This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of September 23, 2026, a live morning practice from Saint-Nexant where breath meets awareness, where the body becomes a temple and silence an elixir.
There are mornings when everything shifts. When, in the still-cool light of dawn, we discover that life itself can become yoga. 🌅 On this September Tuesday, in the gentleness of a return after an all-too-noisy getaway to Bordeaux, Alexandre opened an unexpected door for us: the door to our inner territory. ✨
A territory made of heightened sensitivity, of filtered sounds, of chosen relationships, of inhabited silences. A space where we can finally breathe, feel, be. 🕊️
What if balance began precisely there — in awareness of what nourishes us and what invades us? 💫
When the Body Becomes a Kingdom
Alexandre has been practicing for six years. For the past few weeks, something new has been seeping in: the yoga no longer stops. It begins on waking and carries on until sleep. The practice overflows, embraces the whole day, becomes a way of being.
And from this state of full bodily awareness a visceral need is born: the need to create an environment of love. 💖 A place — physical, but above all inner — where we no longer simply endure. Where we choose.
Are you ready? Then let’s move forward together into this realization which, like a butterfly resting on your shoulder, is only waiting to take flight. 🦋
The Morning Teaching
The day’s theme emerged from a very concrete experience: the day before, Alexandre had gone to Bordeaux. A movie, a café terrace, music far too loud, cigarette smoke, constant movement. Everything was too much. And the body — made hypersensitive by the practice — reacted like a wounded sounding board. 🌱
From this came the day’s elixir: an elixir of multidimensional environmental awareness. A crystal-clear insight: inner balance also depends on our outer environment.
Alexandre then unfolds a deep realization: in childhood, many of us were invaded. By parents, by places, by toxic or unstable relationships. We learned that this was normal. We internalized the norm of being invaded. 💫
“I release in love everything that would have me believe it is perfectly normal to be invaded in my territory, in my body.”
Hence the vital invitation to create your own territory. Not only a physical one — an inner one. A space of sovereignty where I decide who comes in, how they come in, at what pace, and by which rules. 🕊️
And this territory is born from a simple practice: expressing your needs. Because the universe, the coders of reality, the cosmic agencies — everything that codes our reality — cannot know anything without our expression. “Without expression, there is no technical possibility of understanding what you want.” ✨
Then comes the liberating mantra: “I express all my needs, I express.” Needs of the body — rest, tenderness, cuddles. Needs of the mind — to think, to create, to play. Needs of the heart — to love, to be loved, to live love. Emotional needs — intimacy, depth, being touched. 💖
And then this life-altering realization: “Suffering, pain, everything that makes me feel bad — it is only needs that are not being nourished. It’s as simple as that.” 🌟
The elixir ends with a kindly warning. The more you practice, the more sensitive you become. The more sensitive you become, the more you choose. The more you choose, the more your life transforms. Smoke, noise, crowds, air conditioning — everything that used to invade without permission suddenly becomes negotiable. 🌿
A sorting takes place. Gentle, inevitable. And from this sorting the true kingdom is born: an environment of love that is chosen, protected, honored. 💞
Realizations During Yoga Anatman
🎁 This 10-minute excerpt of the session’s realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.
The session opens with a simple mantra, almost a whisper to the heart: “I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender.” 🌱 And already, something gives way. The jaws relax beneath kneading fingers, tensions fly off like freed birds.
Then comes the great vertical rise. Contract the calves, the thighs, the buttocks, the abs. Rise up onto tiptoe. Feel the lower back stretch, the energy flow in, a warmth kindling deep in the belly. Alexandre reminds us, in that voice that knows how to welcome: “The whole body is completely under tension. The energy is coming, it may get hot.” 🔥
And already the realization settles in: this grounding in the legs, this strength, is not an effort — it is an intention. A way of telling the body: “I am here. I inhabit you.” ✨
“I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender.”
The blindfold comes down over the eyes. No more visual distractions. The inner world opens up, immense. The thumbs hook together behind the back, the spine tilts gently, then comes the forward fold — chest on thighs, hands pulling, breath pushing. Vulnerability, embraced and offered. 🤍
Then the lateral arc. The right arm rises, rises, rises. And there, without warning, the tears come. The lower back stretches, the heel lifts, the neck lengthens — and an emotion bursts forth, indefinable. Alexandre murmurs: “Let the tears flow, I welcome all emotions.” 💞
The thumb comes to massage the nape of the neck, the way you knead bread. The inner masseur takes over. We let go, we let it happen, we get used to letting it happen. The great lesson of the day: “I let life give itself a massage. I let life take care of itself.” 🌿
Then comes the mantra that runs through the whole session like an underground river: “I release in love everything that keeps me from being here and now.” From the heart. From that fourth chakra toward which the protocol shifted last Sunday — leaving the third behind for this tenderer, vaster opening. 💖
Chin rolls trace slow circles. The neck unfolds, the back softens. And Alexandre shares a precious realization: “If you really do this every day, except Mondays, for months or years, you will reach a significant level of bliss.” ✨
Because there is a cumulative effect. Hyperesthesia — that amplification of the senses — doesn’t arrive in a week. It is born of patience, of mastery, of daily commitment. “Bliss comes after mastery.” 🌟
Next comes a deeply moving movement: one elbow rising, the other elbow bending, and this magnificent paradox — pulling and letting go at the same time. “The left elbow rises, rises, rises. And there’s another movement in parallel: I surrender to the inner yogi, I let go of everything.” 🕊️
Two simultaneous intentions. The strength that stretches and the tenderness that surrenders. All of life is in this gesture.
Next, arms out in a cross. Pushing left, pushing right, against invisible walls. Feeling the solidity, the grounding, the shape of the X, the embodied cross. Then hands on the lower back, the spine arching backward — a posture of surrender. And a new chant rises: “To life, I love you.” 💖
“Gratitude for playing the game of life, gratitude.”
Shifting from victim of the game to maestro of the game. Becoming a sovereign who plays. That is the deep invitation of this morning. 🎭
Then, exploring the standing forward bend, the right angle, hands on thighs. And this sentence that rings out like a key: “I surrender to the flow.” What is the flow? It’s “when there’s no more mind, no more identity, nothing at all. There is just life with its flow”. 🌊
That flow you feel with someone you love, that moment when it clicks, it sparks, it all aligns. A presence. A heightened perception. Alexandre passes it on to us: “It’s no longer the mind deciding. It’s something in the heart, a current.” 💫
The frog arrives — three minutes of breath of fire, or rest, or push-ups. Everyone listens to themselves. Then down to the floor: the swimmer posture, pelvis lifting, energetic rowing, row-row-row until the body sings.
The right leg rises, perpendicular to the floor, held by the strap. And there, it trembles. Alexandre explains gently: “My body is adapting, getting used to, training for these high vibrational rises. That’s why it trembles.” 🌱
Force nothing. The neck stays supple. The head, relaxed. It’s the forearms that pull, the shoulders that work. And the body fills with vitality, with energy, with vibrations of love, joy, and peace. 🌟
A beautiful mantra then rises: “I honor life.” Followed by its echo: “I honor your presence. I honor all that you are. I honor all that I am.” 🙏
The same with the left leg. The same surrender, the same trembling, the same gratitude. And this understanding seeping in: the more perpendicular the leg, the more it trembles, and the more something rebalances itself deep within.
Then the seated position for the mantras and the elixir. The body has opened. The heart is listening. Awareness settles. The chai steams gently, held between the hands, informed by the body’s new vibration. ☕
Finally, the conscious walk — that sacred moment when the floor work comes to a close, when we walk backward, and discover that walking backward massages the lower back. Alexandre is amazed himself: “How is it possible that just walking creates so much bliss?” 🌟
He compares it — with a smile — to microdosing magic mushrooms. Except here, there’s no plant at all. Just yoga. Just the accumulation of months of practice. Just hyperesthesia, turning every perception into bliss.
“I’m not really doing yoga anymore. It’s my whole life, the whole day, that has become yoga.”
Walking forward. Walking backward. Walking sideways, like a crab — new today! Each direction reveals sleeping muscles, stretches never felt before. The body rediscovers its possibilities. 🦋
Then the dance arrives. “I surrender to the dance and to my inner dancer.” An imaginary ball between the hands, as in qigong. The movement flows, embraces, celebrates.
And finally, the great magic mantra: Abracadabra. The eyes open. Visual reality appears. And the yogic state carries on, unshakable, into the day that is beginning. ✨
I let life give itself a massage, and I let life take care of itself.
I’m not really doing yoga anymore, it’s my whole life, the whole day, that has become yoga.
Suffering, everything that makes me feel bad, is only needs that are not being nourished.

A single word, brief and luminous, rang out at the end of the session — like an intimate confirmation of everything that had just been lived through:
“free!” — Shakti Anne
Just one word. And yet it holds everything: liberation in love, surrender to the inner yogi, sovereignty reclaimed over one’s own territory. 💫
