37 Phrases to Love Yourself Just As You Are — S11E15

37 Phrases to Love Yourself Just As You Are — S11E15

This article is a summary of the Anatman Odyssey of October 4, 2026, an autumn Sunday when yoga, Indian chant and surrender to meditation wove together a tapestry of healing and reconciliation.

It is half past four in the afternoon. A Sunday. The mats are rolled out, the blindfolds wait next to the straps, and already something in you knows this is no ordinary session ✨. You came with heavy shoulders, with spinning thoughts, with emotions waiting for a door to get out.

And today that door is going to open in an unexpected place: the secret space of the heart. A place you have always carried without knowing it. A place waiting for only one thing — for you to come back.

Absolute welcome, the forgotten door

How can you, in an hour and a half of yoga followed by a meditation, shift from a tense body to total surrender? How can you, at half past four on a Sunday, rediscover that obvious truth that lay asleep beneath the programs?

Alexandre Anatman opens the session with an unusual invitation: get your blindfold ready. Because today we are not looking outward. Today we dive in. The eyes close even before the yoga begins, and already the sacred seeps in 🕊️.

What will be lived in the hours that follow is not a sequence of postures. It is an initiation into the flow of love. A revelation that takes its time, settling like silent snow over all the accumulated tension.

And at the center of it all, this sentence that will resonate like an inverted mantra — not a request, but an offering: “I needed to be welcomed just as I am.”

Realizations during the guided meditation of the Anatman Odyssey

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt from the beginning of the guided meditation is offered to you by ANATMAN TV (in French).

There are meditations that seek nothing, build nothing, ask for nothing. They ✨ simply open a space, a space of absolute welcome, where everything that has been refused, denied, fought against can finally come and rest. This meditation guided by Alexandre Anatman on October 4, 2026 was one of those. A meditation where speech became breath 🌿, where breath became a caress, where the caress became healing.

In what follows, you will discover each channeled passage, each sentence spoken in the vibration of the heart. Nothing is lost 🤍, because what was said was sacred, and because what is sacred deserves to be gathered, unfolded, honored. Let yourself be carried, let yourself be spoken to, let yourself be loved.

Breathing in and letting go of everything

“Breathing in, I let go of everything, I let go, I let go, I let go, I surrender completely to what is now.”

From the very first words, the meditation ✨ sets the tone. It is not about doing, not about building, not about holding on. It is about letting go. Letting go once, letting go twice, letting go three times, until the verb itself runs out and becomes a state. Alexandre Anatman repeats 🌱, almost hammers it in, not to force anything, but so that the repetition itself becomes a wave that sweeps away all resistance.

Breathing in, and in that very movement, letting fall. Letting fall the tensions, the expectations, the projections. Letting fall the self that wants to control, the self that wants to understand, the self that wants to measure. What remains then is what is now, and only that. 🕊️ The present moment, naked, unadorned, unjustified.

Surrendering completely — that is the word. Not partially, not cautiously, not conditionally. Completely. It is in this completeness that something can finally come undone, something very old, very deep, that had long been waiting 💫 for permission to relax.

Feeling the loving body

“I feel my warm feet, foot against foot, hand in hand.”

The body then becomes the first place of welcome. Not the abstract body, not the body as an idea, but this body here, this very body, with its warm feet 🌿 touching each other, with its hands joining. There is infinite tenderness in this simplicity. Foot against foot is a self-embrace: the body welcoming itself, reassuring itself, telling itself: I am here.

Alexandre Anatman invites us to feel this love radiated by the body. For the body, when it is loved, when it is listened to, becomes a channel 🙏 of divine love. It is no longer an obstacle, no longer a burden. It is the very place where love takes flesh, where love becomes sensation, warmth, presence.

Hand in hand is that inner alliance again. The being keeping itself company. The being who, at last, stops running from itself 💖 and agrees to hold itself, literally, by the hand.

Welcoming and surrendering

“All there is to do is welcome, surrender, feel.”

Three verbs, three gestures of the soul. Welcoming: opening the door, saying yes to what knocks. Surrendering: ceasing to hold back, ceasing to resist, letting yourself fall into what is vaster than you. Feeling: being present to the sensation, the emotion, the vibration, without judging it, without naming it. ✨

All there is, says Alexandre Anatman. Just that. Nothing more. No complicated method, no sophisticated visualization, no mantra to repeat. Just three movements of the heart, three openings 🌱 which together make up the whole of true spiritual practice.

And that is where the beauty lies: absolute simplicity. What a thousand books fail to say, three verbs say. Welcome, surrender, feel. The whole path 🕊️ fits within this sacred triangle.

The secret space of the heart

“A secret space in the heart, a space of welcome.”

Deep within the chest there is a place no one fully knows, not even the one who lives there. A secret space 💫, an inner sanctuary. That is where what matters most unfolds. That is where wounds can come to rest, where pain can come to dissolve, where loves can come to be revealed.

This space is secret not because it is hidden from others, but because it is infinite, and the infinite always escapes the eye. You do not enter it by searching, but by letting yourself fall. You enter through the in-breath, you enter through surrender. 🌿

Alexandre Anatman invites us to enter it, to stay there, to make it our home. For it is from this place, and this place alone, that true welcome can spring forth — the welcome that transforms, the welcome that heals. 🤍

The in-breath creates space

“Every in-breath creates space.”

There is a magic in the breath that we forget all too often. Each in-breath is not just an intake of air, it is a creation of space. The physical space of the chest expanding, of course, but also a subtler space ✨, an inner space, a space of being.

When you breathe in consciously, something opens. Not only the lungs, but also the heart, the mind, the soul. Room is made. Room to welcome what comes. Room to hold what is. Room to embrace the moment.

And in this continuous creation of space, the being rediscovers its true dimension 🌱: it is not narrow, it is not contracted, it is vast, spacious, welcoming like the sky. Every in-breath reminds you of it.

The out-breath surrenders to creation

“Every out-breath surrenders to creation.”

And after the in-breath that creates space comes the out-breath that surrenders to creation. A mysterious sentence, a splendid sentence. Surrendering to creation means recognizing that we are not the authors but the instruments 💫, that what is created through us infinitely surpasses us.

Breathing out is giving back. It is offering. It is letting go of what was received, letting it blossom in the world, letting it become what it must become without trying to hold on to it. 🌿 The out-breath is an act of absolute trust in the intelligence that orchestrates all things.

Between in-breath and out-breath, the whole dance of incarnation plays out: receiving and giving, welcoming and offering, filling and emptying. Alexandre Anatman reminds us that these two movements are not opposed but complementary, the two faces 🕊️ of one and the same cosmic breath.

Surrendering to beauty

“I surrender to beauty.”

There is an overwhelming gentleness in this sentence. Surrendering to beauty means giving up ugliness, giving up mistrust, giving up the idea that the world is hostile first and foremost. ✨ It means recognizing that beneath all appearances, beneath all difficulties, a primordial beauty reigns.

Surrendering — that verb again. Surrendering to beauty means letting yourself be carried by it, passed through by it, transformed by it. Beauty is not a spectacle to be contemplated from afar; it is a vibration in which you consent to dissolve 💖.

Alexandre Anatman invites us into this surrender, the gentlest of all. Not to force, not to violence, but to beauty. The beauty that is here, now, in the breath, in the body, in the moment. 🌱

Living inner beauty

“I live beauty within me.”

Having surrendered to it, it becomes possible to live it. To live it within. No longer as an outer quality to be contemplated, but as an inner reality that dwells, pulses, radiates. 🌿

Beauty is no longer outside, it is inside. It is no longer to be conquered, it is to be revealed. Alexandre Anatman reminds us that this inner beauty is our true nature, that it is only waiting to be recognized, honored, allowed to live. ✨

Living beauty within yourself means becoming what you were looking for everywhere. It means ending the quest and inhabiting the find. It means recognizing that you yourself are the temple and the deity, the path and the destination 💫.

Welcoming absolutely everything

“Absolutely everything is welcomed.”

Two words, but what words. Absolutely everything. Not a part, not a fragment, not a selection. Everything. The sweet emotions and the bitter ones. The luminous thoughts and the dark ones. The tender memories and the painful ones. 🤍

Alexandre Anatman insists on this totality, because partial welcome is not welcome. As soon as there is selection, there is judgment. As soon as there is judgment, there is refusal. And as soon as there is refusal, the secret space of the heart closes, and welcome stops being healing. 🌱

Welcoming absolutely everything is the most radical gesture there is. It means giving up wanting to choose what you are. It means consenting to the whole of yourself, of the other, of the world. And in this total consent 💖, something finally calms down, something is repaired, something is set free.

The need to be welcomed

“I needed to be welcomed just as I am.”

Here the meditation cuts to the bone. It touches that fundamental need, so often unmet, which has shaped so much pain. Being welcomed just as I am. Not as others would like me to be. Not as I should be. Just as I am. ✨

How many times has this welcome been missing? How many times have we had to transform ourselves, twist ourselves, deny ourselves to fit an expectation? Alexandre Anatman puts words to this universal wound 🕊️, and by naming it, he begins to heal it.

I needed, says the sentence. In the past tense. Because this need can now be met. Not by someone else, but by yourself. The absolute welcome you offer yourself closes the wound no one else knew how to close. 🌿

The need to be loved

“I needed to be loved just as I am, with all my aspects, flaws or qualities.”

And after welcome, love. For one does not come without the other. Being loved just as I am, with all my aspects. Not only with my qualities, because a love that loves only qualities is not love, it is conditional admiration. 💫

Alexandre Anatman lists them: flaws and qualities. Everything, once again. That whole complex, contradictory, luminous and shadowy edifice that makes up a human being. All of it needs to be loved, not just the presentable parts. 🤍

This need was so great, so persistent, so often frustrated. Recognizing it, saying it, letting it rise into awareness is already the beginning of answering it. For the love we were waiting for from outside can finally be born from within, unconditionally, without reservation, for every facet of our being 💖.

The need for a space to exist

“I needed a space to exist.”

A heartbreaking sentence, a sentence so many people carry without ever daring to say it. A space to exist. Not a space to perform, not a space to please, not a space to fit in. A space simply to be. 🌱

How many have lived without this space? How many have had to make themselves small, discreet, invisible so as not to disturb? How many have carried the shame of existing at all? Alexandre Anatman names this immense wound ✨, and by naming it, he already offers that space.

The space to exist is the secret space of the heart, the space of absolute welcome, the space created by every in-breath. It is now available. There is no longer any need to beg anyone for it. It is here, within you 🙏, infinite, unconditional.

I needed you so much

“I needed you so much. A space of absolute welcome.”

There is an overwhelming recognition 💗 in this sentence: that of a part of you which, for so long, was simply looking to be received. Not corrected, not improved, not understood. Just welcomed.

And here you discover that this you you are speaking to is yourself. You are both the one who asks and the one who offers 🕊️. The welcome you were waiting for from the world, you are finally offering to yourself.

This is no small reconciliation. It is an exile’s return to the home of the heart, a space where all your facets, flaws and qualities intertwined, can finally exist without conditions.

Welcoming the whole of the other

“I welcome into my heart everything you are, everything you long to be.”

And now the welcome turns around, unfolds, gives itself. Having welcomed yourself, you can finally welcome the other. Everything you are, and even more, everything you long to be. 🌿 Welcoming even the potentials, even the desires, even the dreams not yet realized.

It is a welcome that does not freeze, does not define, does not limit. A welcome that leaves the other free to become, free to transform, free to reveal themselves. Alexandre Anatman teaches us that true love does not hold back 💫, does not possess, but opens, offers, frees.

In the heart there is room for the whole of the other, in their past, present and future states. And this room itself becomes a gift 💖, the most beautiful one can offer a being: the freedom to exist fully, in all their dimensions.

Perceiving all the beauty

“Just as you are, I perceive your beauty, all your beauty.”

There is, in the gaze we turn on another — when that gaze is true — a revealing power. Alexandre Anatman teaches us that gaze. The one that perceives beauty, all the beauty 🕊️, not only the luminous parts but also the shadowy ones, for everything, in truth, partakes of one and the same sacred beauty.

Just as you are. Not as I would like you to be. Not as society expects. Just as you are, now, in this precise moment, with all your contradictions, your wounds, your hopes. ✨ That is total beauty.

And this gaze, when it rests on a being, transforms them. Not because it forces them to change, but because it reveals to them what they already are. Beauty perceived calls forth beauty manifested. The loving gaze awakens what it contemplates 🌱.

Releasing in love

“It releases in love.”

A short sentence, a decisive sentence. Welcome, perceived beauty, love given — all this has an effect: it releases. Releases what? It releases the inner prisoners, the locked-away parts, the frozen emotions, the blocked memories. 💫

And this release does not happen through struggle, does not happen through effort, does not happen by tearing away. It happens in love. Love is the universal solvent, the miraculous dissolver 🤍 that unlocks everything fear had locked.

Alexandre Anatman reminds us of this essential law: nothing is released by force, everything is released by love. When love is present, chains fall away on their own, walls collapse without a sound, prisons open 🌿 without anyone needing to force the doors.

Welcoming suffering and pain

“I welcome everything you hate, all your suffering, all your pain, all the difficulties, and it creates spaces of healing, of reconciliation.”

Welcome does not stop at beautiful things. It descends into our inner hells. Everything you hate, says Alexandre Anatman. Even hatred is welcomed. Even what is loathed in oneself, or in the other, is embraced. ✨

Suffering, pain, difficulties: nothing is left outside. And in this radical welcome, something extraordinary happens. Spaces of healing are created 💖. Welcome does not merely contain; it transforms. It is alchemical.

Then reconciliation is born. Reconciliation with oneself, reconciliation with the other, reconciliation with life. What was at war lays down its arms. What was separated comes back together. What was broken is mended 🙏, not by magic, but by the quiet and infinite power of welcome.

Not a personal matter, an absolute one

“Without making it a personal matter, but an absolute matter.”

An essential nuance, a liberating nuance. Welcome must not become a personal matter. If the ego takes hold of it, if the little self tells itself “I am the one welcoming, I am the one healing,” everything is lost. Welcome closes in on itself. 🌱

It must be made an absolute matter. That is: letting the Absolute welcome through you. Simply becoming the channel, the instrument, the passage. Welcome does not come from me, it passes through me. 🕊️ It belongs to that vaster dimension which orchestrates all things.

Alexandre Anatman teaches us this essential depersonalization. Not to deny the individual, but to reconnect them with their true source. Absolute welcome heals absolutely. Personal welcome only moves problems around 💫.

Welcoming yourself is reassuring

“Welcoming yourself on your own, through the absolute welcome of everything that is, is reassuring.”

There is a palpable relief in this sentence. Being able to welcome yourself on your own. No longer depending on the gaze of others, no longer waiting for outside validation, no longer begging for recognition. ✨

And yet this solitary welcome is not loneliness. For it happens through the absolute welcome of everything that is. So, by welcoming everything, you are in relationship with everything. You are no longer isolated, you are connected 🌿. You are alone, and yet never alone.

It is reassuring, says Alexandre Anatman. Reassuring because you stop being afraid of lack. Reassuring because you stop being afraid of rejection. Reassuring because you discover that you carry within you the very source of safety, of love, of welcome 💖.

Love without conditions

“There are no conditions in love.”

A sentence that cuts like a blade of light. No conditions. None. Not one. True love never says “if you do this, then I love you.” It never says “I love you on condition that you change.” 🤍

Love — real love, absolute love — is unconditional by nature. As soon as there is a condition, it is no longer love; it is a market, a barter, a transaction. Alexandre Anatman reminds us of this obvious truth, so often forgotten, so often betrayed 🕊️.

And this sentence works both ways: the love we receive has no conditions, and the love we give has no conditions. In this double, unconditional movement, love can finally circulate freely, unhindered, without negotiation, without reservation 💫.

No need to be judged

“I don’t need to be judged or criticized.”

A clear statement, a clean statement. No, I don’t need that. Judgment and criticism do not help me. They do not make me grow; they shrink me. They do not open me; they close me. ✨

How many people have confused love with judgment? How many have believed that criticizing was helping? Alexandre Anatman dismantles this toxic confusion. Love has never needed to judge in order to love 🌱. It is even the opposite: it loves because it does not judge.

Recognizing that you have no need for these things means giving yourself the right to refuse them, to stop waiting for them, to stop enduring them. It also means, in the mirror, giving yourself the right to stop inflicting them on others 💖.

Being welcomed completely

“I need to be welcomed completely, just as it is, just as I am.”

Having said what we do not need, here is what we do need. To be welcomed completely. Not halfway. Not under conditions. Completely. 🌿 And twice “just as”: just as it is, just as I am. As if to mark that what is, and the one who is, form one and the same reality to be welcomed.

This need is legitimate; this need is sacred. Alexandre Anatman allows us to feel it, to name it, to claim it. Not by moaning, but by simply recognizing: yes, I have this need, and this need is right 🕊️.

And in the very recognition of this need, something opens. For what is recognized can be fulfilled. The being who stands ready to welcome the other completely is also, by that very fact, ready to welcome themselves completely ✨.

Sorry for all that was lived

“I am sorry for everything that happened, everything that was lived.”

A ho’oponopono phrase, a phrase of deep forgiveness. I am sorry. Not a crushing guilt, but an embracing compassion. Sorry for everything, for all the difficulties, for all the pain 🤍, for all the wounds that were lived through.

Alexandre Anatman offers these words like a balm. They do not look for someone responsible, they do not point to anyone guilty. They simply recognize: there, it happened, it hurt, and I am sorry that it happened 💫.

Saying “I am sorry” to yourself, to your wounded parts, to your painful memories, is an act of great therapeutic power. It means recognizing the pain without trying to justify it. It means honoring what was gone through without trying to minimize it 🌱.

Offering yourself out of love

“I can offer myself to you, because I love you.”

True love naturally leads to offering. Not a forced offering, not an offering that wears itself out, but an offering that springs forth because love is there. 🌿 The reason is clear: because I love you. Not “to obtain,” not “to deserve,” not “to be loved in return.” No. Simply: because I love you.

And this offering is not sacrifice. It is fulfillment. Offering yourself to what you love is finding yourself, revealing yourself, unfolding yourself. Alexandre Anatman reminds us that giving and receiving, when love is pure, are one and the same ✨.

I can. That is: I have the capacity, I have the freedom, I have the joy. It is not an obligation; it is a magnificent possibility 💖, which opens naturally as soon as love truly dwells in the heart.

Surrendering out of love

“I can surrender to you, because I love you.”

After offering, surrender. That sacred verb again. To surrender. Not to just anything, not to just anyone, but to you, to this recognized other, to this beloved presence. And always the same reason: because I love you. 🙏

Surrendering out of love is the highest gesture. It means recognizing that the other is not a threat but a safe presence. It means agreeing to no longer be the sole master of yourself, to let go of control, to let yourself be carried 🕊️. And this letting go is only possible if trust is total, and trust is born only of love.

Alexandre Anatman links surrender and love as two sides of the same coin. You cannot surrender where you do not love. And where you truly love, surrender becomes natural, obvious, delicious 💫.

Transmuting suffering

“I want to transmute in my heart all the pain and suffering that has been lived.”

Here is the alchemical work par excellence. Transmuting. Not repressing, not denying, not fleeing. Transmuting. Turning heavy matter into luminous matter. Turning the lead of suffering into the gold of understanding 🌱.

And this transmutation happens in the heart. The heart is the alchemical crucible, the place where the operation takes place. You lay down the pain there, you lay down the suffering there, and under the fire of love, they are transformed 💖.

Alexandre Anatman invites us into this inner work. Not to forget what has been lived, but to transmute it. For what is transmuted stops weighing on us. What is transmuted becomes wisdom, compassion, light ✨. This is the Great Work, and it unfolds in silence, in the secret of the heart.

Welcoming past and future

“I can welcome everything you are, have been and will be.”

Welcome extends across all three tenses. The present: what you are. The past: what you have been. The future: what you will be. 🌿 Nothing is left aside. A being’s entire timeline is embraced in a single gesture of welcome.

It is a dizzying healing. Welcoming the past is forgiving what was. Welcoming the present is consenting to what is. Welcoming the future is trusting what is coming 🤍. Together, the three free the being from the grip of time.

Alexandre Anatman offers us this all-encompassing vision. True welcome is not limited to the moment; it embraces the whole timeline. It says yes to everything that has been, is, and will be. And in this threefold yes 🕊️, the being finally finds its unity, its continuity, its peace.

Love will go where the need is greatest

“Everything is welcomed. And it will go and settle in the very place where the need for welcome is greatest. It will give everything.”

You let the intelligence of love flow freely 🌊, without directing it. It knows where it needs to land. It finds the most forgotten areas, the most painful ones, the ones the mind never wanted to look at.

And what happens there is of an absolute generosity. Love does not measure, does not calculate, does not hold back. It gives everything, in the exact place where the lack had been calling out for years.

Perhaps that is true healing 🪷: not forcing, not understanding, but letting welcome settle precisely where the need lies, in silence.

Welcome heals

“Welcome heals.”

Two words. An absolute statement. Welcome heals. Not “can heal,” not “sometimes heals.” Heals, period. It is a law, a principle, a spiritual certainty. ✨

Why does welcome heal? Because it creates the space where healing becomes possible. Because it stops adding rejection to the hurt. Because it gives each thing, each emotion, each memory the right to be there, to exist, and therefore, eventually, to pass 💫.

What is welcomed does not stay frozen. What is refused, on the other hand, crystallizes. Alexandre Anatman reminds us of this simple and powerful truth: the key to all healing is welcome. Not struggle, not technique, not effort. Welcome 🌱.

Love heals

“Love heals.”

A second absolute statement. Love heals. Welcome’s twin. For in truth, welcome is only the face of love. And love is only the essence of welcome. 💖

Love heals because it is the primordial vibration, the one that created all things, the one that sustains all things, the one that restores all things. When love arrives, disorder reorders itself, fragmentation becomes whole again, the wound closes 🙏.

Alexandre Anatman states this truth as something obvious. It is. Every tradition, every wisdom, every deep human experience confirms it. Love heals. There is nothing else to add, nothing else to prove 🕊️. All you have to do is let this truth do its work.

If it jolts, it jolts

“I breathe in, and I surrender. And if it jolts, it jolts. If it cries, it cries. If it moves, it moves.”

Here is total permission 🌬️. You no longer control the process of awakening; you no longer dictate the form it should take. You let the body speak its own language.

The jolts, the tears, the involuntary movements become sacred languages of transformation. Each manifestation is a release that happens on its own, without you having to orchestrate it 🕯️.

This is surrender in its purest form: welcoming even the way welcome happens. Nothing to hold back, nothing to censor. Just being the tender witness of what is coming undone.

Welcoming the process of awakening

“I welcome the process of awakening and transformation.”

Awakening is not an event; it is a process. And like any process, it has its stages, its movements, sometimes its storms. Alexandre Anatman invites us to welcome it in its entirety, without trying to rush it or slow it down. 🤍

“If it jolts, it jolts. If it cries, it cries. If it moves, it moves” — every manifestation of transformation is welcome. The tears, the trembling, the involuntary movements, everything that rises, everything that comes out, everything that is released 🌱.

Welcoming the process means trusting it. It means recognizing that an intelligence greater than mine is orchestrating this transformation, and that my task is not to direct it but to let it happen. Awakening happens through me, not by me ✨.

Breathing in and transmuting

“I breathe in and welcome into my heart, I transmute and I breathe out.”

Here is conscious breathing brought to its highest refinement. Every in-breath becomes an act of welcome. Every out-breath becomes an act of transmutation. 🕊️ The breath is no longer mechanical; it is alchemical.

On the in-breath, we receive: we receive what is, we receive the other, we receive the pain of the world. In the heart, it is transformed: the fire of love does its work. On the out-breath, we offer: we offer what has been transmuted, now luminous, now at peace 💖.

Alexandre Anatman gives us here a complete practice, sufficient on its own for a whole lifetime. To breathe this way is to practice constantly, to heal constantly, to serve constantly 🌿. Every breath becomes an offering, every breath becomes a blessing.

Breath retention and letting go

“After the out-breath, it may stay suspended — keep letting go.”

After the out-breath, there is a suspended space. A moment when the breath stops naturally, when nothing is urgent, when you can remain in retention without effort. 💫 And it is there, in that emptiness, that the invitation is deepest: keep letting go.

Letting go even of what you thought you had already let go of. Letting go of the last resistances, the subtlest, the most hidden. Letting go of practicing, letting go of being present, letting go even of letting go itself ✨.

Alexandre Anatman invites us into this post-exhalation silence. That is where the being dissolves into the formless. That is where the ego loses its outlines. That is where we touch that nothing which is, paradoxically, everything 🙏.

Returning to the physical body

“Finding again the outlines of our territory, our physical body.”

After the journey into the infinite, the return. Alexandre Anatman tenderly guides us back toward our body, our limits, our human form. Not as a prison, but as a territory, an inhabited place, a beloved domain. 🌱

Finding the outlines again. Feeling once more where the body begins and where it ends. Taking possession again of this sacred envelope that allows us to be incarnate, to touch the world and to be touched by it 🤍.

This return is gentle. Nothing should be rushed. Alexandre Anatman invites us to take our time, to unlink the hands and feet, to stretch, to wiggle the fingers. Every gesture of return is a gesture of gratitude toward the body that accompanies us 🕊️.

Thanking our creations

“Let us thank all our creations.”

Before leaving the meditation, one last gesture: gratitude. Not only for the good things, but for all our creations. ✨ Those we liked and those we disliked. Those that worked out for us and those that made us suffer.

For everything we have created, we created in order to learn, to grow, to reveal ourselves to ourselves. Even the mistakes were teachers. Even the pain was a doorway 💫. Alexandre Anatman invites us to embrace the whole of our human work, without sorting, without judgment.

To thank is to recognize value. To thank is to honor. To thank is also to let go, for what is thanked can be released. In this final gratitude 💖, the being finds its peace, its completeness, its unity regained.

Final unconditional welcome

“I love you without any condition, I love you and I welcome you just as you are.”

And here is the last word. The word that sums everything up. The word that seals the meditation. I love you without any condition. Alexandre Anatman repeats it, hammers it home, breathes it like a seal of love onto every being present. 🙏

Without any condition. Not a single one. Not a small one. Not a hidden one. None. Love — pure, naked, whole, infinite. And the welcome that goes with it: I welcome you just as you are. 🌿 The two together, inseparable, indissociable.

These words are meant for the other, but they are also meant for oneself. I love you, I say to myself. I welcome myself, just as I am. And in these words spoken deep within 💖, something very old, very wounded, finally finds what it had always been looking for.

“I love you, I love you, I love you. I love everything you are, just as you are.”

Alexandre Anatman leaves us on this note. Not a conclusion, but an opening. Not an end, but a beginning. For unconditional love never ends ✨. It continues, it shines, it radiates far beyond the meditation. It becomes the ground of being, the ground of the world, the ground of every encounter 🕊️. And that is the Anatman Odyssey: not a destination, but a love that learns to speak itself, to give itself, to welcome itself, tirelessly, without any condition 🤍.

The power of sacred habit

Every week, the Odyssey returns. Every week, the appointment is woven. And you can feel it, can’t you 💫? Coming once, out of curiosity, is not the same as coming back, again and again.

Alexandre gently reminds us: yoga normally happens in the morning. Tuesday to Saturday, at eight o’clock. But on Sunday at half past four, there is this offering for those who couldn’t make it during the week. A sacred safety net.

Because frequency changes everything. A program is something that happens to you. A sacred habit is something you choose, again and again, until that choice becomes your very nature 🌱.

“I am already the yoga, even before it begins.”

This sentence, let slip while raising the arms, says it all. A sacred habit is not one more task in the diary. It is a state that comes before you, that waits for you, that welcomes you the moment you set foot on the mat.

And that is why repetition does not wear things out — it deepens them. Every Sunday, the same guided meditation becomes a new layer of consciousness, a new sediment of love laid down on the inner philosopher’s stone.

That is the secret: what you repeat with presence ends up transforming you without your having to force anything 🌿. The body learns. The heart opens. And one day you realize you are no longer the same person who sat down that first time.

Realizations from the Yoga

Before the meditation, there was an hour and a half of yoga. And in that yoga, Alexandre sowed realizations that prepared, cell by cell, the great final welcome.

First surprise: “I am already the yoga, even before it begins.” From the very first stretches — hands rising, fingers opening — bliss seeps in. The lower back stretches, and already something is celebrating 🌿.

Then comes the queen posture: standing on tiptoe, calves engaged, thighs engaged, buttocks, abs, hands toward the sky. An impossible balance that becomes obvious. “The more rigid I am, the easier it is. The higher I raise my hands, the easier it is.” The paradox of yoga: the right tension creates deep relaxation.

And at the heart of this suspension, this overwhelming sentence: “I disappear, and it is the yoga that appears.” The practitioner fades away. The yoga practices the yoga. You are nothing more than the amazed witness 💫.

“I switch off the mind. Yes, there’s no need for it.”

Next comes the work on the neck, the Statue of Liberty, the side stretch with the hand massaging the neck. Then the chin circles, which stretch the whole spine. Then the sounded Aham, the territorial mantra of the third chakra, which anchors presence in the throat 🕊️.

And this revelation slipped into the flow: “To life, I love you. I surrender to you. To my soul, to being, to the universe, I love you.” Yoga becomes a declaration of love. Every posture, a vow.

Then on the floor, legs raised with the strap, deep stretching work on the hamstrings. And there, one of the peaks of the session bursts out: “No need for a job to be happy. I’ve always been happiness, actually. It’s not me looking for happiness — it’s happiness looking for me.”

Do you hear the reversal 🌟? All your life you have been chasing happiness. And happiness, all the while, was chasing you. It was just waiting for you to stop so it could catch up with you.

Finally, the meticulous work on the toes — the detail no practice takes seriously. The five toes, one by one, stretched, massaged. For balance. For rootedness. For the Kundalini. For the conscious walk that follows.

And then the walk. Eyes closed at first, then open. The body walks all by itself. “I realize it manages very well without me.” The third revelation of the yoga: you weren’t even necessary. The body has always known. And in this discovery there is infinite freedom 🦋.

From this meditation the Theory of the Creation of Reality was born

At the heart of the meditation, this obvious truth landed: “It’s not me looking for happiness — it’s happiness looking for me.” A complete reversal of the movement.

What you call your reality is not something you endure — it is something created with every in-breath, with every act of welcome. Every time you say “I welcome,” you are not passively receiving: you are creating the very space that will hold what is coming 💫.

The Theory of the Creation of Reality begins precisely there: in the understanding that love is not an emotion to be sought, but a fundamental structure of reality that has always been looking for you, and that your only work is to stop resisting.

It’s not me looking for happiness — it’s happiness looking for me.

I disappear, and it is the yoga that appears.

I needed to be welcomed just as I am. I needed a space to exist.
