconscious programs may want to run away from love.

We are vibrations, a little like musical notes. When G meets G, it rings true. C and C sharp, it grates. If you’re wondering why you fell in love with him, here is perhaps my simplest answer: because you and he ring true together.

🌊 Dissolving: why love is so frightening

Why am I afraid of being vulnerable in love? Why do I feel insecure when I fall in love? Why do I find it so hard to let myself be loved? Behind these three questions, I see the same mechanism, and it is perfectly logical.

A love relationship means surrendering to the other. And to surrender is the dissolution of the “I”, of the “me”. If I fall in love, it won’t be me anymore; it will be us. And the ego wants none of that. It wants “I, I, I”, “me, me, me”.

So I’ll say it plainly: at first, it’s unpleasant. It means dying while you’re still alive, raw and unprotected. Then, after a few weeks, it gets much better, because there’s no one left to be afraid. What remains is the “us”, and the “us” is happy.

“No love is possible while you are identified with the ego.”

I saw the fear of vulnerability in a man who didn’t dare declare his feelings. If she says “no”, I suffer. And if she says “yes”? Ah, that’s worse: I’ll have to live love day after day, depend on someone, be naked. For the ego, nothing is more horrifying. For being, nothing is more beautiful.

So I put the question another way. What if it were beautiful to be vulnerable in love? What if that is what love is, after all? It asks for courage, selflessness and faith. But if you’re afraid of disappearing in it, I can tell you what I have seen: what disappears is the costume. What loves never dissolves…

💧 Crying, “sadding”, grieving

Why am I angry, and why can’t I fall in love? Beneath the anger, I found a love story twenty years old that had never been grieved. Stories can end. Love itself doesn’t leave. And that is precisely what makes the ending so hard for the person.

So, in a session, the first thing I do is let the tears flow. I suggest saying out loud: I allow myself to cry, I have the right to cry, crying doesn’t make me weak. Someone who cannot cry cannot evolve, and their life doesn’t change.

I even invented a verb for it: to sad. When I am sad, I sad. Because sadness isn’t a flaw; it’s a signal, like hunger. It says: there is a need that isn’t being met. If I don’t live it, I don’t see the need, and I stay hungry without knowing for what…

Why do I say I don’t want a partner, when I’d actually love one? Because there are two voices. The being of love says: I want a beloved. The programs say: it’ll be the same as always, I’m going to suffer. And the person, caught between the two, decides never to suffer again.

It’s a very bad strategy. Pleasure and pain are the same mechanism. Cut off one and you cut off the other: that’s called anesthesia. And besides, what hurts, in truth, isn’t love.

“What makes us suffer is not love at all; it is attachment.”

Even a breakup changes its face when seen from being. When someone leaves a relationship that is damaging them, it is self-love that wins. And every heartbreak has a purpose: to dissolve the ego. I still recommend awakening without heartbreak; it is entirely possible…

“A breakup is really a cry of love.”

The head, the body and the heart

Why can’t I fall in love? When I listen to the person asking this question, I often hear a very fast, very intelligent head that has figured everything out before the body has felt a thing. And that’s where it gets stuck.

“The truth is not in the head.”

The head is perfectly capable of telling stories. The body, on the other hand, cannot invent something that doesn’t exist. I take someone’s hand, and I feel right away whether there’s a spark. I give a hug, and I know whether I’m hooked or want to leave. The body has already answered. Be careful, though: programs can “twist” your stomach and make you feel uneasy…

We have four intelligences: the head, the heart, the emotions and the body. To the woman who had chosen a liar, I showed that she had chosen him with her head alone, without her heart, without her emotions, without her body. Otherwise she would have seen it right away. It’s like driving with three of your four dials switched off…

That’s why I love empaths so much. With an empath, lying is impossible: she knows before the other person has even finished thinking it. If you are sensitive, if you cry easily, it may not be a weakness in love. It may be your discernment, live.

Sometimes it’s the body itself that has been abandoned. I thought being a woman was in the head. It’s in the pelvis, in the legs, in the feet. I cannot love myself if I don’t love my body. So I begin with the same question: how does it feel, in the left foot?

🌱 The inheritance: parents and programs

Why do I believe I have to do something to be loved? I see a childhood run in two modes: what’s good, what’s not good. Do this to get that, and be punished otherwise. Conditional love. And the adult keeps the program: I have to earn love, obey, please.

Why have I struggled to love myself since childhood? Because there was no role model. The parents didn’t talk about love. They didn’t know what it was; they were in survival mode. They did nothing wrong; they did what they could, poor things. And that’s the case for almost everyone.

The “me” was not built by the person: it is an inheritance. I copied Mom, who had copied her mom. And very often I find the same pattern, across generations: the woman gives, the man takes, authority is male. This is not a judgment. It simply keeps repeating as long as nobody sees it.

And then there’s Disney: the princess in her tower, waiting to be rescued. Eight years later, fifteen years later. Except the tower door is open, and there’s even a staircase. Most people believe the problem is other people. After a hundred and fifty lifetimes, everyone ends up seeing that the problem is the “me”. I’m cutting it short, to save you a hundred and fifty lifetimes…

These programs grumble, they doubt, they bring up the last time, they invent voices in the head. One day, I asked a program a question; it answered: I can’t do otherwise, this is what I am. They are just as clever as the person, and for a good reason.

“The programs are you.”

That’s why, at some point, the identity becomes too small. Like a plant whose roots have wound three times around the pot. Like the swimsuit I wore at fourteen: it was perfectly fine, but I’m a bit tight in it now. If you feel cramped in what you believed yourself to be, perhaps it’s simply repotting season…

🔑 Discernment: love is not enough

Why is it so hard for me to end a relationship that hurts me? Because there’s an idealist inside, who believes love can solve everything. It’s a beautiful belief. And it causes a great deal of suffering. I’ll say it as I said it in the session: love is not stronger than everything.

There are two levels. In the absolute, love is eternal, unbreakable: even after a separation, it doesn’t move an inch. In the relative, to live as a couple, you also need bodies that love each other, emotional stability and personalities that get along. You need all of it. If one piece is missing, it ends sooner or later.

I’ve tried every combination in thirty years of life as part of a couple: heart only, body only, heart and body. There was always love, and it wasn’t enough. That’s why I put discernment before surrender, not after. I check who the other person is, then I surrender.

My simplest guide: flow. In a relationship from being to being, things flow. As soon as there’s a lot of “I” and “me”, there’s constant negotiating, arguing, holding back. I don’t even need to understand why.

“Either it flows or it doesn’t. It’s that simple.”

Another guide: someone who loves doesn’t criticize day in, day out. Believing the other criticizes me for my own good is false. Repeated criticism is a grab for power. Likewise, jealousy comes from insecurity, and it’s a deal-breaker. Someone who feels secure thinks instead: I love her so much that she absolutely must be as free as I am.

🌻 What is a sweetheart for?

I asked this question live and, for a quarter of an hour, nobody got it. A sweetheart is for sharing? For keeping me company? For going out, for talking? No. For all that, a dog will do, and it’s less of a commitment.

“A sweetheart’s job is to be in love with you, obviously.”

Yes, it’s obvious, and yet almost everyone leaves it out of their definition. He’s handsome, he’s tall, he’s caring, he has a big heart… and that he be in love with me? Ah, that was the essential part. And that I be in love with him, at least as much. Until you have both, you have nothing.

Why do I need love? Because I am love. A human being needs affection and tenderness, like every animal. It isn’t a weakness; it’s natural. And I’ll make a confession: the further I go toward being, the more this need grows. It’s going to get worse and worse…

And yet many people live with someone who no longer meets this minimum need, and they stay. I spent thirty-five years in couples before meeting someone who loves me as much as my sweetheart today. The others loved me as much as they could, but they couldn’t do much. So the minimum, for a sacred woman, is a man in love who surrenders to her. Not the maximum: the minimum.

And how do I know he loves me? There is no love, there are only proofs of love. A glance, a touch, a little note in the evening, an “I love you” written out in full. And above all: he tells me everything, even what I won’t like. To tell the other everything takes so much love that there’s no room left for fear…

🦋 Waiting, or going out to find

I’m still waiting for my beloved. At that word alone, I said: pause. Who is waiting? It isn’t being; it’s the person, waiting like a baby bird with its beak wide open for love to drop into it. And crying out with hunger.

“Life isn’t about waiting. Life is being, existing, creating your reality.”

Meeting someone is like making a ratatouille. You have to go to the market and buy the tomatoes, the zucchini, the onions. So: where am I going to go to find a sweetheart? What am I actually doing to find one? And have I defined what I want? Otherwise nothing happens, and that’s normal.

Defining isn’t setting a vague intention. “I’d like a man”: the universe will send me tons who don’t fit. I describe precisely what I want and what I no longer want. Because the universe is me: if I don’t define it, nobody will do it for me.

Then I go out, to the places where people seeking what I’m seeking go: meditation, yoga, places where the ego keeps a low profile. And I practice talking to every stranger, with nothing at stake. That way, the day the gorgeous guy shows up, I’ll chat with him about the weather as I’ve already done a hundred and fifty times. And in my voice, he’ll hear my gentleness.

And the most spiritual trap of all: waiting to love yourself before you love. If you had to love yourself first, everyone would be single. Love lands on you like a brick on the head: bam, I didn’t love myself, but I’m in love. And it’s the love you receive that teaches you to love yourself, not the other way around.

💗 Vibrating what I want to receive

Why don’t I have love? Why do I wait for love to come from outside? Because I believe the world is outside of me. There is no outside. I create my reality from the inside out, like a three-dimensional hologram. This is the heart of what I call the Theory of the Creation of Reality, the TCR.

Careful, this isn’t about attracting. The law of attraction is nonsense. From being, there is nothing to attract, since I am everything. It is a law of creation: I create according to what I vibrate.

“You are not here to wait; you are here to create.”

If I vibrate as the woman who backs away and panics at the first glance, I create that. If I vibrate as the submissive woman, I create a man who wants to dominate. If I vibrate as the sacred woman, sovereign and radiant, I create a man who is drawn to that. And if I vibrate young, I create a young sweetheart, whatever age my ID card says.

Before all of this, there is a seed. I imagine my beloved already here, in my heart; as long as I can’t imagine him, I can’t create him. And I give life what I want to receive: if I want tenderness, I give tenderness. That’s why, when someone is in love, everyone falls in love with them. It isn’t strange; it’s a frequency…

🌳 The “us”: living as two

Why am I afraid the intensity will fade if we live together? In my eyes, the love story begins when the lovers live together. When I’m in love, parting from the other in the evening is too hard. So we no longer leave each other’s side.

“For me, life as a couple only begins to exist when you are physically together, under the same roof. Otherwise, it’s just preparations.”

A couple is the creation of an “us”. It isn’t two “I”s side by side: it’s when there is no more “I”. The “us” decides everything: where we live, what we eat tonight, where we go on vacation. Like a company with two partners, where unanimity is required.

At the start, I recommend getting straight to the point: raise the touchy subjects as early as possible, share my vision of the couple, my needs, everything. Then climb the staircase together, at the other’s pace. If the other can’t go beyond the fourth floor, I stay on the fourth floor with him. And when he’s ready, we go up to the fifth.

Does love fade with everyday life? Not in my experience. Life brings trials, and if the pair survives, love grows. A couple is a team. Being two means dying to yourself at least once a month…

There remains the subtlest fear, that of a very happy woman: if I love him even more, I’ll suffer more if he leaves. So she held back. And it’s precisely this holding back that paves the way for the breakup. Whereas if I surrender completely, the other thinks: no one has ever loved me like this. He loves himself more, so he loves me more. It’s the figure eight of infinity, where the couple heals itself.

“The heart says: I have nothing to lose. The ego says: I have everything to lose.”

🕊️ From fog to clarity

This is what these fifty-four sessions have shown me. Each time, the question looked toward the other person, the past, age, bad luck. Each time, the answer was inside. It is always a lack of love, and it is always a story between oneself and oneself…

And each time, the same process: as soon as someone moves from the head to the heart, it becomes clear. From fog to clarity. If one of these questions is yours, I don’t claim to know what you are going through. But perhaps it has shifted a little, just by reading this.

So my only invitation is a question, the one I ask at the start of every session. What would you like in your life that isn’t there? And what if something in you were already saying yes?…

And as at the end of every session: I love you, I love you, I love you.

Yoga Anatman: What If Saying No Were the Most Beautiful Yes to Yourself?

Yoga Anatman: What if saying no were the most beautiful yes to yourself?

This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of November 5, 2026, guided by Alexandre Anatman, live in the room and as a replay for those who practice from afar.

Have you ever felt, deep in your belly, that quiet warmth that whispers “this is home”? This morning at 8 o’clock, the mats unrolled the way you might ease a door open. Behind that door waited a very ancient question: where does my space begin?

A blindfold, a strap, a cup of chai still steaming within reach. Feet found the floor again and the arches awakened. Then a whole circle of practitioners spoke the same sentence, like a key sliding into a lock: “I surrender to my inner yogi”.

Then the breath took over. And little by little, the body began to tell a story of territory, of sovereignty and of freedom regained 🌅.

The Door of the Third Chakra

There is a place, just above the navel, where your identity lives. This is the seat of the third chakra, the solar fire that says “I am.” This morning, Alexandre chose to pour all the light of the session there, from the first deep OM to the last sip of elixir.

You are about to discover why your first space is your body. Why the child in you said yes to everything, and why the sacred adult finally dares to say no. And why your life resembles a painting in which you hold the brush 🦋.

Settle in. Breathe. The veil is gently lifting on a truth both simple and dizzying: you are free, and your freedom begins with a boundary drawn with love.

The Morning’s Teaching

It all started with a word. In the room, as the elixir was being prepared, Élise shared what had been stirring inside her: “intrusion”, that feeling of others entering her space without being invited. Alexandre welcomed the word like a seed, reminding everyone that intrusions always travel in both directions.

Then, in the altered state of consciousness, cup in hand, the first mantras rang out: “I create my territory. I create my space.” Then: “I have the right to have my space. I have the right to be at home. I am sovereign. I allow myself to defend my territory.” And already, in the room, tears were flowing, welcomed with tenderness 💧.

The Body, Our First Kingdom

The realization came with crystal clarity. The more I create my identity, the more I love myself. The more I love myself, the more I connect with my physical body. And the more I understand what a space is.

“My 1st space is my physical body.”

Next comes the space around the body, that invisible bubble. Then comes the house, the home. It is a very animal wisdom, very third chakra: cats, dogs, everything that walks on four legs knows the notion of territory instinctively 🌿.

Here Alexandre opened a delicate door. People who experienced abuse in childhood often grew up unable to claim their territory. Invaded so many times, they may in turn invade others, unconsciously. For whoever sets their own boundary naturally recognizes the boundary of the other. Territory is an apprenticeship in reciprocity.

And so, the more conscious I am, the more I sense how receptive the other person is. I ask them if they would like a hug. I enter their space with delicacy, the way you knock softly on a beloved door 🕊️.

The Forgiveness That Seals the Breaches

Then came the mantras of repair, addressed to all those who have invaded your territory, in this life and in others: “I am sorry. I forgive you everything, I forgive myself everything. It is over now. I defend my territory. I protect my territory.”

With them came the release, in love, of all the energies brought in without your consent. The gratitude of receiving the grace of Mary to purify every cell of the body. The gratitude of having an inner alarm system, and the permission to denounce every form of abuse and intrusion. Then this simple, powerful gesture: “I start again from zero.”

Alexandre invited everyone to imagine an energetic bubble all around them. Your territory. Your energy. Your vibration ✨.

Sovereignty, the Art of Defining Your Life

The circle widened to relationships: “Gratitude for building my sovereignty, for declaring it, for claiming my territory, for setting the rules within my territory.” Gratitude for defining each relationship, and for creating space to nourish it and let it unfold.

Then a cascade of permissions: I define the nature of each relationship; I allow myself to end relationships; I allow myself to create space for new relationships; I allow myself to choose everything in my reality, down to the smallest detail. I allow myself to say when something displeases me, and to say, write and celebrate everything that pleases me. Gratitude for setting my limits, for creating a watertight protection between others and me, for deciding whom I communicate with and whom I am close to.

Sovereignty, Alexandre explained, also means defining the limits of communication and expression. How do I want to commune? How do I feel? What does this do to me?

The Sovereignty Elixir

And here is the elixir of the day: a third chakra elixir, an elixir of sovereignty, of territory and of defending one’s territory. Before drinking it, the final mantras charged it: gratitude for building my identity every day, for improving all my systems every day, for being clear in my communication. And this blazing mantra: “Gratitude for creating the warrior within me to protect myself.”

One last deep OM, a warrior’s OM, set the solar plexus vibrating. Then came the most beautiful of distinctions. The inner child tended to say yes to everything. The sacred woman, the sacred man, becomes an adult: they claim, delineate and defend their territory. And they say no.

“I say no. I dare to say no. I love saying no.” Gratitude for having an army to defend me 🌟.

“Feel the no: it is a yes to yourself.”

Alexandre recalled why these commands carry so far. In this altered state of consciousness, the mantra springs from the heart, from the soul, from the being. It is your soul speaking. And the coders of reality listen, then observe: something is changing. And so, every morning, you train yourself to define your reality 💫.

Realizations During the Yoga Anatman

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt (in French) of the session’s realizations is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

It all begins with a sound. An individual sound, eyes closed, to link the vibration with the altered state of consciousness. An inhale, then everything lets go. And the first mantra settles like an offering: “I surrender to my inner yogi” 🙏.

“I surrender to the inner yogi who will do their yoga every morning.”

It is a gentle command, Alexandre explained, one that entrusts the practice to something greater than yourself. And you discover that you have a whole inner team: the yogi, the master, the artist, the musician. Standing, you feel the arches of your feet, the contact with the floor, your verticality. Then these heart-opening words: “I welcome all my emotions.”

The Face, the First Door to Release

The hands massage the cheeks, stretch the jaw, find those little hidden points of tension under the ears, where the jaws meet (face massage — Anatman movement, jaw release). You press, and the tension melts away. “I surrender to my inner master.”

Rising, Rising, Suspended

Then the arms rise and the body grows tall on tiptoe (mountain pose with raised arms, Tadasana in Urdhva Hastasana — stretching the whole spine and grounding). I rise, I rise, I rise. The lower back lengthens. The calves contract, then the thighs, the glutes, the abdominals. Gazing straight ahead, you are suspended between heaven and earth 🌿.

One sentence from Alexandre lit up this moment: the more you let go of everything else, the easier it gets. Core engagement mobilizes the whole body, and yet surrender remains. Here is the sacred paradox of Yoga Anatman: strength is born of letting go.

The Blindfold and the Bliss of Stretching

Then the blindfold slips over the eyes. Visual reality fades away; there is no more need for it. The clasped hands rise, the head tilts back (standing backbend, Anuvittasana — opening the rib cage and making the spine supple). “I surrender to the stretch, to its bliss.” And everyone repeats: “Gratitude for being joy.” ✨

Next the hands join behind the back, you pull gently, and the shoulders and shoulder blades open. Then the torso slowly bends forward as the arms rise toward the sky (standing forward fold with bound arms, a variation of Uttanasana — stretching the shoulders and the backs of the legs). The hands drop, touch the floor, the knees may bend, and you push, push, push as you straighten the legs (standing forward fold, Uttanasana — stretching the hamstrings and relaxing the back). The hands come to rest on the knees (half forward fold, Ardha Uttanasana — strengthening the back), then the body rolls up from the lower back, vertebra by vertebra.

The Neck, the Circles and the Rising Laughter

The neck bends to the right, then to the left (lateral neck stretch, Greeva Sanchalana — relaxing the trapezius and the cervical spine). Then the chin draws circles, and the whole body follows the movement (chin circles — Anatman movement, mobilizing the entire spine). You feel each area: the lower back, the thighs, the calves, the shoulder blades, the neck. The whole body takes part.

Alexandre shared a precious secret: certain postures can make you laugh, especially bending the spine backward, because they raise your energy. Laughter then becomes a sign of vitality being set free 💫.

The Territorial OM and the Invisible Walls

Then came a deep OM, territorial and resonant, to plant the territory in the third chakra. Already, without knowing it, you were laying the first stone of the day’s teaching.

The arms open wide into a cross and push left and right against invisible walls (arms in a cross — Anatman movement, stretching the shoulder blades and the chest muscles). A vertical line and a horizontal line take shape within you: a living cross, an axis, a space. Then the arms sweep back, the head too, and you speak to life.

To Life, I Love You

“To life, I love you. Thank you for this day. Gratitude for still being alive.” Then the cascade of gratitude: aligning with my best scenario, rising in vibration, creating my most beautiful day, living this day as if it were the last, and all my days as if each were the last. The eyes were weeping, each eye, and every tear was welcome 🤍.

Then the prayer of forgiveness, spoken to life: “I love you, I am sorry, forgive me, I forgive you everything, I forgive myself everything. I am innocent. I start again from zero.” Like a blank page offered to the dawn.

Caring for the Lower Back and the Permission to Be Alive

The hands come to rest on the lower back, warm and attentive, and you arch gently (standing backbend with hands on the lower back, Ardha Chakrasana — strengthening the lumbar area and opening the heart). The calves and thighs contract to support the lumbar muscles. You breathe in through the nose, out through the mouth, and offer care to this precious area. “I feel strong, powerful.”

Then an emotion rises, and Alexandre guides its release: “I release in love all the mechanisms that run away from emotions, that are afraid of their intensity.” Then come the permissions: I allow myself to live all my emotions, all sensations, to feel the heart and love, to be fully alive 💖.

One mantra rang out like a compass: “I place the mind in service of the heart.” And if the body coughs, yawns or burps, all is well: it is the body expressing itself. We release in love everything that kept it from expressing itself.

The Love Group

Then the gratitude turned toward others: gratitude for being an empath, for harmonizing the environment and being harmonized by it, for being part of a love group, for loving one another and giving each other lots of hugs 💞. We release everything that refused balanced relationships of love and friendship. And this mantra, already carrying the theme of the day: “I allow myself to be me with the other.”

The body lowers toward the floor again, pushes once more, feels the thighs, the shoulders, the triceps stretching. Then the pelvis begins to rotate (hip circles, a variation of Kati Chakrasana — hip mobility and strengthening of the core). Alexandre pointed out how much this practice strengthens the lumbar area, the thighs, the obliques and the abdominals, to the point of seeing those muscles take shape. Everyone turns at their own speed, and sensations of bliss may arise. Soon, perhaps, real hoops for hula hooping! 🌱

The Frog and the Breath of Fire

An OM, and then the celebration: the frog, a little longer today, four minutes (dynamic frog, close to Malasana — Anatman movement, leg power and inner fire). The breath of fire settles in, each at their own pace. “I surrender, I disappear.” And the frog happens all by itself, carried by the Non-Self.

Next came the free postures: continuing the frog, choosing a favorite posture, resting or doing push-ups (low plank, Chaturanga Dandasana — strengthening the arms and the core). Then you lie down (corpse pose, Shavasana — deep relaxation) and disappear into release.

Cat, Cow and the Himalayan Purification

On all fours, cat and cow (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana — spinal flexibility and massage of the organs). The cow, sacred in India: the buttocks move back, the lower back hollows, the head lifts. The cat: the belly draws in, the back rounds.

Then Alexandre passed on a powerful energetic practice. In the cat position, you forcefully expel the air by contracting the belly, to return to the earth everything you want to let go of: cigarette smoke, exhaust fumes, every form of toxicity, and, for empaths, other people’s energies. Coughing is perfect; it cleans the lungs. It is a very shamanic gesture, much like a cat bringing something up after eating grass: the same impulse, the same energy, all done gently. The body warms up, beads of sweat may appear. “These are the secret Himalayan techniques of the great yogis.” 🕊️

Then active rest, legs, thighs, glutes and arches stretched (downward-facing dog, Adho Mukha Svanasana — stretching the entire back of the body). The sphinx, the pelvis melting into the floor, the exhale descending into the first chakra (sphinx, Salamba Bhujangasana — gentle chest opening). Finally the cheek on the mat, the body lying on the belly (crocodile, Makarasana — lumbar relaxation). I let go, I disappear. Purification, the expulsion of everything that is not you, returned to Gaia 🌍.

After the Elixir: You Are the Artist

Seated for the elixir (easy pose, Sukhasana — stability and calm), you received the teaching on territory. Then, once the elixir had been drunk, new realizations burst forth. “I allow myself to define my reality. I allow myself to change reality.”

“You are the one who will paint your picture. Your picture is your life.”

Like a painter, you can erase, cover over with white, write anew on top, and bring forth whatever delights you. You are free. And for all the received ideas that demanded diplomas and outside validation, a joyful mantra: “Into the trash!” A true paradigm shift 🌟.

Pioneers

Gratitude for inventing new professions that do not yet exist, for creating new services. The first physicists invented physics; every science was created by humans just like you. There are so many fields that still have no school, clairvoyance for example. “Gratitude for being a pioneer.”

Then: “I connect with all my parallel lives.” Gratitude for receiving, through channeling, skills that are useful in this life. In this way we move from a system that molds, normalizes and standardizes to a system of artistic creativity nourished by your other lives. Gratitude for inventing new ways of living, of relating, of loving one another. I allow myself to love as I wish. Gratitude for being original 🦋.

Learning to Learn

“I am learning to learn. I am autonomous in my learning, in my way of thinking, in all my intelligences.” This is the first skill, the one that opens all the others: searching the internet, reading, watching videos, taking courses, learning with AI, and above all building independent thinking with your own discernment.

Discernment, precisely: speaking about your inner life with those who understand, who have lived through similar things, and protecting people still on their path from cognitive dissonance. Then a luminous wink: so many authors have slipped their truths into science fiction. Your imaginary world, your channeled world, finds its place in a film or a work of fiction. A release in love of everything that held back your expression on YouTube and social media ✨.

Mindful Walking

At 9:29, time for integration, those ten precious minutes to hold the state all day long. The mat is rolled up with eyes closed, rich with sensations. Then you press yourself against a wall or a cool windowpane: back, shoulder blades, buttocks, back of the head. Standing tall, lifted from the crown of the head (mountain against the wall, Tadasana — postural alignment). “Memorize.”

And you walk in this posture, forward or backward, barefoot to receive all the information from the floor (meditative walking, Chankramana — balance and presence). The blindfold comes off, the eyes stay closed, then open on the count of three. Walking backward, Alexandre emphasized, opens a new mode of observation: it walks all by itself, without the mind. The yoga does itself. Then came the “I love you”s in several languages, love sent to Francis, Karine, Marie-Noël, Myriam, Prema, Raphaël, Béatrice, Valérie, Sandrine… and then it was time for breakfast and hugs 💖.

The Postures of the Session

Yoga Anatman: The Secret to Living Every Emotion and Daring to Be Yourself

Yoga Anatman: The Secret to Living Every Emotion and Daring to Be Yourself

This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of October 31, 2026, live from Saint-Nexans, on the final morning of the last retreat of the year in France.

An autumn Saturday morning. The light hesitates behind the windows, the scent of hot chai drifts through the room, and a first sound rises. An OM that instantly opens an inner door. ✨

It is the last day of the retreat. Since Tuesday, each morning has settled upon the one before it like a fine layer of gold. Alexandre says it with a smile: there is a cumulative effect. The body remembers. So does the heart. 🌅

And this morning, something weeps. Gently at first, then in floods. Ancient tears, lodged in corners long kept secret: beneath the ears, in the hollow of the jaw, in the folds of a life lived too well-behaved.

What Weeps, What Sets Free

Have you noticed how many emotions you put away “for later”? An annoyance here, a sadness there, slipped into the body like sealed letters. And sometimes that “later” lasts for months. For years.

This session is an invitation to change systems. To welcome each emotion the moment it arrives. To dare to be fully yourself: original, eccentric, sovereign. To discover that loving, at its heart, is simply an invitation to feel. 💖

Let yourself be guided. The blindfold is ready over your eyes. The chai is steaming in the cup. And somewhere within you, a very ancient yogi has just woken up… with ambitions. 🦋

The Morning’s Teaching

Seated, back straight, blindfold still over the eyes, a cup of hot chai between the hands: coconut milk, chestnut, hazelnut. “There’s no stopping progress,” Alexandre smiles. Today there is time: the elixir will be shaped from the day’s realizations. 🌿

It all begins with a simple observation. When I let everything go, when I align with peace and stillness, emotions surge up. They release themselves. As if they had been waiting, stored somewhere, for a space to open at last.

The Great Warehouse of Emotions

Alexandre describes a mechanism everyone recognizes: whenever something was unpleasant, it got set aside “for later.” Tensions, emotions, resistances, all piled up in the body. And that “later” can last for months, for years.

Then comes the question that changes everything: what if I changed systems? What if I lived whatever arises, moment by moment? What if I chose to live my emotions as they come? 🌱

The cup receives its first mantras: “I lovingly release all that makes me store my emotions,” all that would have me believe I am too fragile to live them, all that whispers they will destroy me. Then the answer, upright as a pillar: “I am stronger than I believe.” Invincible. Unbreakable. Unalterable. The consciousness at play, formless, non-localized, outside the game. 💫

Everything Was Created to Be Lived

Next comes the central realization. “I am the creator of the world.” The consciousness that creates this video game, your life, can surely welcome all of its creations. If an event occurs, if it brings an emotion, then it was created from scratch, down to the last millimeter. And what is created is created to be lived.

Even the unpleasant. Even what hurts. Nothing in the universe springs up by chance, outside all consciousness: consciousness underlies everything. So when life takes you through an ordeal, a bereavement 🕊️, a loss, something horrible, it means there is something to understand, to realize. As simple as that.

And here is the key. Every experience carries a kind of vibrational key, an emotion attached to it. If I live it fully, the experience has done its work; it can close. To live fully what is difficult is to give yourself the gift of living it only once.

Alexandre admits it with humor and tenderness: this is easier to channel than to live. “That’s the theory… good luck!” Gratitude, already, for having the technical documentation of the universe. 🙏

The Strength of the Tribe

To live what is intense, the tribe is here. The elixir grows richer with gratitude: for allies, for mutual support, for the We. Gratitude for seeing better together. Gratitude for being stronger with your friends.

The mantra comes of its own accord: “I lovingly release all that isolates me and all that keeps me from asking for help.” I dare to ask for help. I dare to help. I dare to share. When the impulse comes from the heart, helping and being helped become one and the same movement. 💞

Gratitude for being welcomed just as I am. Gratitude for welcoming others just as they are, without judgment, for letting them be whatever they wish to be.

The Elixir of Sovereignty

Then the cup receives words that feel like a crown: “I own all my eccentricities,” I own my originality, my communication, my expression. I say what I think. I allow myself to call out what rings false, with love, kindness and goodwill.

A new paradigm. I am what I am, I express myself, and I watch my reality transform. Some people will leave, others will arrive. And it will be my life, rather than the life of my parents or my programs.

The more I free myself from the conditioning that speaks in my place, the more it is the real me who is living. The more interesting life becomes. The more meaning it takes on. A made-to-measure life, personalized in every detail, freed from off-the-peg systems of thinking and living. 🌟

This is exactly the opposite of what family and school taught us: to normalize ourselves, to standardize ourselves. Here, we learn to be original, to own it, to communicate it. A joyful countercurrent, which some will love and others less so. And that is perfectly right.

“I did not come to please. I came to be myself.”

So we drink the magic potion: an elixir of sovereignty, of freedom, of originality, of permission. The heart laughs, the heart says yes. “I create my life my own way… what an incredible thrill!” ✨

Realizations During Yoga Anatman

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt from the session’s realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

It all begins with sound. An individual OM, then a first mantra: “I welcome all emotions.” Simply making this sound, or even hearing it, is enough to tip you at once into an altered state of consciousness. An inner space opens, vast and silent. ✨

Then comes the phrase that will be the golden thread of the whole morning: “I surrender to my inner yogi.” We stand up. We get the blindfold ready. We feel our feet on the mat, and we open our eyes, nothing more.

The Body of a Goddess, the Body of a God

From the very first stretches, warmth rises from the lower back. Alexandre invites us to welcome all the pleasure in the world into the body, and he names it plainly: this is tantra. Welcoming all the senses, all the pleasure in the world, into this body of a goddess, of a god. 🌟

For those who have been practicing since Tuesday, the cumulative effect makes itself felt. The body becomes a tuned instrument, ready to vibrate. Gratitude to tantra.

Inhale: we rise onto our toes, as if suspended by the hands, in a mountain pose on tiptoe (Tadasana — alignment and grounding). Calves, thighs, glutes and abs contract. The body becomes a plank. And here comes the realization, paradoxical and luminous: “The stiffer I am, the easier it is.” When everything is engaged, the balance holds perfectly. Shoulders, shoulder blades and spine stretch. It’s heating up. 🔥

The Inner Yogi’s Ambitions

Thumbs hooked behind the back, gaze toward the sky, we gently lean backward (Anuvittasana — opening the rib cage). The blindfold comes down over the eyes: visual reality fades away. Only sensations remain.

The mantras flow one after another: “I surrender to pleasure,” “I surrender to tantra,” “I choose a life filled with pleasure.” Then an older utterance, a Christic one: “Thy will be done, not mine.” Surrender becomes prayer. 🙏

Alexandre laughs: this morning the inner yogi has slept well… and has ambitions. It thinks it has been a great yogi for fifty years! Bending forward, clasped hands rising behind the back (Uttanasana with clasped arms — stretching the shoulders and hamstrings), a mantra bursts forth, like a memory of the soul: “I remember all my lives as a yogi.” 💫

The hands reach the mat, the knees bend if needed, then with the exhale the legs straighten, a little more each day (Uttanasana — stretching the posterior chain). The invitation is gentle: adapt each posture, do what you can. Then the right angle, hands on the knees, back flat (Ardha Uttanasana — lengthening the spine), and the exhale that lets it all go.

The Inner Shiatsu Master

The right arm rises and keeps rising, until it stretches the top of the buttock and the lower back. We lean to the left, the right heel lifts (Parsva Urdhva Hastasana — lateral stretch of the side body). And the right hand massages the nape of the neck and the back of the head in circular movements.

Under the thumb, slight tensions appear. We press, we massage, and within seconds they melt. The mantra brings a smile: “I surrender to my shiatsu master.” The body knows exactly where to press. All you have to do is let it. 🌿 Then on the other side, the left hand in turn dissolves the tensions in the neck.

Next comes a grounding through the feet. You imagine you are a tree, roots plunging deep into the earth (Tadasana — rootedness and stability). Solid. Alive.

The Secret Point of the Jaw

Then comes the most overwhelming moment of the practice. We massage the jaws and the cheeks, we open the mouth wide. And suddenly a new posture is born live: the thumbs find a precise point, just beneath the ears, where the neck meets the jaw.

“Oh my, now that’s new…” A point untouched by any attention until now, intense, almost painful. And naturally, new points release a great many emotions, as if they had been waiting there for a very long time. 💧

“As if emotions had been stored there for a long time.”

“Now there’s weeping everywhere.” Like a discharge. We press gently, we inhale, we let it all go. A deep relaxation settles in, with an almost soothing taste. Alexandre announces it: there are points everywhere, and we will discover them as we go. Face yoga is coming soon. 🦋

The head tips back, the chin draws circles (Greeva Sanchalana — mobility and relaxation of the neck). Everyone is smiling. “I feel good in my body.” Consciousness feels all sorts of things everywhere, as if I were at last fully embodying my body.

The Declaration to the Universe

The arms rise, cross, stretch to the left and to the right (Urdhva Hastasana — stretching the spine and side body), then gently go back along with the head. And Alexandre offers a declaration to the universe, spoken together, out loud:

“I love you. I am sorry. Forgive me. I forgive you everything and I forgive myself everything. All is forgiven. I am life. We are life.”

Hands on the lower back, legs straight, glutes and abs engaged, we lean backward (Anuvittasana — extension of the spine). The lower body stays toned, the back stretches, and with each exhale we send love into the lower back. 💖 Then the right angle again, hands on the floor, legs straightening, and the rise back up in gratitude.

The pelvis draws circles, bigger and bigger, in one direction and then the other. We feel each muscle at work. We surrender to the inner yogi, to presence.

The Frog and the Fire

Squatting in the frog, hands in namaste, gaze straight ahead (Malasana — opening the hips), we practice the breath of fire: brisk exhales, belly drawing in, each at their own pace (Kapalabhati — energizing the body). Blocks under the feet for beginners: everything can be adapted, everything is done gently. Then freedom: keep going, sit down, do some push-ups, or choose your favorite posture.

The Threshold of Sleep

Lying on the belly (Advasana — total release), we inhale fully, and let go. We feel the pleasure of surrendering, of letting everything go, even of disappearing. Alexandre finds an image of striking accuracy: it is the same instant as the one in which we fall asleep. That precise moment when everything settles. 🌙

“Nothing resists life anymore.” Peaceful. Well. Simply there.

What the Elixir Revealed About Love

Seated for the elixir, back straight (Sukhasana — stability and grounding of the pelvis), after the gratitudes for the tribe, for the chestnut chai, for this little organization and the week’s wonderful cast, a series of mantras opens the heart: “I dare to say I love you,” I allow myself to love, I allow myself to be loved. I have the right.

Gratitude for being a luminous mirror. Gratitude for daring to name the beauty in each person. Gratitude for creating fantastic goddesses and gods. Gratitude, finally, for a place where we are loved for who we are. ✨

Then an essential realization bursts through: loving commits you to nothing. You can love a person, a dish, a chai. And in loving, the real question becomes: what does loving do to me? How far can I love, surrender, to what ecstasy, what euphoria? The soul answers, aligned: this is why I am writing all of this, so that you can love it.

Then everything changes. Love stops filling gaps; it becomes an experience to live. 💞

And from there an equation of disarming simplicity is born: living = what does this do to me. If I feel what it does to me, I am living. If I forget to listen, I stay in my head. This yoga, this chai, a hug, this voice speaking: what does it do to me? “I choose to live fully. I choose to love fully.”

A final revelation, offered for the first time: mantras are vibrational and energetic commands addressed to the coders of reality. That is why this technology has worked so well for thousands of years. The question becomes: who is uttering the mantra, and from where? From the heart, it vibrates, it transcends, it inspires. And hidden in every mantra, a message of love. An I love you. 🤍

Walking Without an I

The last movement brings the altered state of consciousness into daily life. Barefoot, eyes still blindfolded, we roll up our mat: what does it do to me, this mat under my hands? We discover that we can do everything, even without sight. The temperature of the floor changes underfoot.

Back and head pressed against a wall or a window, we grow taller, suspended from the crown of the head. Keyword: “memorize.” Then: “walk.” Walking in slow motion breaks down each gesture; walking backward, from toes to heel, stretches the lower back. No more thought, no more mind, no more game, no more me: only sensations. 🌿 And if you come across someone, you can offer them a hug.

On the count of three, the eyes open. Visual reality activated. And yet consciousness stays in the feet. The observer receives images, and the walking carries on all by itself. Without an I. Without a me. A taste of the Non-Self, simple and tender.

It receives emotions without taking them personally. Like a baby: it cries, it laughs, it’s angry, it’s sad, no matter. The sponge stops storing everything. It lives ten times more, it takes the time to look at the landscape, at the beauty all around. If someone speaks, it is consciousness that listens, in place of the programs. We still decide, choose and weigh things up, but the first step, what does this do to me, is lived. And that changes everything. 🌅

The posture: Squatting, with blocks under the feet if needed, hands in namaste, gaze forward; perform a series of brisk exhales while drawing in the belly, each at their own pace.
Benefits for the body: Opens the hips and groin, strengthens the legs, tones the abdominals and invigorates the breath.

The posture: Lying flat on the belly, inhale fully and then release everything, as at the moment of falling asleep.

🧘 The Elixir Seat — Sukhasana
The posture: Seated, back very straight, head upright, blindfold over the eyes, a cup of chai between the hands, observing the breath at the nose.
Benefits for the body: Stabilizes the pelvis, tones the back muscles, encourages a calm breath.

🧘 Posture Against the Wall — Tadasana (against the wall)
The posture: Back and head pressed against a wall or a window, grow taller as if suspended from the crown of the head, then memorize this alignment.
Benefits for the body: Corrects and memorizes postural alignment, lengthens the spine, opens the shoulders.

🧘 Conscious Walking — Chankramana
The posture: Barefoot, first with eyes closed and then open, walk in slow motion, breaking down each step; walking backward, the toes touch down first and the heel last.
Benefits for the body: Refines proprioception and balance, stretches the lower back when walking backward, gently mobilizes the feet and ankles.

mantras are simply vibrational and energetic commands for the coders of reality
