How cosmic romanticism creates an “I” to say I love you — S11E18

How cosmic romanticism creates an "I" to say I love you — S11E18

This article is a synthesis of the Anatman Odyssey of October 25, 2026, a yoga-chanting-meditation workshop in which the We surrendered to the most beautiful of initiations: cosmic romanticism.

There are Sunday evenings when something settles. ✨ When the light in Saint-Nexans grows softer, when the mats line up like petals, when voices arriving from the Paris region, from Brazil, from elsewhere, all converge toward the same spaceship. 🕊️

That evening, the captain did not simply guide a meditation. He fell in love with us. And we, quietly, before the mind had time to understand, fell in love with what we already are. 💞

When the universe creates an “I” just so it can say I love you

Imagine. 🌌 You are lying down, blindfolded, your body still vibrating from the yoga, the cacao with saffron and Espelette pepper gently opening your heart. And a voice whispers: “It created an I so it could love you.”

Then everything shifts. You are no longer the one meditating. You are the movement of the universe toward itself, a romanticism so vast that it had to invent a first name, a body, an avatar, just so it could whisper I love you to its own beauty. 🦋

This workshop was an initiation. Not a practice. An initiation into romanticism in all its forms, in every dimension, in every art. And like every true initiation, it let those who needed to weep weep, those who needed to laugh laugh, and those who were ready to surrender disappear. 💫

Are you ready? Then come. The door is ajar. 🚪

Realizations during the guided meditation of the Anatman Odyssey

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt from the opening of the guided meditation (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

It always begins the same way, and yet never the same way. 🕊️ Lying in the spaceship, blindfolds over our eyes, our hearts still open from the Indian chants and the sacred cacao, we hear the voice descend. It descends into us, and something in us rises toward it.

What follows is not a list. It is a cosmic score, in which every phrase Alexandre whispers becomes a door, an invitation, a realization. Nothing must be lost. Everything is sacred. 💫

Connecting through the hands, the feet and the heart

“Connecting through the hands, connecting through the feet, and connected through the heart.”

Three points. Three anchors. Three doors. ✨ The hands reaching out to the universe, the feet rooted in the Earth, and the heart — the heart as a vertical bridge between the two. It is a sacred triangulation, a geometry of the living that comes before any thought.

Even before the meditation begins, the body is already ready. It knows. It has always known.

Connected through presence

“I let go, I let go, I let go, connected through presence.”

Three times I let go. Three times, as if drawing back three veils one after another. 🌿 And behind the last veil, not emptiness: presence. The presence that was already here before you arrived. The presence that will remain when you are gone.

Breathing in the love of the universe

“Imagine with me: you breathe in through the heart all the love of the universe, and you breathe out through the hands and the feet.”

The breath becomes cosmic circulation. 💞 You are no longer the one breathing: you are the passage. The love of the universe enters through the chest, flows through your being, and pours out through your extremities to water the world.

It is an alchemy of the breath: you are both the vessel and the fountain.

I am the universe

“Say the mantra with me: I am the universe.”

Four words. A mantra. A realization. 🌌 This is not a poetic metaphor. It is an observation: there has never been any separation. You are not in the universe; you are the universe perceiving itself through a first name.

I am everything

“I am everything.”

Even shorter. Even more dizzying. ✨ I am everything — not a part, not a fragment. Everything. And within this everything, nothing can be left out: your shadows are there, your lights are there, your fears are there, your loves are there. 🤍

Let the tears come

“Let the tears come.”

A few words. A permission. 💔 In that room, in that spaceship, and from afar, dozens of people felt the tears rising. Not tears of sadness, but tears of recognition. Tears that say: at last, at last I am meeting myself.

I meet myself in your gaze

“Say it with me: I meet myself in your gaze.”

And here, everything shifts. 🦋 Because this you is not someone else. It is the Non-Self looking at you from the other shore. Through the eyes of the lover, the child, the master, the stranger on the subway. You meet yourself through every gaze in the world.

I realize and surrender myself in your beauty

“I realize and surrender myself in your beauty.”

A double phrase. 💫 In French, se rendre compte — to realize. And se rendre — to surrender, to give oneself up. In your beauty, I realize myself AND I surrender. I lay down my arms. I recognize.

Feeling the universe’s love for you

“I feel all the love of the universe for you.”

And suddenly, the universe is no longer neutral. 💞 It loves. And it loves specifically. You. With your first name, your face, your scars, your unfulfilled dreams. The whole universe conspires to love you.

Gratitude for the initiation into romanticism

“Gratitude for receiving, in this life, the initiation: romanticism.”

Here is the keyword of the whole session: romanticism. 🌹 Not the sentimental, rose-tinted kind, but cosmic romanticism — the kind in which the universe courts its own creation. An initiation. A sacrament.

Breathing in your beauty

“Breathe in through your beauty, breathe in through your eternal, absolute presence.”

Beauty becomes nourishment. ✨ We no longer contemplate it from afar: we inhale it. It enters through the lungs, through the pores, through closed eyes. Eternal, absolute presence — nothing less.

Surrendering to your beauty

“All that I am surrenders to your beauty, to what you are, to discover what I am.”

A sublime paradox: it is by surrendering to the other that we discover ourselves. 🕊️ As if the mirror of your beauty were the only surface where my own face could at last be revealed.

I disappear into love

“I disappear into love.”

Four words. A gentle death. 💫 The I melts away. Only love remains, and love no longer needs an outline in order to exist.

I surrender to love and to you

“I surrender to love, to beauty, to laughter, to you.”

Four successive offerings. 🤍 Love, beauty, laughter — because yes, surrender is joyful too — and you. Always you, as the final destination.

You are my most beautiful creation

“You are my most beautiful creation.”

And now, who is speaking? 💞 The Non-Self is speaking. The universe is speaking. It looks at its creation — you — and says you are my most beautiful. Not one among many. The most beautiful.

You are perfect, as a woman and as a man

“You are perfect, as a woman and as a man.”

Feminine AND masculine. ✨ For cosmic perfection excludes no gender, no nuance, no shadow. You are perfect in your very imperfection.

Whole and complete just as you are

“Whole and complete, just as you are.”

Nothing to add. 🌿 Nothing to take away. You are complete now, in this very instant, with exactly what you have, what you are, and what you are not yet.

I welcome you completely, just as you are

“I welcome you completely, just as you are.”

Absolute welcome. 💖 Without conditions, without reservations, without ifs. Simply: I welcome you. And in this welcome, you finally recognize yourself.

I welcome myself completely, just as I am

“And I welcome myself completely, just as I am.”

And the mirror turns around. 🤍 The one who welcomes becomes the one who is welcomed. You welcome yourself. Love loops back upon itself.

I love you just as you already are

“I love you just as you already are.”

Already. ✨ A magic word. Not once you are healed, accomplished, fulfilled. No. Already. Now. In the exact state you are in.

I welcome you just as you already are

“I welcome you completely, just as you already are.”

A sacred repetition. 🌱 Each already drives home the immediate completeness. You have nothing to become. You are.

I can be what I already am

“And I can be what I already am, just as I am now.”

The supreme permission. 💫 I can be. I allow myself to be. What I already am. Not some future version. The one right here. The one right now.

It gives and it receives

“It gives and it receives.”

It takes the place of I. 🦋 It is no longer you who gives: it gives. It is no longer you who receives: it receives. The Non-Self expresses itself through you without ever running into an ego.

It offers itself just as it is

“It offers itself just as it is.”

The absolute offering. ✨ No makeup, no adjustments, no rearranging. Just as it is. And that is enough. And it is magnificent.

It laughs, it cries, it plays

“It laughs, it cries, it plays.”

The three sacred emotions of the living. 🌿 Laughter, tears, play. Nothing solemn. Nothing frozen. The universe plays through you.

And now it is us

“And now it is us.”

From it, we slip into us. 💞 And this us is total: you, me, the voice, the silence, the spaceship, Saint-Nexans, Paris, Brazil. Us, now.

And there it is, quite simply

“And there it is, quite simply.”

Alexandre’s signature phrase. ✨ Quite simply. As if all this cosmic vertigo could fit into a few words a child might say. And it is true: it can.

Now there is only you and me

“Now there is only you and me.”

The whole world fades away. 🕊️ All that remains is this primordial duo: you and me. The lover and the beloved. The creator and the creation. And in the end, they are one and the same.

Gratitude for creating together, the two of us

“Gratitude for creating together, the two of us.”

And in this two of us, co-creation is born. 💫 You are no longer alone in making this world. You create it together. Always.

It creates an I to say I love you

“It creates an I to say I love you.”

Here is the key sentence. ✨ The heart of the whole meditation. To be able to whisper I love you, the universe had to invent an I. You are that I. You are the mouth through which the universe declares its love to itself.

I love you in several languages

“Eu amo você, te amo, I love you.”

Portuguese, Spanish, English. 🌍 As if a single language were not enough. As if love, in order to be spoken, had to cross every border, every alphabet, every palate.

Creating an I to live romanticism

“It created an I so it could love you and live romanticism in all its forms, in every dimension and in every art.”

And here the cosmic intention is unveiled. 💞 Why do you exist? To live romanticism. In all its forms. In every dimension. In every art. Nothing less. You are a work of love in progress.

It sows and creates through us

“It sows through us and it creates through us.”

We are the seed. 🌱 We are the gardener. We are the hand that sets down the seed and the soil that welcomes it. It sows — without the I having to decide.

It is inspired through us

“It is inspired through us.”

Inspiration does not come from you. ✨ It passes through you. You are a hollow flute through which the cosmic breath composes its music.

It lives through us

“It lives through us.”

And so: you are not the one living. 🦋 It lives. Through you. You are the transparent channel of Life living itself.

It exists thanks to us

“And it exists thanks to us.”

A dizzying reversal. 💫 You do not depend on the universe: the universe depends on you in order to exist. No witness, no world. Without you, no cosmos. Thanks to us.

It touches itself thanks to us

“It touches itself thanks to us.”

Your hands are the hands of the universe. 🤍 When you touch, it is the cosmos feeling its own contours. A magnificent vertigo.

It cuddles itself thanks to us

“It cuddles itself thanks to us.”

And a hug becomes a cosmic act. 💞 Every time two beings embrace, it is the universe consoling itself for ever having believed in separation.

It is immortal thanks to us

“It is immortal thanks to us.”

Immortality is not inside you: you are immortality in the making. ✨ As long as there is an I to love, the cosmos will never die.

Beauty exists thanks to you

“Beauty exists thanks to you, I see your beauty.”

Without your eyes, no beauty. 🌹 Without your gaze, no sunsets, no beloved faces, no music that moves you to the core. Beauty exists thanks to you.

Surrendering in order to feel what you are

“And I surrender to it, to feel all that you are.”

To feel, you must first surrender. 🕊️ No feeling without letting go. No true meeting without laying down your arms.

I am incarnated on Earth to love you

“All that I am has incarnated on Earth to love you.”

And here is your mission of incarnation. 💫 Why are you on Earth? To love. Period. That is all. Everything else is just scenery.

I am the one who loves and welcomes you

“I am the one — he, she — who loves you, who welcomes you completely, just as you are.”

He. She. ✨ Both. Neither. The loving being beyond gender, beyond form. Just as you are — again and always, this mantra-like phrase.

Gratitude for being romantic

“Gratitude for being romantic.”

And suddenly, being romantic becomes a blessing. 🌹 Not a weakness. Not silliness. A sacred calling.

I allow myself to love you and to exist

“I allow myself to love you, to disappear and to exist.”

A threefold permission. 💞 I allow myself to love. I allow myself to disappear. I allow myself to exist. And within these three verbs, the whole cosmic dance is contained.

I allow myself to create universes for you

“I allow myself to create universes, a world for you.”

And when we allow ourselves to love, we allow ourselves to create universes. ✨ Nothing less. Every lover is a demiurge. Every open heart is a Genesis.

You are so beautiful to me

“So beautiful to me, you are so beautiful.”

The song returns. 🎶 In English, in a whisper. So beautiful, to me. The universe sings an age-old serenade to its creation.

Gratitude for your presence

“Gratitude for your presence.”

Four words. A sacrament. 🤍 Gratitude. For your presence. Not for what you do. Not for what you give. For your simple, pure, naked presence.

Feeling the hands and feet

“And very gently, we are going to feel our hands and our feet.”

The return begins. 🌿 Gently. The extremities first. The way you turn the lights back on in a house, one room at a time.

Saying thank you with the hands and feet

“Very gently, say thank you with your hands and your feet: thank you, thank you, thank you.”

The body becomes prayer. ✨ Three thank yous. One for the hands. One for the feet. One for the miracle of having come back.

Waking up from a long journey

“I stretch, I stretch, I wake up from a long journey.”

A long journey. 🌌 Even though the meditation lasted only a handful of minutes in Earth time. But in cosmic time, we have traveled light-years.

Coming back to the sensations of the body

“I come back to all the sensations of my body.”

The tingling in the fingers. 🦋 The weight of the pelvis on the mat. The coolness of the air on the eyelids. Every sensation is a gift rediscovered.

Gratitude for having a physical body

“Gratitude for having a physical body.”

The body is no longer a prison. 💫 It is a temple. It is the vehicle that made the journey possible. Gratitude.

Gratitude for having an avatar

“Gratitude for having an avatar, a physical body.”

And the word avatar appears. ✨ You are not your body: you inhabit it the way a player inhabits a character. And how lucky you are to have one.

Fallen in love with you

“Your captain is telling you: he has fallen in love with you.”

And at the very end, Alexandre lets slip this declaration. 💞 Not as a set phrase. As a confession. The captain has fallen in love with his passengers. And the passengers, quietly, have been initiated into romanticism.

A final I love you

“See you soon, I love you, I love you.”

Two I love yous. 🤍 One for the road. One so that it stays. And a third, unspoken, to remind you that it is never over. That it begins again every Sunday. That love itself keeps no schedule. ✨

The power of sacred habit

Every Sunday, at the same time, in the same studio in Saint-Nexans, something repeats itself. 🌿 And yet nothing ever truly repeats. Because sacred habit is not a program: it is a living faithfulness, a door we push a little further open each week.

Programs lock you in. Sacred habit sets you free. ✨ It is the difference between reciting and embodying, between doing yoga and becoming yoga. Between meditating and disappearing into love.

That evening, one mantra kept returning to Alexandre’s lips: “I release into love everything that wants to speak.” Ten minutes of silence between the yoga and the meditation, ten minutes in which neither the mind nor its programs are switched on. Just presence. Just the cacao. Just the self. 🤍

That is the whole secret of the Odyssey: you come each week not to learn, but to unlearn. To dare to be what you already are, just as you are now. Nothing more. Nothing less.

“Gratitude for experiencing silence and the self, gratitude.”

And in the regularity of this gathering, in the sacred repetition of the gesture, something is woven. 🌱 A memory of the body. A memory of the heart. A memory of the Non-Self recognizing itself, week after week, through your wide, dilated eyes of cosmic travelers.

That is what sacred habit is: not a discipline, but a love that keeps coming back. 💞

Realization through Yoga

Before the meditation, there was the body. 🌿 Alexandre announced it in the very first minutes: “I find the yogi again. He was with me; I surrender to my inner yogi.” And the whole practice was carried by this key phrase: surrendering to your inner yogi.

Standing, feet rooted, hands rising toward the sky like cosmic antennas. ✨ Calves, thighs, glutes, abs engaged like a living plank. Rising onto the tips of the toes, suspended by the hands from invisible threads. Then letting everything go. Then starting again. Then letting everything go once more.

“It’s like waves.”

The whole practice was a wave. 🌊 Rising, falling, rising, falling. Contraction, surrender. Tension, release. This is how the body learns the breathing of the universe: nothing holds still, everything flows.

Then came the right-angle pose, hands reaching for the floor, knees bending, then legs straightening. The stretch becomes pleasure — Alexandre said it word for word: “I associate stretching with pleasure, I associate them.” And in that association, something is released. 💫

Wide circles with the pelvis, wider and wider, to the left, to the back, to the right, to the front. 🦋 To explore where it pulls, where it delights, where it receives strength, balance, alignment, an ease that takes the shape of mastery.

And then came the frog. Three minutes. 🐸 Alexandre called it, with mischievous tenderness, “your favorite pose”. Back straight, feet flat, hands in namaste, breath of fire — exhale through the nose, let the air come back in, exhale again. And smile. Always smile.

Then the strap. Lying on the back, lower back pressed to the floor, the strap catching the foot, the leg rising to the perpendicular. The neck completely relaxed — it is the forearms that do the pulling. And then, the sacred instruction: “I release into love everything that keeps me from expressing myself.” ✨

“If it laughs, it laughs. If it yawns, it yawns. If it cries, it cries. But that’s how it’s done.”

Anatman yoga is not a yoga of performance. 🤍 It is a yoga of permission. Permission to laugh. Permission to yawn. Permission to cry. Permission to tremble, because if it trembles, it trembles, and that is perfectly fine.

At the end of the practice, the circle of Indian chants — Jay Ganga Ma, Pata Yin, Nam Nam Nam — carried the vibration of the body on into the vibration of sound. And already the spaceship was preparing for takeoff. 🌌

From this meditation the Theory of the Creation of Reality was born

At the heart of this session, one sentence crystallized everything: “It created an I so it could love you.” ✨ The entire Theory of the Creation of Reality lies in this reversal. You do not create your reality: reality creates for itself an I — one that bears your first name — so it can love itself in all its forms.

You are the anchor point through which the cosmos becomes romantic. 💞 Through which it touches, cuddles, cries, laughs, creates, sows. Without you, no world. Thanks to you, immortality. Thanks to you, beauty. Thanks to you, a love that dares to speak itself — in French, in Portuguese, in English, in silence.

The TCR (Theory of the Creation of Reality) taught by Alexandre Anatman is not a method: it is a recognition. 🕊️ The recognition that you are at once the creator, the creation, and the bridge between the two.

It created an I so it could love you and live romanticism in all its forms, in every dimension and in every art.

All that I am surrenders to your beauty, to what you are, to discover what I am.

Your captain is telling you: he has fallen in love with you.

Voices from the We

After each Odyssey, the chat becomes a cathedral of voices. 💞 Words settle there like petals. Here is what the We offered that Sunday.

🎶 On sound and music

The vibration of the mantras and Indian chants traveled through the screens, all the way into the hearts connected from afar.

  • “it feels so good to hear the good music again” — Pascal
  • “These beautiful songs vibrating in our hearts are magnificent, I love it, thank you” — Valérie
  • “yes the sounds are excellent, it’s magical” — valerie

“Hare Ram Sitaram” — Préma

🧘 On the yoga

The physical practice left luminous traces in the bodies of the We. ✨

  • “Thank you so much for this yoga” — Valérie
  • “gratitude” — valerie
  • “Gratitude” — Shakti Anne

🌌 On the guided meditation

The spaceship carried the travelers far, very far away. 🦋 And here is what they brought back in their invisible suitcases.

“Magnificent meditation I love you INFINITE GRATITUDE ALEXANDRE LIFE LOVE” — Dona

“gratitude for this magnificent meditation I loved it I love you” — Valérie

  • “Bon voyage in the spaceship” — Michel
  • “I love you” — Laetitia
  • “Gratitude for the journey” — Sandrine
  • “POINT 0 – 0 – 0” — acnaib
  • “so moved to be back with you” — Sylviane

🕊️ Farewells and I love yous

And then came the time to land. 💫 But the We stretched out the flight a little longer, with these final little sparks.

“gratitude captain, you never should have brought us back, gratitude I love you” — Ramda

  • “Ramda, I love you. Gratitude to the We” — MaHA
  • “gratitude MaHa, I love you too” — Ramda
  • “Gratitude I love you” — valerie
  • “I love you” — Sandrine
  • “Thank you” — Alisson

And it is simply wow. 🤍

How a single breath of life unites us all — S11E17

This article is a synthesis of the Anatman Odyssey of October 18, 2026, a journey in three movements — yoga, chanting and guided meditation — in which silence had the last word.

There are Sundays when everything seems suspended. On this October 18, autumn bathed Saint-Nexans in a tender light, and something in the air invited us to let go, again and again. ✨

There we were, scattered to the four corners of the world — from Réunion Island to Great Britain, from France to faraway lands — and yet, by the grace of an invisible thread, we were about to find ourselves united in one single great breath of life. 🕊️

When silence becomes the greatest of teachers

Some meditations speak. And some fall silent. This Sunday, we tasted both, and it may well be the second that transformed us the most. 💫

Alexandre Anatman had set the tone from the very start: “a guided meditation with realization, or perhaps a guided meditation with silence, we’ll see”. As if he already knew that life was going to choose for us.

And life chose silence. An inhabited, vibrant silence, filled with breathing and presence. 🌿

Before diving in, there was yoga to loosen the body, chanting to free the heart, and then this final crossing where not a single word was needed. That day, we learned that the Non-Self sometimes reveals itself better in what is left unsaid than in what is taught.

“We are going to begin by making an individual sound, and link that sound with this altered state of consciousness.”

Realizations during the guided meditation of the Anatman Odyssey

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt from the beginning of the guided meditation (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

After the chanting, after the mantras, after “Jaya Seeyaram Jay Jay Hanuman” and “Amor, amor, Anjaninan” had vibrated through the Anatman TV studio, we lay down. Foot against foot. Hand against hand. And something unusual happened: the meditation unfolded almost entirely in silence. 🕊️

Few words. Just a handful of instructions, laid down like stepping stones across water, to guide us toward a place where no words were needed anymore. Each sentence Alexandre spoke was like a seal. Here they all are, just as they were offered.

I let everything go on the out-breath

“I breathe in and I let everything go.”

A seed phrase. A mantra phrase. It keeps returning, the way a wave returns to the shore. Every in-breath is an offering, every out-breath a surrender. ✨

And in this simple rhythm, the body learns that it has nothing to hold on to. That holding on was an illusion. That letting go is not losing — it is welcoming what comes naturally, effortlessly, without control.

Feeling the feet connected

“I feel my feet connected.”

Foot against foot. Skin against skin. In the Anatman TV studio, bodies touch. From afar, hearts align. 🌱

Connection begins from below, with what grounds us. The feet, those humble messengers of the sacred, become gateways into the Non-Self. What we believed to be separate reveals itself as one.

Feeling the hands connected

“I feel the hands, connected.”

Then the hands. The ones that give, the ones that receive. And in this hand-to-hand contact, something comes back together that perhaps had never really been apart. 💖

The hands become a circuit, a loop of love. Energy passes, returns, circulates. It is no longer you, no longer me — it is us, in one single great body.

Letting go beyond the out-breath

“It keeps letting go, even after the out-breath.”

Here is the secret revealed. The out-breath is only the beginning of letting go. Afterwards, in that suspended space where nothing moves anymore, true surrender begins. 🦋

In this silence between two breaths, something deeper relaxes. The invisible layers. The forgotten tensions. The ancestral holding back. Everything gives way. It keeps letting go, even when we think we have given everything.

One single great breath of life

“All together, united in one single great breath of life.”

And suddenly, the shift. The moment when the I melts into the we. The moment when Réunion Island, Great Britain and France become one single breath. 💫

One breath. One consciousness. One life breathing through thousands of bodies. This is the simplest and most overwhelming revelation of the Non-Self: we have never been separate. We had only forgotten. 🌟

Gratitude for sharing

“Gratitude, thank you.”

Two words. A heartbeat. A thankfulness rising from the heart of the group. 🙏

Gratitude is not a matter of politeness. It is the fragrance that rises naturally once we have tasted the sacred. Once we have touched this oneness, even for an instant, it is impossible not to give thanks. Impossible not to bow.

Disconnecting the feet and hands

“And we are going to disconnect, very gently, the feet and the hands, and find our individuality again, gratitude.”

We also need to know how to come back. Gently. With tenderness. The journey into oneness does not abolish individual form — it blesses it. 🌿

The feet come apart. The hands separate. But something remains. An imprint. A cellular memory. The individuality we return to is no longer the same: it now knows that it contains the whole ocean.

Ending in silent meditation

“And for those of you who wish, well, we can finish our silent meditation.”

And there it is. The rest is silence. This immense silence that held the whole meditation, that enveloped it, that carried it. 🕊️

This silence was not empty. It was full. Full of shared breathing, of presences recognizing one another, of consciousness observing itself. As Sophie wrote in the chat: “I used this silent meditation to cleanse my energetic and subtle bodies.” Silence works. Silence heals. ✨

In this final silence, each of us could hear what cannot be spoken. The instructions had vanished. All that remained was being, bare, offered, suspended in the grace of an October Sunday.

A final “I love you”

“I love you, I love you.”

And to seal the journey, this tender repetition. I love you, I love you. Said twice, so that it sinks in. Said twice, so that no doubt remains. 💞

Who is this I love you meant for? For each participant. For oneself. For Life. For the entire universe. It is an I love you with no addressee, because it needs none — it is love itself, speaking itself, recognizing itself. 🌟

“I love you, I love you.”

The power of sacred habit

Every Sunday, at the same time, the same ritual. Yoga to raise our vibration, chanting to surrender, meditation to disappear. 🌱

It is not a program. It is not a routine. It is a sacred habit, and the difference is immense. A program lives in your place. A sacred habit brings you back to yourself, Sunday after Sunday, like a stone patiently laid on the path of awakening.

Repetition is not monotony. It is embodiment. Each Sunday digs the furrow a little deeper, and in that furrow settles the memory of the body, the memory of the heart, the memory of who we truly are. 💞

Alexandre reminded us of it at the opening: “I release in love everything that keeps me from awakening, from freeing myself from all the unconscious programs that want to live in my place”. That is the heart of the work: choosing the sacred habit over the automatic program. 🦋

And then there is that fragile thread linking one Sunday to the next. A tribe that gathers again, that recognizes itself. “Gratitude for creating a tribe for myself, gratitude. Gratitude for creating lots of friends for myself, gratitude.” Each week, love flows a little more freely. ✨

“I release in love everything that keeps me from being love, from living love, from welcoming love.”

Realization of the Yoga

Before the silence, there was movement. And what movement it was. ✨

Alexandre began with an individual sound, a deep, territorial, expressive sound, to assert expression and one’s place. Then the postures followed one after another, each carrying its message: calves contracted, thighs, glutes, abs, as if to awaken every muscle to its presence. 🌿

“I rise, I rise, I rise, I rise” — the repetition became a mantra. Suspended from the crown of the head, from the hands, by the upward momentum, the body learned to rise without straining. There was, Alexandre confided, “a delight in the stretch in the lower back”. 💫

Then the blindfold. Removing visual reality. Leaning forward. Massaging the cheeks, the jaw. Letting the thumb massage all by itself — “it’s no longer me massaging, turning with the thumb, it happens by itself”. The first major realization: the body knows. The body does. The ego is only a spectator. 🦋

Circles with the chin, arms to the sky, the posture of surrender with the arms back. And this overwhelming declaration repeated in chorus: “To life, I love you, I love you. Oh yes, I’m in love, in love with you.” Love for Life itself. 💖

Then the right leg raised perpendicular with the strap, the lower back pressed to the floor. “If it shakes, it shakes. Let it shake. I surrender to the shaking.” The body releases what it had been holding for years. 🌟

And this sentence that sums it all up: “Beyond this presence, this consciousness, something welcomes everything.” In the posture, in the stretch, in the shaking, something within us observes and surrenders. ✨

Finally, conscious walking, blindfolded. Finding a wall, pressing against it, feeling verticality. Then walking with eyes closed. Then opening them and letting the body walk on its own. And something new: “just send out an intention of destination and then surrender completely”. Learning to dissociate from the I, from programs and from the self. 🕊️

“I am learning to dissociate from the I, from programs and from the self.”

“Beyond this presence, this consciousness, something welcomes everything.”

From this meditation was born the Theory of the Creation of Reality

This Sunday, a quiet yet powerful revelation ran through the practice: “just send out an intention of destination and then surrender completely”. There, in a single sentence, is the heart of the Theory of the Creation of Reality. 💫

We don’t have to decide on the route. We only have to set the intention — pure, clear, without attachment — and let Life, the universe, the Non-Self take care of the rest. It is in this active surrender that reality is created, not in tense control. ✨

And when the breath of thousands of participants comes together as one, something far vaster than a meditation takes place: a field of shared consciousness that transforms the very fabric of reality. 🌟

All together, united in one single great breath of life.

It keeps letting go, even after the out-breath.

Beyond this presence, this consciousness, something welcomes everything.

How to Surrender Completely to Now: 12 Keys of a Silent Meditation — S11E16

This article is a synthesis of the Anatman Odyssey of October 11, 2026. An Odyssey in which silence spoke louder than words, and twelve sentences were enough to open an infinite territory of presence.

There are Saturdays when life lays before you a gift so simple that it takes you a moment to recognize it. ✨ The sound of a bell. An in-breath. A release. Then the silence, spreading like a silk sheet over all the accumulated tension.

On this Saturday, October 11, 2026, a few of us gathered — on Reunion Island with Marie-Anne, around the futon with Shakti Anne, MaHA, Dona, Sylviane, Noëlle, Ramda, Sandrine, Préma, Francis and so many other hearts. 🤍 Three steps to climb together: yoga, chanting, meditation. And at the end of the path, a revelation of astonishing power in its sheer simplicity.

Twelve Sentences to Vanish into the Light

Do you know that feeling? 🌱 A heart that has been carrying too much for too long, an inner territory that has grown too heavy to defend. And then someone whispers in your ear: “All there is to do is breathe in, deeply, and let everything go.”

Twelve sentences. That is all the guided meditation offered that evening. 💫 Twelve sentences like twelve stepping stones laid across the stream so that you could cross the ford of sacred disappearance. Between each one, silence. An inhabited silence, dense and alive — the silence that is the true language of the Non-Self.

What you are about to read is not a report. It is an invitation to make the journey again with me. To feel, in your own body, sitting there as you read, what relaxes, what opens, what welcomes. 🦋

For Anatman’s meditation is not a technique. It is an encounter. An encounter with that within you which has never needed to defend anything in order to exist.

Realizations During the Guided Meditation of the Anatman Odyssey

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt from the beginning of the guided meditation (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

Be prepared. This meditation has almost no words. ✨ Between each sentence, long minutes of pure silence. And yet — or rather, precisely because of this — every sentence spoken carries the weight of an entire universe.

Foot against foot. Hand against hand. Connected to an invisible web. And twelve keys turning, one after another, to lead you to the heart of disappearance. 🕊️

Total Surrender to Now

“I am going to surrender totally, to now.”

Can you hear the dizzying depth of that sentence? 💫 It isn’t “I’m going to try.” It isn’t “I’m going to work on it.” It is I am going to surrender totally. Totally. A word that doesn’t negotiate. And to now — not to yesterday, not to tomorrow, not to some more convenient moment. To now.

Now is the only place where surrender is possible. Everywhere else, there is still a self keeping guard, calculating, postponing. Here, in the instant being born as you read these words, there is a door. And behind the door, there is no one left. Only what is. 🤍

Breathe In and Let Everything Go

“All there is to do is breathe in, deeply, and let everything go.”

All. 🌱 Did you notice that word? All there is to do. As if spiritual liberation lay in a gesture so simple that you could spend an entire lifetime walking past it. Breathe in deeply — the air enters, fills, expands. And then let everything go. Everything. Not just the breath: everything.

Plans. Fears. Identities. The stories we tell ourselves about ourselves. The wounds we protect. The victories we brandish. 💫 Everything. In a single breath. That is the secret hidden in the most ordinary sentence in the world.

Letting Go Continues After the Out-Breath

“And after the out-breath, it keeps on letting everything go.”

Here is the secret passage. 🦋 Do you think letting go stops when the lungs are empty? No. That is exactly where it truly begins. After the out-breath, in that pause where the body naturally waits for the next in-breath, it keeps on letting everything go.

Notice the “it.” No more “I” doing the letting go. It lets go. Letting go becomes autonomous, impersonal, cosmic. You are no longer the author. You are the wonder-struck witness of a liberation that happens all by itself. 🕊️

Relaxed Hands

“The hands are relaxed.”

The hands. 🤍 These two instruments that seize, build, defend, squeeze, plead, cling. The hands that have carried everything you have carried. The hands that have released everything you have lost.

Now they are relaxed. Simply relaxed. Resting. Open to the sky or turned toward the earth. It doesn’t matter. What matters is that they no longer grasp. And when the hands stop grasping, something very ancient within you finally stops fighting. 🌿

Every Part of the Body Relaxed

“Every part of the body is relaxed.”

Every. Part. 💞 The sentence takes its time. It invites you to make the journey. The toes. The ankles. The calves. The knees. The thighs. The pelvis. The belly. The heart. The shoulders. The nape of the neck. The face. Every inch of your bodily territory receives these words like a blessing.

Dona would write in the chat: “Gratitude for this grounding, powerful, unifying breath.” 🙏 Grounding, powerful, unifying. Three words to describe what happens when every part of the body answers the call to relax.

Every Part of the Body Lets Everything Go

“Every part of the body lets everything go.”

We move on to the next stage. ✨ It is no longer just muscular relaxation. It is cellular letting go. Every cell carries memories. Old contractions. Silent vows to stay on guard. Promises never to suffer again, never to love again, never to trust again.

And there, in that lengthening silence, every part of the body lets everything go. 💫 Three words. An inner earthquake. Sylviane would write: “thank you for the unexpected laughter too, love you”. Unexpected laughter. That is exactly what happens when the body truly lets go: it laughs, because it suddenly realizes it never had any reason to hold on so tightly.

Nothing Resists Anymore

“Nothing resists anymore.”

Three words. 🕊️ Three words that tear a veil. Nothing. Not “almost nothing.” Not “just a little.” Nothing. And this “nothing” that no longer resists marks the end of a war you were waging without even knowing you were waging it.

What were you resisting? Life as it is. This body as it is. This past as it was. This moment as it arrives. And suddenly, in the peace of meditation, nothing resists anymore. 🤍 That is the purest definition of peace.

I Am That Which Welcomes Everything

“I am that which welcomes everything.”

Here is the turning point. 🦋 The “I” changes its nature. It is no longer the small “I” that identifies with its story, its name, its body. It is the capital I, the paradoxical Non-Self, which no longer defines itself by what it possesses but by its infinite capacity for welcome.

I am that which welcomes. Everything. Difficult emotions. Radiant joys. Passing thoughts. Sensations in the body. The noise outside. The silence within. 💞 I am no longer a content. I am the space that contains. And space has no limits.

Totally Welcomed, Now

“I am totally welcomed, now.”

And then, a breathtaking reversal. ✨ Not only do you welcome everything — you are welcomed. By whom? By the very thing within you that welcomes. By life itself. By the vast silence that enfolds you during meditation.

Totally. Now. 🌟 MaHA would write at the end: “So much emotion. Gratitude.” Because being totally welcomed is an experience few human beings ever know in a lifetime. And when it comes, it brings tears. It makes you tremble. It releases whole layers of accumulated loneliness.

Disconnecting from the Territory

“We are going to very gently disconnect, our territory.”

Very gently. 🌿 The voice takes care. It knows that what has just happened is sacred, delicate, precious. You don’t come back abruptly from such a journey. You gently disconnect the territory — the bodily, mental, identity-bound territory you usually inhabit.

Noëlle would write: “gratitude for this silence”. 🙏 Yes. Gratitude for this silence that made the disconnection possible. Gratitude for this wordless space where the Non-Self could breathe freely.

Gratitude and Thank You

“Thank you, gratitude, thank you.”

Three words on a loop. 💫 Like a rosary. Like a mantra. Thank you — gratitude — thank you. Gratitude is the natural language of someone who has just been totally welcomed. It cannot be forced. It springs forth. It overflows.

Shakti Anne would write in the chat: “gratitude I love you I love us”. I love you. I love us. 🤍 From singular to plural. From me to us. That is the very movement of gratitude: it always widens the circle.

I Love You

“I love you, I love you, thank you.”

And to end — or to begin, for this is where everything starts again — these three words that change a life when they are truly spoken. 💖 I love you. To whom? To life. To oneself. To the other. To all the others. To no one in particular and to all that is.

Marie-Anne would write it in Creole: “MI AIME ZOT TOUTE” (I love you all). 🌟 Préma would reply: “Mi aime aou” (I love you). I love you in the language of the Island. I love you in the language of the soul. I love you in every language in the world, because love has only one language: that of the open heart.

And so this silent meditation comes to an end. Twelve sentences. An ocean of silence. And a heart — yours — that is no longer quite the same. 🦋

The Power of Sacred Habit

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. 🌿 Can you hear that rhythm? It isn’t a schedule. It is a backbone. An invisible architecture that keeps life standing when everything else wavers.

“We do yoga six days out of seven,” the voice reminds us during the session. Six days. Not a program. A sacred habit. 💫 And the difference between the two makes all the difference between a life that wears itself out and a life that reveals itself.

“Yes, a living, channeled yoga.”

A program wears you out. A sacred habit embodies you. A program demands willpower. A sacred habit simply asks you to choose to come back. Again. And again. Until it is no longer a choice, but a natural breathing of the soul. 🌱

Marie-Anne, on Reunion Island, writes as she arrives: “Gratitude to be together again to share this moment after a hard day.” Do you see? The hardness of the day doesn’t disappear. It is offered up. It becomes the very fuel of the practice. 🙏

For what six years of practice teach you is that what is alive is never a given. “For those of you who have been following for six years. Always something new,” the voice murmurs. Always. 🦋 Sacred habit is not the repetition of the same. It is faithfulness to an appointment where something new awaits you every time.

And that something new, today, is this almost entirely silent meditation that is about to carry us away.

Realization of the Yoga

Before the silent meditation, there was the fire of the body. 🔥 Anatman’s yoga is not gymnastics. It is a living channeling that prepares the temple to welcome silence.

It all begins with arms raised to the sky, shoulder blades stretching, and this founding instruction: “I welcome all my emotions, I welcome.” 💫 Do you hear it? It isn’t “I fight my emotions.” It isn’t “I manage them.” I welcome. And in that welcome, emotions do what they need to do: they pass through.

“The more tense, stiff and muscular I am, the more I am in the body, the more I feel everything that is happening.”

The sacred paradox of yoga: conscious tension opens the door to deep relaxation. 🌿 We rise onto tiptoe, calves taut, thighs contracted, abdominals engaged. And within that fully inhabited tension, something is released that slackness could never have reached.

Then comes the self-massage of the neck. And this extraordinary instruction: “I surrender to my inner masseur.” ✨ You let your own hands be guided by an intelligence that is not that of the mind. Your thumbs find exactly the points that are asking to be released. As if someone, inside, knew.

The posture of surrender arrives. Hands behind, head tilted back, spine stretched. And the mantra springs forth: “To life, I love you. I surrender to you. Gratitude for your perfection.” 💞 Gratitude for the perfection of life. Even when it burns. Even when it tears apart. Its perfection is not comfortable — it is right.

Next comes the squatting frog. Three minutes of breath of fire. Air in, air out through the nose. It heats. It cleanses. It prepares. 🔥 Then back on the floor, legs raised with the strap, and this instruction that sums up all of Anatman’s yoga: “I surrender completely.”

“If it shakes, it shakes. If it jolts, it jolts. If it laughs, it laughs.”

All the wisdom of the body lies in these three sentences. 🦋 You don’t decide what needs to come out. You let out whatever wants to come out. Kundalini tremors, jolts, unexpected laughter, tears flowing for no apparent reason. Everything is welcomed. Nothing is judged.

And to close the yoga, this deeply moving mantra: “Gratitude for having a very good relationship with myself. I love you, I love you. Gratitude, create my best scenario.” 🤍 Having a good relationship with yourself. That is the true fruit of yoga. Not flexibility. Not strength. Tenderness toward the being you inhabit.

From This Meditation Was Born the Theory of the Creation of Reality

When twelve sentences are enough to bring you back to the center of yourself, you begin to understand something essential: reality is created in the space of that which welcomes. ✨ Not through effort. Not through clenched willpower. Through total welcome of now.

Alexandre Anatman’s Theory of the Creation of Reality was born from these silent moments where nothing resists anymore. It teaches that your best scenario isn’t built — it is revealed when you stop defending your territory. 💫

To go deeper into this understanding and learn to consciously create your reality from the Non-Self, here is the central teaching that has emerged from these years of practice:

I am that which welcomes everything. I am totally welcomed, now.

All there is to do is breathe in, deeply, and let everything go.

The more tense, stiff and muscular I am, the more I am in the body, the more I feel everything that is happening.

Voices from the We

In this Odyssey, silence spoke. But the chat sang. Here are the voices of the We, the testimonies that weave the living web of our tribe. 🤍

The Sound and the First Breaths

Before the meditation begins, there is the arriving. Voices settling in, hearts greeting each other across the oceans.

  • “Good evening everyone, gratitude to be together again to share this moment after a hard day. Sending you thousands of hugs from Reunion Island” — Marie-Anne
  • “The sound is perfect, kisses” — Marie-Anne
  • “Hi 😊” — Préma
  • “hello everyone” — Jean-Pierre
  • “hi tribe” — Shakti Anne
  • “Hello 🙏” — MaHA

Yoga and the Mantras of the Heart

During the body practice, the chat becomes a choir. The “I love you”s fly, languages blend. The Creole of Reunion meets the French of the mainland in one shared celebration.

“Mi aime aou ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥” — Préma

  • “Hi my friend, I love you” — Marie-Anne
  • “MI AIME A OU” — Marie-Anne
  • “I LOVE YOU ALL WITH A BIG HEART FULL OF LOVE” — Marie-Anne
  • “MI AIME ZOT TOUTE Soft hugs” — Marie-Anne
  • “Gratitude for these beautiful frequencies of love” — Marie-Anne
  • “I’m sending a shower of roses into your lives” — Marie-Anne
  • “Om Ram Sri Ram Jai Jai Ram Sitaram 🎊🔥💛” — Préma
  • “Beautiful ALL blessING” — Acnaib

Meditation and Inhabited Silence

And then comes the almost wordless meditation. In this silence, the few messages that spring up resonate with tenfold power. Every word is a diamond.

“Gratitude ❤️ for this grounding, powerful, unifying breath…. 🫶💫” — Dona

“gratitude for this silence” — Noëlle

  • “thank you for the unexpected laughter too, love you” — Sylviane
  • “Gratitude..love youuuu” — Ramda
  • “THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU” — Sylviane

Farewells and Final Gratitude

At the end, hearts overflow. Emotion overflows. The last messages are mutual blessings, thanks, bonds growing stronger.

“So much emotion. Gratitude 💖💞🙏” — MaHA

  • “Gratitude 🙏” — Sandrine
  • “gratitude I love you I love us” — Shakti Anne
  • “gratitude to my dragoness” — Shakti Anne
  • “gratitude for being with my friend Mathilde” — Shakti Anne
  • “Thank you so much for your LOVE” — Marie-Anne

37 Phrases to Love Yourself Just As You Are — S11E15

37 Phrases to Love Yourself Just As You Are — S11E15

This article is a summary of the Anatman Odyssey of October 4, 2026, an autumn Sunday when yoga, Indian chant and surrender to meditation wove together a tapestry of healing and reconciliation.

It is half past four in the afternoon. A Sunday. The mats are rolled out, the blindfolds wait next to the straps, and already something in you knows this is no ordinary session ✨. You came with heavy shoulders, with spinning thoughts, with emotions waiting for a door to get out.

And today that door is going to open in an unexpected place: the secret space of the heart. A place you have always carried without knowing it. A place waiting for only one thing — for you to come back.

Absolute welcome, the forgotten door

How can you, in an hour and a half of yoga followed by a meditation, shift from a tense body to total surrender? How can you, at half past four on a Sunday, rediscover that obvious truth that lay asleep beneath the programs?

Alexandre Anatman opens the session with an unusual invitation: get your blindfold ready. Because today we are not looking outward. Today we dive in. The eyes close even before the yoga begins, and already the sacred seeps in 🕊️.

What will be lived in the hours that follow is not a sequence of postures. It is an initiation into the flow of love. A revelation that takes its time, settling like silent snow over all the accumulated tension.

And at the center of it all, this sentence that will resonate like an inverted mantra — not a request, but an offering: “I needed to be welcomed just as I am.”

Realizations during the guided meditation of the Anatman Odyssey

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt from the beginning of the guided meditation is offered to you by ANATMAN TV (in French).

There are meditations that seek nothing, build nothing, ask for nothing. They ✨ simply open a space, a space of absolute welcome, where everything that has been refused, denied, fought against can finally come and rest. This meditation guided by Alexandre Anatman on October 4, 2026 was one of those. A meditation where speech became breath 🌿, where breath became a caress, where the caress became healing.

In what follows, you will discover each channeled passage, each sentence spoken in the vibration of the heart. Nothing is lost 🤍, because what was said was sacred, and because what is sacred deserves to be gathered, unfolded, honored. Let yourself be carried, let yourself be spoken to, let yourself be loved.

Breathing in and letting go of everything

“Breathing in, I let go of everything, I let go, I let go, I let go, I surrender completely to what is now.”

From the very first words, the meditation ✨ sets the tone. It is not about doing, not about building, not about holding on. It is about letting go. Letting go once, letting go twice, letting go three times, until the verb itself runs out and becomes a state. Alexandre Anatman repeats 🌱, almost hammers it in, not to force anything, but so that the repetition itself becomes a wave that sweeps away all resistance.

Breathing in, and in that very movement, letting fall. Letting fall the tensions, the expectations, the projections. Letting fall the self that wants to control, the self that wants to understand, the self that wants to measure. What remains then is what is now, and only that. 🕊️ The present moment, naked, unadorned, unjustified.

Surrendering completely — that is the word. Not partially, not cautiously, not conditionally. Completely. It is in this completeness that something can finally come undone, something very old, very deep, that had long been waiting 💫 for permission to relax.

Feeling the loving body

“I feel my warm feet, foot against foot, hand in hand.”

The body then becomes the first place of welcome. Not the abstract body, not the body as an idea, but this body here, this very body, with its warm feet 🌿 touching each other, with its hands joining. There is infinite tenderness in this simplicity. Foot against foot is a self-embrace: the body welcoming itself, reassuring itself, telling itself: I am here.

Alexandre Anatman invites us to feel this love radiated by the body. For the body, when it is loved, when it is listened to, becomes a channel 🙏 of divine love. It is no longer an obstacle, no longer a burden. It is the very place where love takes flesh, where love becomes sensation, warmth, presence.

Hand in hand is that inner alliance again. The being keeping itself company. The being who, at last, stops running from itself 💖 and agrees to hold itself, literally, by the hand.

Welcoming and surrendering

“All there is to do is welcome, surrender, feel.”

Three verbs, three gestures of the soul. Welcoming: opening the door, saying yes to what knocks. Surrendering: ceasing to hold back, ceasing to resist, letting yourself fall into what is vaster than you. Feeling: being present to the sensation, the emotion, the vibration, without judging it, without naming it. ✨

All there is, says Alexandre Anatman. Just that. Nothing more. No complicated method, no sophisticated visualization, no mantra to repeat. Just three movements of the heart, three openings 🌱 which together make up the whole of true spiritual practice.

And that is where the beauty lies: absolute simplicity. What a thousand books fail to say, three verbs say. Welcome, surrender, feel. The whole path 🕊️ fits within this sacred triangle.

The secret space of the heart

“A secret space in the heart, a space of welcome.”

Deep within the chest there is a place no one fully knows, not even the one who lives there. A secret space 💫, an inner sanctuary. That is where what matters most unfolds. That is where wounds can come to rest, where pain can come to dissolve, where loves can come to be revealed.

This space is secret not because it is hidden from others, but because it is infinite, and the infinite always escapes the eye. You do not enter it by searching, but by letting yourself fall. You enter through the in-breath, you enter through surrender. 🌿

Alexandre Anatman invites us to enter it, to stay there, to make it our home. For it is from this place, and this place alone, that true welcome can spring forth — the welcome that transforms, the welcome that heals. 🤍

The in-breath creates space

“Every in-breath creates space.”

There is a magic in the breath that we forget all too often. Each in-breath is not just an intake of air, it is a creation of space. The physical space of the chest expanding, of course, but also a subtler space ✨, an inner space, a space of being.

When you breathe in consciously, something opens. Not only the lungs, but also the heart, the mind, the soul. Room is made. Room to welcome what comes. Room to hold what is. Room to embrace the moment.

And in this continuous creation of space, the being rediscovers its true dimension 🌱: it is not narrow, it is not contracted, it is vast, spacious, welcoming like the sky. Every in-breath reminds you of it.

The out-breath surrenders to creation

“Every out-breath surrenders to creation.”

And after the in-breath that creates space comes the out-breath that surrenders to creation. A mysterious sentence, a splendid sentence. Surrendering to creation means recognizing that we are not the authors but the instruments 💫, that what is created through us infinitely surpasses us.

Breathing out is giving back. It is offering. It is letting go of what was received, letting it blossom in the world, letting it become what it must become without trying to hold on to it. 🌿 The out-breath is an act of absolute trust in the intelligence that orchestrates all things.

Between in-breath and out-breath, the whole dance of incarnation plays out: receiving and giving, welcoming and offering, filling and emptying. Alexandre Anatman reminds us that these two movements are not opposed but complementary, the two faces 🕊️ of one and the same cosmic breath.

Surrendering to beauty

“I surrender to beauty.”

There is an overwhelming gentleness in this sentence. Surrendering to beauty means giving up ugliness, giving up mistrust, giving up the idea that the world is hostile first and foremost. ✨ It means recognizing that beneath all appearances, beneath all difficulties, a primordial beauty reigns.

Surrendering — that verb again. Surrendering to beauty means letting yourself be carried by it, passed through by it, transformed by it. Beauty is not a spectacle to be contemplated from afar; it is a vibration in which you consent to dissolve 💖.

Alexandre Anatman invites us into this surrender, the gentlest of all. Not to force, not to violence, but to beauty. The beauty that is here, now, in the breath, in the body, in the moment. 🌱

Living inner beauty

“I live beauty within me.”

Having surrendered to it, it becomes possible to live it. To live it within. No longer as an outer quality to be contemplated, but as an inner reality that dwells, pulses, radiates. 🌿

Beauty is no longer outside, it is inside. It is no longer to be conquered, it is to be revealed. Alexandre Anatman reminds us that this inner beauty is our true nature, that it is only waiting to be recognized, honored, allowed to live. ✨

Living beauty within yourself means becoming what you were looking for everywhere. It means ending the quest and inhabiting the find. It means recognizing that you yourself are the temple and the deity, the path and the destination 💫.

Welcoming absolutely everything

“Absolutely everything is welcomed.”

Two words, but what words. Absolutely everything. Not a part, not a fragment, not a selection. Everything. The sweet emotions and the bitter ones. The luminous thoughts and the dark ones. The tender memories and the painful ones. 🤍

Alexandre Anatman insists on this totality, because partial welcome is not welcome. As soon as there is selection, there is judgment. As soon as there is judgment, there is refusal. And as soon as there is refusal, the secret space of the heart closes, and welcome stops being healing. 🌱

Welcoming absolutely everything is the most radical gesture there is. It means giving up wanting to choose what you are. It means consenting to the whole of yourself, of the other, of the world. And in this total consent 💖, something finally calms down, something is repaired, something is set free.

The need to be welcomed

“I needed to be welcomed just as I am.”

Here the meditation cuts to the bone. It touches that fundamental need, so often unmet, which has shaped so much pain. Being welcomed just as I am. Not as others would like me to be. Not as I should be. Just as I am. ✨

How many times has this welcome been missing? How many times have we had to transform ourselves, twist ourselves, deny ourselves to fit an expectation? Alexandre Anatman puts words to this universal wound 🕊️, and by naming it, he begins to heal it.

I needed, says the sentence. In the past tense. Because this need can now be met. Not by someone else, but by yourself. The absolute welcome you offer yourself closes the wound no one else knew how to close. 🌿

The need to be loved

“I needed to be loved just as I am, with all my aspects, flaws or qualities.”

And after welcome, love. For one does not come without the other. Being loved just as I am, with all my aspects. Not only with my qualities, because a love that loves only qualities is not love, it is conditional admiration. 💫

Alexandre Anatman lists them: flaws and qualities. Everything, once again. That whole complex, contradictory, luminous and shadowy edifice that makes up a human being. All of it needs to be loved, not just the presentable parts. 🤍

This need was so great, so persistent, so often frustrated. Recognizing it, saying it, letting it rise into awareness is already the beginning of answering it. For the love we were waiting for from outside can finally be born from within, unconditionally, without reservation, for every facet of our being 💖.

The need for a space to exist

“I needed a space to exist.”

A heartbreaking sentence, a sentence so many people carry without ever daring to say it. A space to exist. Not a space to perform, not a space to please, not a space to fit in. A space simply to be. 🌱

How many have lived without this space? How many have had to make themselves small, discreet, invisible so as not to disturb? How many have carried the shame of existing at all? Alexandre Anatman names this immense wound ✨, and by naming it, he already offers that space.

The space to exist is the secret space of the heart, the space of absolute welcome, the space created by every in-breath. It is now available. There is no longer any need to beg anyone for it. It is here, within you 🙏, infinite, unconditional.

I needed you so much

“I needed you so much. A space of absolute welcome.”

There is an overwhelming recognition 💗 in this sentence: that of a part of you which, for so long, was simply looking to be received. Not corrected, not improved, not understood. Just welcomed.

And here you discover that this you you are speaking to is yourself. You are both the one who asks and the one who offers 🕊️. The welcome you were waiting for from the world, you are finally offering to yourself.

This is no small reconciliation. It is an exile’s return to the home of the heart, a space where all your facets, flaws and qualities intertwined, can finally exist without conditions.

Welcoming the whole of the other

“I welcome into my heart everything you are, everything you long to be.”

And now the welcome turns around, unfolds, gives itself. Having welcomed yourself, you can finally welcome the other. Everything you are, and even more, everything you long to be. 🌿 Welcoming even the potentials, even the desires, even the dreams not yet realized.

It is a welcome that does not freeze, does not define, does not limit. A welcome that leaves the other free to become, free to transform, free to reveal themselves. Alexandre Anatman teaches us that true love does not hold back 💫, does not possess, but opens, offers, frees.

In the heart there is room for the whole of the other, in their past, present and future states. And this room itself becomes a gift 💖, the most beautiful one can offer a being: the freedom to exist fully, in all their dimensions.

Perceiving all the beauty

“Just as you are, I perceive your beauty, all your beauty.”

There is, in the gaze we turn on another — when that gaze is true — a revealing power. Alexandre Anatman teaches us that gaze. The one that perceives beauty, all the beauty 🕊️, not only the luminous parts but also the shadowy ones, for everything, in truth, partakes of one and the same sacred beauty.

Just as you are. Not as I would like you to be. Not as society expects. Just as you are, now, in this precise moment, with all your contradictions, your wounds, your hopes. ✨ That is total beauty.

And this gaze, when it rests on a being, transforms them. Not because it forces them to change, but because it reveals to them what they already are. Beauty perceived calls forth beauty manifested. The loving gaze awakens what it contemplates 🌱.

Releasing in love

“It releases in love.”

A short sentence, a decisive sentence. Welcome, perceived beauty, love given — all this has an effect: it releases. Releases what? It releases the inner prisoners, the locked-away parts, the frozen emotions, the blocked memories. 💫

And this release does not happen through struggle, does not happen through effort, does not happen by tearing away. It happens in love. Love is the universal solvent, the miraculous dissolver 🤍 that unlocks everything fear had locked.

Alexandre Anatman reminds us of this essential law: nothing is released by force, everything is released by love. When love is present, chains fall away on their own, walls collapse without a sound, prisons open 🌿 without anyone needing to force the doors.

Welcoming suffering and pain

“I welcome everything you hate, all your suffering, all your pain, all the difficulties, and it creates spaces of healing, of reconciliation.”

Welcome does not stop at beautiful things. It descends into our inner hells. Everything you hate, says Alexandre Anatman. Even hatred is welcomed. Even what is loathed in oneself, or in the other, is embraced. ✨

Suffering, pain, difficulties: nothing is left outside. And in this radical welcome, something extraordinary happens. Spaces of healing are created 💖. Welcome does not merely contain; it transforms. It is alchemical.

Then reconciliation is born. Reconciliation with oneself, reconciliation with the other, reconciliation with life. What was at war lays down its arms. What was separated comes back together. What was broken is mended 🙏, not by magic, but by the quiet and infinite power of welcome.

Not a personal matter, an absolute one

“Without making it a personal matter, but an absolute matter.”

An essential nuance, a liberating nuance. Welcome must not become a personal matter. If the ego takes hold of it, if the little self tells itself “I am the one welcoming, I am the one healing,” everything is lost. Welcome closes in on itself. 🌱

It must be made an absolute matter. That is: letting the Absolute welcome through you. Simply becoming the channel, the instrument, the passage. Welcome does not come from me, it passes through me. 🕊️ It belongs to that vaster dimension which orchestrates all things.

Alexandre Anatman teaches us this essential depersonalization. Not to deny the individual, but to reconnect them with their true source. Absolute welcome heals absolutely. Personal welcome only moves problems around 💫.

Welcoming yourself is reassuring

“Welcoming yourself on your own, through the absolute welcome of everything that is, is reassuring.”

There is a palpable relief in this sentence. Being able to welcome yourself on your own. No longer depending on the gaze of others, no longer waiting for outside validation, no longer begging for recognition. ✨

And yet this solitary welcome is not loneliness. For it happens through the absolute welcome of everything that is. So, by welcoming everything, you are in relationship with everything. You are no longer isolated, you are connected 🌿. You are alone, and yet never alone.

It is reassuring, says Alexandre Anatman. Reassuring because you stop being afraid of lack. Reassuring because you stop being afraid of rejection. Reassuring because you discover that you carry within you the very source of safety, of love, of welcome 💖.

Love without conditions

“There are no conditions in love.”

A sentence that cuts like a blade of light. No conditions. None. Not one. True love never says “if you do this, then I love you.” It never says “I love you on condition that you change.” 🤍

Love — real love, absolute love — is unconditional by nature. As soon as there is a condition, it is no longer love; it is a market, a barter, a transaction. Alexandre Anatman reminds us of this obvious truth, so often forgotten, so often betrayed 🕊️.

And this sentence works both ways: the love we receive has no conditions, and the love we give has no conditions. In this double, unconditional movement, love can finally circulate freely, unhindered, without negotiation, without reservation 💫.

No need to be judged

“I don’t need to be judged or criticized.”

A clear statement, a clean statement. No, I don’t need that. Judgment and criticism do not help me. They do not make me grow; they shrink me. They do not open me; they close me. ✨

How many people have confused love with judgment? How many have believed that criticizing was helping? Alexandre Anatman dismantles this toxic confusion. Love has never needed to judge in order to love 🌱. It is even the opposite: it loves because it does not judge.

Recognizing that you have no need for these things means giving yourself the right to refuse them, to stop waiting for them, to stop enduring them. It also means, in the mirror, giving yourself the right to stop inflicting them on others 💖.

Being welcomed completely

“I need to be welcomed completely, just as it is, just as I am.”

Having said what we do not need, here is what we do need. To be welcomed completely. Not halfway. Not under conditions. Completely. 🌿 And twice “just as”: just as it is, just as I am. As if to mark that what is, and the one who is, form one and the same reality to be welcomed.

This need is legitimate; this need is sacred. Alexandre Anatman allows us to feel it, to name it, to claim it. Not by moaning, but by simply recognizing: yes, I have this need, and this need is right 🕊️.

And in the very recognition of this need, something opens. For what is recognized can be fulfilled. The being who stands ready to welcome the other completely is also, by that very fact, ready to welcome themselves completely ✨.

Sorry for all that was lived

“I am sorry for everything that happened, everything that was lived.”

A ho’oponopono phrase, a phrase of deep forgiveness. I am sorry. Not a crushing guilt, but an embracing compassion. Sorry for everything, for all the difficulties, for all the pain 🤍, for all the wounds that were lived through.

Alexandre Anatman offers these words like a balm. They do not look for someone responsible, they do not point to anyone guilty. They simply recognize: there, it happened, it hurt, and I am sorry that it happened 💫.

Saying “I am sorry” to yourself, to your wounded parts, to your painful memories, is an act of great therapeutic power. It means recognizing the pain without trying to justify it. It means honoring what was gone through without trying to minimize it 🌱.

Offering yourself out of love

“I can offer myself to you, because I love you.”

True love naturally leads to offering. Not a forced offering, not an offering that wears itself out, but an offering that springs forth because love is there. 🌿 The reason is clear: because I love you. Not “to obtain,” not “to deserve,” not “to be loved in return.” No. Simply: because I love you.

And this offering is not sacrifice. It is fulfillment. Offering yourself to what you love is finding yourself, revealing yourself, unfolding yourself. Alexandre Anatman reminds us that giving and receiving, when love is pure, are one and the same ✨.

I can. That is: I have the capacity, I have the freedom, I have the joy. It is not an obligation; it is a magnificent possibility 💖, which opens naturally as soon as love truly dwells in the heart.

Surrendering out of love

“I can surrender to you, because I love you.”

After offering, surrender. That sacred verb again. To surrender. Not to just anything, not to just anyone, but to you, to this recognized other, to this beloved presence. And always the same reason: because I love you. 🙏

Surrendering out of love is the highest gesture. It means recognizing that the other is not a threat but a safe presence. It means agreeing to no longer be the sole master of yourself, to let go of control, to let yourself be carried 🕊️. And this letting go is only possible if trust is total, and trust is born only of love.

Alexandre Anatman links surrender and love as two sides of the same coin. You cannot surrender where you do not love. And where you truly love, surrender becomes natural, obvious, delicious 💫.

Transmuting suffering

“I want to transmute in my heart all the pain and suffering that has been lived.”

Here is the alchemical work par excellence. Transmuting. Not repressing, not denying, not fleeing. Transmuting. Turning heavy matter into luminous matter. Turning the lead of suffering into the gold of understanding 🌱.

And this transmutation happens in the heart. The heart is the alchemical crucible, the place where the operation takes place. You lay down the pain there, you lay down the suffering there, and under the fire of love, they are transformed 💖.

Alexandre Anatman invites us into this inner work. Not to forget what has been lived, but to transmute it. For what is transmuted stops weighing on us. What is transmuted becomes wisdom, compassion, light ✨. This is the Great Work, and it unfolds in silence, in the secret of the heart.

Welcoming past and future

“I can welcome everything you are, have been and will be.”

Welcome extends across all three tenses. The present: what you are. The past: what you have been. The future: what you will be. 🌿 Nothing is left aside. A being’s entire timeline is embraced in a single gesture of welcome.

It is a dizzying healing. Welcoming the past is forgiving what was. Welcoming the present is consenting to what is. Welcoming the future is trusting what is coming 🤍. Together, the three free the being from the grip of time.

Alexandre Anatman offers us this all-encompassing vision. True welcome is not limited to the moment; it embraces the whole timeline. It says yes to everything that has been, is, and will be. And in this threefold yes 🕊️, the being finally finds its unity, its continuity, its peace.

Love will go where the need is greatest

“Everything is welcomed. And it will go and settle in the very place where the need for welcome is greatest. It will give everything.”

You let the intelligence of love flow freely 🌊, without directing it. It knows where it needs to land. It finds the most forgotten areas, the most painful ones, the ones the mind never wanted to look at.

And what happens there is of an absolute generosity. Love does not measure, does not calculate, does not hold back. It gives everything, in the exact place where the lack had been calling out for years.

Perhaps that is true healing 🪷: not forcing, not understanding, but letting welcome settle precisely where the need lies, in silence.

Welcome heals

“Welcome heals.”

Two words. An absolute statement. Welcome heals. Not “can heal,” not “sometimes heals.” Heals, period. It is a law, a principle, a spiritual certainty. ✨

Why does welcome heal? Because it creates the space where healing becomes possible. Because it stops adding rejection to the hurt. Because it gives each thing, each emotion, each memory the right to be there, to exist, and therefore, eventually, to pass 💫.

What is welcomed does not stay frozen. What is refused, on the other hand, crystallizes. Alexandre Anatman reminds us of this simple and powerful truth: the key to all healing is welcome. Not struggle, not technique, not effort. Welcome 🌱.

Love heals

“Love heals.”

A second absolute statement. Love heals. Welcome’s twin. For in truth, welcome is only the face of love. And love is only the essence of welcome. 💖

Love heals because it is the primordial vibration, the one that created all things, the one that sustains all things, the one that restores all things. When love arrives, disorder reorders itself, fragmentation becomes whole again, the wound closes 🙏.

Alexandre Anatman states this truth as something obvious. It is. Every tradition, every wisdom, every deep human experience confirms it. Love heals. There is nothing else to add, nothing else to prove 🕊️. All you have to do is let this truth do its work.

If it jolts, it jolts

“I breathe in, and I surrender. And if it jolts, it jolts. If it cries, it cries. If it moves, it moves.”

Here is total permission 🌬️. You no longer control the process of awakening; you no longer dictate the form it should take. You let the body speak its own language.

The jolts, the tears, the involuntary movements become sacred languages of transformation. Each manifestation is a release that happens on its own, without you having to orchestrate it 🕯️.

This is surrender in its purest form: welcoming even the way welcome happens. Nothing to hold back, nothing to censor. Just being the tender witness of what is coming undone.

Welcoming the process of awakening

“I welcome the process of awakening and transformation.”

Awakening is not an event; it is a process. And like any process, it has its stages, its movements, sometimes its storms. Alexandre Anatman invites us to welcome it in its entirety, without trying to rush it or slow it down. 🤍

“If it jolts, it jolts. If it cries, it cries. If it moves, it moves” — every manifestation of transformation is welcome. The tears, the trembling, the involuntary movements, everything that rises, everything that comes out, everything that is released 🌱.

Welcoming the process means trusting it. It means recognizing that an intelligence greater than mine is orchestrating this transformation, and that my task is not to direct it but to let it happen. Awakening happens through me, not by me ✨.

Breathing in and transmuting

“I breathe in and welcome into my heart, I transmute and I breathe out.”

Here is conscious breathing brought to its highest refinement. Every in-breath becomes an act of welcome. Every out-breath becomes an act of transmutation. 🕊️ The breath is no longer mechanical; it is alchemical.

On the in-breath, we receive: we receive what is, we receive the other, we receive the pain of the world. In the heart, it is transformed: the fire of love does its work. On the out-breath, we offer: we offer what has been transmuted, now luminous, now at peace 💖.

Alexandre Anatman gives us here a complete practice, sufficient on its own for a whole lifetime. To breathe this way is to practice constantly, to heal constantly, to serve constantly 🌿. Every breath becomes an offering, every breath becomes a blessing.

Breath retention and letting go

“After the out-breath, it may stay suspended — keep letting go.”

After the out-breath, there is a suspended space. A moment when the breath stops naturally, when nothing is urgent, when you can remain in retention without effort. 💫 And it is there, in that emptiness, that the invitation is deepest: keep letting go.

Letting go even of what you thought you had already let go of. Letting go of the last resistances, the subtlest, the most hidden. Letting go of practicing, letting go of being present, letting go even of letting go itself ✨.

Alexandre Anatman invites us into this post-exhalation silence. That is where the being dissolves into the formless. That is where the ego loses its outlines. That is where we touch that nothing which is, paradoxically, everything 🙏.

Returning to the physical body

“Finding again the outlines of our territory, our physical body.”

After the journey into the infinite, the return. Alexandre Anatman tenderly guides us back toward our body, our limits, our human form. Not as a prison, but as a territory, an inhabited place, a beloved domain. 🌱

Finding the outlines again. Feeling once more where the body begins and where it ends. Taking possession again of this sacred envelope that allows us to be incarnate, to touch the world and to be touched by it 🤍.

This return is gentle. Nothing should be rushed. Alexandre Anatman invites us to take our time, to unlink the hands and feet, to stretch, to wiggle the fingers. Every gesture of return is a gesture of gratitude toward the body that accompanies us 🕊️.

Thanking our creations

“Let us thank all our creations.”

Before leaving the meditation, one last gesture: gratitude. Not only for the good things, but for all our creations. ✨ Those we liked and those we disliked. Those that worked out for us and those that made us suffer.

For everything we have created, we created in order to learn, to grow, to reveal ourselves to ourselves. Even the mistakes were teachers. Even the pain was a doorway 💫. Alexandre Anatman invites us to embrace the whole of our human work, without sorting, without judgment.

To thank is to recognize value. To thank is to honor. To thank is also to let go, for what is thanked can be released. In this final gratitude 💖, the being finds its peace, its completeness, its unity regained.

Final unconditional welcome

“I love you without any condition, I love you and I welcome you just as you are.”

And here is the last word. The word that sums everything up. The word that seals the meditation. I love you without any condition. Alexandre Anatman repeats it, hammers it home, breathes it like a seal of love onto every being present. 🙏

Without any condition. Not a single one. Not a small one. Not a hidden one. None. Love — pure, naked, whole, infinite. And the welcome that goes with it: I welcome you just as you are. 🌿 The two together, inseparable, indissociable.

These words are meant for the other, but they are also meant for oneself. I love you, I say to myself. I welcome myself, just as I am. And in these words spoken deep within 💖, something very old, very wounded, finally finds what it had always been looking for.

“I love you, I love you, I love you. I love everything you are, just as you are.”

Alexandre Anatman leaves us on this note. Not a conclusion, but an opening. Not an end, but a beginning. For unconditional love never ends ✨. It continues, it shines, it radiates far beyond the meditation. It becomes the ground of being, the ground of the world, the ground of every encounter 🕊️. And that is the Anatman Odyssey: not a destination, but a love that learns to speak itself, to give itself, to welcome itself, tirelessly, without any condition 🤍.

The power of sacred habit

Every week, the Odyssey returns. Every week, the appointment is woven. And you can feel it, can’t you 💫? Coming once, out of curiosity, is not the same as coming back, again and again.

Alexandre gently reminds us: yoga normally happens in the morning. Tuesday to Saturday, at eight o’clock. But on Sunday at half past four, there is this offering for those who couldn’t make it during the week. A sacred safety net.

Because frequency changes everything. A program is something that happens to you. A sacred habit is something you choose, again and again, until that choice becomes your very nature 🌱.

“I am already the yoga, even before it begins.”

This sentence, let slip while raising the arms, says it all. A sacred habit is not one more task in the diary. It is a state that comes before you, that waits for you, that welcomes you the moment you set foot on the mat.

And that is why repetition does not wear things out — it deepens them. Every Sunday, the same guided meditation becomes a new layer of consciousness, a new sediment of love laid down on the inner philosopher’s stone.

That is the secret: what you repeat with presence ends up transforming you without your having to force anything 🌿. The body learns. The heart opens. And one day you realize you are no longer the same person who sat down that first time.

Realizations from the Yoga

Before the meditation, there was an hour and a half of yoga. And in that yoga, Alexandre sowed realizations that prepared, cell by cell, the great final welcome.

First surprise: “I am already the yoga, even before it begins.” From the very first stretches — hands rising, fingers opening — bliss seeps in. The lower back stretches, and already something is celebrating 🌿.

Then comes the queen posture: standing on tiptoe, calves engaged, thighs engaged, buttocks, abs, hands toward the sky. An impossible balance that becomes obvious. “The more rigid I am, the easier it is. The higher I raise my hands, the easier it is.” The paradox of yoga: the right tension creates deep relaxation.

And at the heart of this suspension, this overwhelming sentence: “I disappear, and it is the yoga that appears.” The practitioner fades away. The yoga practices the yoga. You are nothing more than the amazed witness 💫.

“I switch off the mind. Yes, there’s no need for it.”

Next comes the work on the neck, the Statue of Liberty, the side stretch with the hand massaging the neck. Then the chin circles, which stretch the whole spine. Then the sounded Aham, the territorial mantra of the third chakra, which anchors presence in the throat 🕊️.

And this revelation slipped into the flow: “To life, I love you. I surrender to you. To my soul, to being, to the universe, I love you.” Yoga becomes a declaration of love. Every posture, a vow.

Then on the floor, legs raised with the strap, deep stretching work on the hamstrings. And there, one of the peaks of the session bursts out: “No need for a job to be happy. I’ve always been happiness, actually. It’s not me looking for happiness — it’s happiness looking for me.”

Do you hear the reversal 🌟? All your life you have been chasing happiness. And happiness, all the while, was chasing you. It was just waiting for you to stop so it could catch up with you.

Finally, the meticulous work on the toes — the detail no practice takes seriously. The five toes, one by one, stretched, massaged. For balance. For rootedness. For the Kundalini. For the conscious walk that follows.

And then the walk. Eyes closed at first, then open. The body walks all by itself. “I realize it manages very well without me.” The third revelation of the yoga: you weren’t even necessary. The body has always known. And in this discovery there is infinite freedom 🦋.

From this meditation the Theory of the Creation of Reality was born

At the heart of the meditation, this obvious truth landed: “It’s not me looking for happiness — it’s happiness looking for me.” A complete reversal of the movement.

What you call your reality is not something you endure — it is something created with every in-breath, with every act of welcome. Every time you say “I welcome,” you are not passively receiving: you are creating the very space that will hold what is coming 💫.

The Theory of the Creation of Reality begins precisely there: in the understanding that love is not an emotion to be sought, but a fundamental structure of reality that has always been looking for you, and that your only work is to stop resisting.

It’s not me looking for happiness — it’s happiness looking for me.

I disappear, and it is the yoga that appears.

I needed to be welcomed just as I am. I needed a space to exist.

How to choose your difficulty level in the game of life — S11E14

This article is a synthesis of the Anatman Odyssey of September 27, 2026. Every Sunday at four-thirty in the afternoon, we set off for the stars, we do yoga, we chant, and we share a guided meditation. And so, all together for eight years now, we have been creating the TCR, the Theory of the Creation of Reality.

There are Sundays when the veil tears without warning. When a phrase dropped in passing becomes a key. When one goddess recognizes herself in the mirror of another goddess, and an inner child bursts out laughing right in the middle of infinity.

On this September 27, a handful of us lay there, blindfolded, feet and hands connected to an invisible spaceship. And something tipped over. Something that felt like the obviousness of having always been here.

What if life were a video game whose level you could finally change?

Imagine. You are in the middle of a game you have been playing for decades, and no one ever told you there was a menu. A small, discreet menu, up in the top right corner, where you can choose the difficulty level. Easy. Normal. Hard. Emperor.

Throughout this Odyssey, Alexandre Anatman drew that menu out of the shadows. He set it down in front of us, calmly, the way you set down a steaming cup of tea. And he invited us to understand that to choose where that slider sits is to reclaim the sacred sovereignty of our own experience.

But before reaching the menu, we had to pass through another place. A place where disappearance itself disappears. Where love no longer needs any explanation. Where a goddess named Alexandra revealed herself under the name of Alexandre, in a burst of cosmic laughter that brought everyone to tears.

Come with us. The door is ajar. There is nothing to understand with the head, that fifth wheel of the carriage. There is only to welcome.

Realizations during the guided meditation of the Anatman Odyssey

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt from the beginning of the guided meditation (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

Lying down, eyes closed, a blindfold over them. Feet connected. Hands connected. And now a spaceship begins to build itself, cell by cell, breath by breath. In a few moments, we will disappear together. But first, we must welcome the breath.

What happened during this September 27 meditation goes beyond anything words can convey. And yet, the words are here. So let us entrust them with the impossible task of carrying what was channeled.

The breath of life, welcomed

“I welcome the breath of life, I welcome.” A few words. One verb, repeated. And the whole door swings open. The breath is no longer something we take: it is something we receive. Inhaling stops being a deliberate act and becomes a gift.

On the exhale, everything lets go. The air comes in by itself. The air goes out by itself. There is no longer a “me” doing the breathing. There is only life, breathing through a body that has finally surrendered.

Connecting to infinite surrender

“I link myself, I connect to this infinite, eternal surrender, something that lets go, lets go, disappears.” A surrender with neither beginning nor end. A surrender that existed before you, and will exist after you. All you do is link yourself to it.

It is like diving into an ocean that has always been waiting for you. Every cell lets go. Every muscle lets go. Every thought lets go. And all that remains is this vast, silent, loving presence.

The disappearance of disappearance

“It disappears so much that even the disappearance disappears.” Vertigo. How do you name what is no longer there to be named? It is no longer you who disappears — it is disappearance itself that vanishes into its own movement.

There is no one left to notice that there is no one left. This is the point where the Non-Self stops being an idea and becomes a silent obviousness, gentle and fresh as a mountain stream.

Understanding from the heart

“It understands from the heart.” And right there, Alexandre slips in a sentence that reshuffles the whole deck: “From laughter, not from the head. The fifth wheel of the carriage, the head.“

True understanding does not come from analysis. It comes from a quiver in the chest. From laughter rising. From a tear that falls for no reason. The heart knows before the mind arrives, out of breath, trying to explain.

Love without explanation

“It loves without any explanation.” No “because.” No “if.” No “when.” Just loving. Like breathing. Like a heartbeat. Like being.

And perhaps this is the deepest liberation of all: realizing that love never needed to be justified. It is, that’s all. It flows through. It radiates. It expects nothing in return because it never asked for anything.

A definition of love

“An infinite welcome of all that you are, have been, and will be.” This may be the most moving definition of love ever heard on the Anatman Odyssey. A welcome that does not sort. That does not rank. That does not judge.

All that you are. All that you have been — including the versions you are ashamed of. All that you will be — including the ones you have not met yet. Infinite. Without reservation. Without condition.

Welcoming even the most dramatic experiences

“It is a laughter that can welcome you whatever all your experiences may be, even the most dramatic, tragic, horrible ones — it is welcomed.” There is nothing, absolutely nothing, that this love cannot embrace. Traumas. Grief. Shame. Mistakes. Abandonment. Everything.

It is the laughter of a child at play. An innocent laughter that knows neither fear nor judgment. A laughter that, by welcoming you just as you are, returns you to your own innocence 🕊️.

I love you just as you are

“I can welcome you just as you are, with all your history, all your suffering.” Every word carries weight. All your history. All your suffering. Not a selected part. Not a presentable version. You, whole.

This “I love you just as you are” is not a concession. It is a celebration. A recognition that your story, in its entirety, is divine 💖.

There was never anyone

“Yes, there is no one anymore because in fact there was never anyone.” And it was at that precise moment that Anaïs had an awakening experience, live. “Oh, Anaïs just had an awakening experience in real time. And at the same time, it’s what this has always wanted, really.“

There is no someone who disappears. There has never been someone. Awakening is not arriving somewhere new. It is the realization that there was never any journey at all.

The paradox of unity and duality

“It is the paradox of unity creating duality in order to see itself.” Why does it take two to love? Because the One, alone, cannot see itself. It needs a mirror. And the mirror is the other.

“If there aren’t two, there is no love.” This sentence is a key. Love, in order to exist, needs an apparent duality. This is the sacred paradox of Creation: Unity fragments itself so that it can behold itself.

Without you, I do not exist

“Without you, I do not exist.” The words ring out like a confession. How could I exist without you? Without duality? There would only be the One. And the One without the two is of no use at all.

You are necessary. Infinitely necessary. Not because you are useful — but because, without you, Love could not see itself ✨.

The divine perfection of expression

“Everything you express is divine.” Absolutely everything. Todo. Even the wounds. Even the traumas. Even the horrors. Even the hardships. Everything is welcomed, everything is sacred.

This sentence shatters years of silent guilt. Your cries, your rages, your falls, your rebirths — all of it is the divine expression of who you are.

Allowing myself to honor my path

“I allow myself to honor my path, my story, everything that was hidden behind what seem to be traumas or hardships.” Wounds are not mistakes. They are the crevices that create the relief.

Without crevices, no relief. Without hardship, no depth. Your story, with all its shadowy places, is the magnificent landscape of your soul.

Welcoming my relief

“I welcome my relief, everything that seemed to be traumas, wounds.” What seemed to damage you has in truth sculpted you. Like a Japanese bowl mended with gold.

Your scars are your most beautiful signatures. They tell where you have been, what you have come through, and how you survived 🌿.

Mending with gold and with love

“Gratitude for mending with gold and with love everything that wounded me, even butchered me, everything that is reassuring.” It is the art of kintsugi applied to the soul. Every crack becomes a line of gold.

Not in spite of the wounds. Thanks to the wounds. They are the very fabric of your beauty 💫.

Welcoming all suffering

“I welcome all my suffering now, I welcome.” Now. Not tomorrow. Not when it gets easier. Now. In this very instant, as you read these lines.

Welcoming does not mean validating the pain. It means no longer fighting it. And this no-longer-fighting, paradoxically, is where healing begins 🤍.

Every person is a master

“Every person I meet is an offering, is a master, a mistress.” Every person. Not only the ones you love. Every person — with their whole story, their hardships, their horrors, their suffering.

The man who hurt you was a master. The woman who abandoned you was a mistress. Every encounter is a sacred offering that teaches you who you are.

I am the space that welcomes everything

“I am what creates the space.” You are not the content. You are the container. You are not the thoughts: you are the consciousness in which thoughts appear.

And this space is so vast that it can welcome everything. All that you are. All that the other is. All that has been. All that will be 🕊️.

Embodying the sacred space

“An absolute, universal, unconditional, sacred love.” Four adjectives that close every exit. Absolute: nothing escapes it. Universal: it excludes no one. Unconditional: it demands nothing. Sacred: it is of the very nature of the divine.

And this love, Alexandre reminds us, is something we embody. It is not a distant ideal. It is the very fabric of our deepest being.

The size of love is proportional

“The size of love is proportional to the other’s capacity to welcome.” And if you are the Absolute, then that capacity to welcome is limitless. It grows as the expression unfolds.

The more you welcome, the more your capacity to welcome expands. Love is the only treasure that grows by being given away.

Being a mirror for the other

“Being a mirror to offer the other their reflection.” What a gift. The most beautiful gift. To become the mirror in which the other can finally recognize themselves.

Not by teaching them. Not by correcting them. Simply by welcoming them so completely that they can, for the first time, see themselves whole.

Initiation into the perfect measure

“Gratitude for receiving the initiation of the perfect measure.” The perfect measure. A new mantra. A new seal. In expression, in closeness, in touch, in welcome.

To measure is not to hold back. It is to honor the right amount, the right intensity, the right vibration for each moment 💞.

Measuring so as not to burn

“Beings of love know how to measure so as not to burn.” A staggering sentence. A love too great can consume. The highest beings of love know how to temper their radiance.

Not out of restraint, but out of compassion. So that the other can receive without being destroyed by the intensity of the gift.

Weighing every expression

“Gratitude for measuring, for weighing every expression, every word, the energy in the word, vibration, expression.” Every word has weight. Every word carries a vibration.

Awakened beings no longer speak just to speak. They weigh every syllable the way a goldsmith weighs every gram of gold.

The intelligence of difficulty

“Gratitude for receiving the initiation, intelligence of difficulty, gratitude.” Difficulty is not a mistake life makes. It is life’s finest intelligence.

Every difficulty is a coded teaching. Every obstacle, a diploma in the making. The intelligence of difficulty teaches us to read what ease keeps hidden 🌱.

The greater the difficulty, the greater the gift

“And the greater the difficulty, the greater the gift.” An iron law of the spiritual life. The greatest gifts come wrapped in the heaviest paper.

If you are going through something enormous right now, get ready. The gift on its way will be equal to the trial 💫.

Initiation into faith

“Gratitude for receiving the initiation of faith.” Faith. Not blind belief. But absolute trust in the intelligence of life, even when everything seems to be falling apart.

Trusting that whatever happens, even the unbearable, carries within it a seed of light 🙏.

Releasing fears

“I release into love everything that frightens.” Not fighting. Not fleeing. Releasing. Into love. With love. Through love.

Fear dissolved in love stops being a threat. It becomes useful information.

Transmuting fears into signals

“Gratitude for transmuting fears into signals, gratitude.” Fears are not enemies. They are signals. Messengers.

Every fear is saying something. Once transmuted, fears become precious allies of discernment.

Jumping into the Deep End

“I release into love everything that keeps me from jumping into the Deep End.” The Deep End. This mantra belongs to Alexandre in particular, but anyone can make it their own.

Jump. Stop hesitating. Trust what has been calling you for so many years, and dive in.

I know how to swim

“I release into love everything that would make me believe I can’t swim.” You know how to swim. You have always known. You were simply convinced otherwise.

Releasing the voices that say “you can’t” means rediscovering that the water has always held you up.

Placing myself where life needs it

“Gratitude for placing myself where life needs it most.” Not where you want. Where life needs it.

And that is often exactly where you already are — provided you fully embody it.

Trained for what is coming

“Gratitude for realizing that I have been trained for what is coming.” Every past trial was training. Every difficulty, a preparation.

Whatever is coming, however big it may be, you are already ready. Your body knows it. Your soul knows it.

Testing the TCR

“Gratitude for testing the TCR.” The Theory of the Creation of Reality is not a doctrine to memorize. It is a protocol to experiment with.

Test. Measure. Adjust. The TCR lives in your daily practice, not in books.

Initiation into disguise and camouflage

“Gratitude for receiving the initiation, disguise and camouflage.” Knowing how to hide. Knowing how to blend in. Knowing how not to be seen when it is not the time to be seen.

This is not abandoning authenticity. It is an operational wisdom of the heart.

The chameleon initiation

“Gratitude for receiving the chameleon initiation.” Adapting. Changing color with the surroundings. Staying yourself while taking on the shapes of the moment.

The chameleon is no hypocrite: it is a virtuoso of loving survival.

The polymorph initiation

“Gratitude for receiving the initiation, polymorph.” Being able to take on every form. Level ten thousand. The capacity of the liberated soul to embrace every expression without becoming its prisoner.

Goddess. Warrior. Child. Elder. All of these, and none of these, at once.

Processing signals with the supramental

“Gratitude for processing signals with the divine supramental.” Signals are no longer processed by the mind. They are processed by the supramental — that higher intelligence of heart-consciousness.

Faster. More accurate. More sacred ✨.

Following the heart and love

“Gratitude for following the heart and love, gratitude.” Simple. Obvious. And yet, how many years does it take to come back to it?

Following your heart is not giving in to the emotion of the moment. It is obeying that inner compass that knows your path better than you do.

Choosing the difficulty level

“Gratitude for choosing the slider, the difficulty level, gratitude.” Here is the major add-on to the TCR revealed that day. You can choose. Truly choose.

If it is too hard, switch to easy mode. If it is too easy, switch to hard. Life is a game, and you are holding the controller 🦋.

Creating magic potions and buffs

“Gratitude for creating magic potions and buffs in reality.” A buff, in video games, is a potion that temporarily boosts you up several levels.

In life, buffs exist too. A retreat. A workshop. An encounter. A book. Sacred accelerators that propel you forward.

Honoring the player in me

“I honor and celebrate the player in me.” The player is not frivolous. The player is sacred. It is the one who has not forgotten that life is a game.

Honoring the player means honoring the innocence that remains in you, even after every trial 🌟.

Remembering who I am

“I remember what I am, I remember.” Not learning. Remembering. You have always known.

Above as below, you are that immense consciousness playing at forgetting for the sheer pleasure of finding itself again.

Trained to play with finesse

“Gratitude, I remember that I have been trained to be what I am and to play with intelligence and finesse.” All your role-playing games. All your games of Civilization. All your tests. All your failures.

All of it was training. You are a seasoned player who doesn’t know it yet 💞.

Playing as a team

“Gratitude, too, for playing as a team, gratitude.” You don’t play the great games alone. You play as a team.

And the Anatman Odyssey, every Sunday, is exactly that: a team coming together to test the TCR side by side.

Allowing myself to build a team

“Gratitude for allowing oneself to build a team to go play and test the TCR.” Allowing oneself. The verb matters. So many people deny themselves this permission.

Daring to ask. Daring to gather. Daring to say “come with me.” Heroic solitude is an exhausting illusion.

Remembering my commando lives

“I remember all my commando lives, I remember.” All those lives in which you learned to survive. To operate in silence. To protect. To coordinate.

They are not lost. They are archived in your deep memory, ready to be reactivated.

Reclaiming my animal instinct

“Gratitude for reclaiming my instinct, all my animal survival instincts.” Instinct is not inferior to intellect. It is complementary.

Reclaiming your animal instinct means giving your finest non-mental perceptions their rightful place again 🌿.

Heightening all my perceptions

“Gratitude for heightening all my perceptions, gratitude.” Not one or two. All of them. Sight, hearing, smell, touch, energy, intuition.

Widening the bandwidth of your perception multiplies your ability to play with finesse 💫.

Disconnecting the hands from the ship

“We are going to disconnect the hands first, gratitude, thank you, thank you to the goddesses who are here with me.” The return begins gently. The hands disconnect from the cosmic ship.

And already, the goddesses are named. Anaïs. Lilith. Alexandra. Each one a pillar of the meditation that has just been lived.

Disconnecting the feet

“Very gently, we are going to disconnect the feet too, gratitude to God, the sacred men who are here with us.” Then the feet. And the sacred men are named too. Kévin. François. Alexis.

Every presence has been, every presence is, every presence will be honored 🙏.

Rewatching the key films

“Gratitude for rewatching key films such as Free Guy, The Truman Show, Cloud Atlas, and Limitless.” Four films. Four codices. Four mirrors of the game.

And above all, Limitless. The film about what happens when perception is suddenly heightened. The invitation has been extended.

The final I love you

“I love you, see you in a little while, I love you.” And there it is. The meditation closes on what opened it: I love you.

Three little words. The greatest there are. The alpha and omega of this September 27 Anatman Odyssey 💖.

The power of sacred habit

Something deeply moving happens when you practice yoga almost every day, Tuesday through Saturday, at eight in the morning. Something that cannot be told, only felt. The muscles remember. The breath remembers. The posture of surrender remembers.

“For those of you who do our yoga every day, Tuesday through Saturday at eight, you can feel a training, a habit, a serenity, and even an ease.” That is what Alexandre slipped in, almost in passing, as we rose onto our tiptoes, suspended by our hands like divine marionettes.

The sentence seems harmless. It is not. It holds the secret of a sacred habit — the radical opposite of a program. A program locks you in. A sacred habit sets you free.

“I return to the practice of alignment, the practice of vibrational ascents.”

What daily repetition reveals is an inner yogi. An inner masseur. An intelligence that already knows your body by heart and, every morning, releases the tension without you even having to think about it. “A bit like cats stretching every day. Except here, I have my own masseur stretching me every day.“

And that is where the magic happens. After a few weeks, then a few months, then a few years, it is no longer you doing the yoga. It is the yoga doing itself through you. There is no longer a “me” to do the posture. There is only the posture unfolding, perfect, in its ancestral intelligence.

That kind of opening is something no reading, no theory, no intensive weekend can give you. Only loving, patient, devotional repetition can lay this treasure within you. Sacred habit is not an effort. It is a surrender renewed each day, at the same mysterious appointment.

Realization of the Yoga

Before the meditation, there was the yoga. And what yoga it was. A yoga like no other, because it is not gymnastics: it is a channeling of the body toward the invisible.

It all began with hands raised, feet anchored, calves engaged. Rising, rising, rising. Then onto the tiptoes. Then a deep inhale. Then the whole body contracting: abs, glutes, thighs. “I can feel emotions and sensations.“

And already, in this very first posture, something is revealed: we have a physical body. An avatar. This is no small detail. It is the vessel through which all expression will flow.

“You are expressing strength, balance, determination, your power to do yoga almost every day.”

Then came the blindfold. The eyes close. The inner world opens. “I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender. I surrender to my inner masseur.” A powerful mantra that dissolves the practitioner’s ego.

The posture of surrender with thumbs hooked together. The hip circles. The side stretches where the neck lets itself be massaged by the hand. And always the same instruction: let go. Let go. Let go. Until you disappear.

Next came the lying posture with the strap. Right leg extended, then the left. The neck free, relaxed. Only the forearms pull. And there, “like a torture of laughter,” something breaks loose. Laughter rises. Tears too. “If it trembles, it trembles. If it lets go, it lets go. If it cries, it cries.” Everything is welcomed 🦋.

Then the frog. Three minutes of breath of fire. The air goes out, the air comes in by itself. Then rest. Back on the floor. Infinity settling into you.

But the most magical moment may well have been the conscious walk. Standing, blindfolded, arms circling to lose all visual bearings. Then a single instruction: “Just walk. I let the body walk by itself.“

“Just as all the yoga did itself, without the me, the walking will happen by itself too.”

And the body walks. Without you. It explores the space, finds the presences, moves like a blind cat with supernatural acuity. The arches of the feet become the only point of contact with Gaia. And in that simple contact, everything becomes bliss.

By the end, the autonomous system didn’t want to stop. “It’s like a child at play who doesn’t want to stop.” And we understood it well: this kind of yoga does not seek to discipline you. It seeks to awaken in you the child who has just learned to walk and marvels at being able to walk.

From this meditation, the Theory of the Creation of Reality was born

From this September 27 meditation sprang a cornerstone of the TCR: the difficulty slider add-on. Once you understand that life is a video game, you reclaim the sacred sovereignty of choosing your level.

Too hard? You go to the menu, top right, and switch to easy mode. Change places. Leave toxic relationships. Rest for a few months. Too easy? You turn the slider up, you seek out the high-risk zones — with their high-value gifts.

And above all, above all: you don’t have to play alone. Build a team. Test the TCR together. Go into the dangerous places as a group. That is the very logic of the sacred commando.

An infinite welcome of all that you are, have been, and will be.

Yes, there is no one anymore because in fact there was never anyone.

And the greater the difficulty, the greater the gift.
