This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of October 8, 2026, a Thursday at dawn when the practice was shorter and more condensed, yet carried a particular intensity — that of a teaching which, in just a few sentences, reorganized our whole perception of life.
It is barely 5:46 a.m. when the first welcomes appear in the chat. ✨ The sound of a bell rises, and already something begins to settle. The in-breath grows long, and letting go takes hold, vertebra by vertebra. There you are, standing on your mat, blindfolded, not yet knowing that at the heart of this shorter session one of the most foundational realizations of Yoga Anatman is about to unfold: the Theory of the Creation of Reality. 🌱
But before getting there, there is the path. Hands rising, thumbs hooked behind, the inner masseur tending to the back of the neck, the cow and the cat, the dragon, the frog. And above all, this sentence slipped in like a secret: “yoga is between me and me”. 🕊️
The Mirror, the Echo, and the Video Game of Life
Have you ever wondered why some days seem to answer your every impulse, while others resist each step you take? 💫 This morning, Alexandre opened a door onto that question. A simple door, almost childlike, and yet dizzying.
Life does not happen to you. Life answers you. Every gesture, every word, every silence you offer is a signal sent into the great cosmic video game. And what comes back — emotions, sensations, encounters, echoes — is simply the reflection of what you have expressed, consciously or not. 🦋
So this morning, we learned to observe. No longer to endure, no longer to judge, but to watch the echoes with the tenderness of a child discovering a mirror.
The Morning Teaching
This Thursday, the teaching arrived by surprise, in the middle of a posture of surrender to life. Arms open wide, palms toward the sky. And suddenly, this sentence whispered like a cosmic secret: “Life, I love you”. 💖
Yet behind this very simple mantra lay an immense transmission: the Theory of the Creation of Reality. Alexandre named it so with a smile, the way you name something obvious that you have always known without ever putting it into words.
Here is the principle. You are in a video game. A sacred, cosmic, infinitely subtle video game. And in this game, you do not merely receive — you emit. Every word, every gesture, every action, every non-action is a signal sent into the fabric of the living. 🌟
And life answers you. It sends echoes back to you. These echoes take the form of emotions, bodily sensations, thoughts, encounters, synchronicities. Everything that happens to you is a return of what you have expressed. 🦋
“Everything I express today — not just my words, but my gestures, my actions, what I do as much as what I don’t do — all of it will create my reality.”
So how do we go about it? There is only one instruction, and it is sacred: observe. Observe the echoes without judgment. Observe what life understands of your expression. Observe how others react, how the universe responds. 🕊️
And at the heart of this observation, a decisive mantra: “I choose and I decide my life”. You are no longer the victim of circumstances. You are the conscious creator of your experience. And every morning, you can choose what you will send out into the world.
This Thursday’s morning elixir fits into a phrase heard at dawn: “thank you for this beautiful video game”. 🙏 A radical gratitude. A joyful acceptance. Not resignation, but a celebration of the game itself. Because if it is a game, then we can play it with love, with daring, with creativity.
Then comes the second layer of the teaching, the one that touches on identity. Alexandre reminds us that we are, at the origin, unidentified universal consciousness. Before the age of six months, before anyone told us our name, we were the whole. Then identification came — “your name is Sébastien” — and with it, separation, comparison, the wounds of the soul. 💫
“In our practice, we go into the absolute to take care of the relative.”
That is the key. Yoga is not an escape from the world. It is a dive into the Non-Self, into the absolute, so that we can return to the relative with more love, more consciousness, more presence. The absolute nourishes the relative. Silence nourishes speech. Surrender nourishes action. ✨
And so, throughout the day that is opening before you, you can remind yourself at every moment: I express, I observe the echoes, and I choose.
Realizations During Yoga Anatman
🎁 This 10-minute excerpt of the session's realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.
From the very first seconds, the sound of the bell cuts through the air and something settles within you. ✨ You breathe in, you breathe out, and you hear the instruction that will return like a common thread throughout the session: “I let go, I let go, I let go.” A gentle, almost hypnotic litany that asks nothing more of you than to stop holding on.
You feel the arches of your feet. Your feet taking root. Your jaws that you gently massage, your cheeks that you awaken. Then comes the first great stretch: hands rising, rising, rising, thumbs hooked behind, and this suspension — “I am suspended by my hands” — that draws the whole spine up toward the sky. 🌟
And then the first mantra falls into place, self-evident: “I surrender to my inner yogi”. You repeat it. The blindfold is over your eyes. There is nothing more to see, no outside gaze. There is only you and you. 🙏
“I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender.”
Then the descent, chest resting on the thighs, hands toward the floor, the right angle, complete release. The rise back up, vertebra by vertebra, millimeter by millimeter, in a consciousness of the body relearning its uprightness. You feel your feet clearly. You feel the earth. You are here. 🌿
Next comes the inner massage. The right arm rises, then the right hand comes down onto the back of the neck, the back of the skull, the cervical spine. And the mantra unfolds: “I surrender to my inner masseur”. Alexandre reminds you that tensions in the skull are often invisible, forgotten, buried. The inner masseur knows every one of them. You only have to let it do its work. 💞
And then, in a breath, another phrase joins in: “I surrender to peace”. Gratitude for being at peace. A deep release. As if the whole weight of the night were finally being laid down.
On the other side, the left arm rises, the body leans to the right, the heel lifts, in a slow dance in which the whole body stretches. Then the neck circles — “I have paint on my chin, I’m drawing a circle” — and laughter bubbles up in the chat as Isabelle and Valérie join the round. 🦋 Alexandre announces a summit meeting next week: Cathy, Isabelle and Valérie all together. The inner child is overjoyed. “It’s a summer camp for inner children.”
The circles change direction. Surrender to the cosmic clown sets in. Perhaps you are laughing too, behind your blindfold. And that is sacred. 💫
Then comes the territorial OM. Feet like roots, a bubble around you, your territory. The sound rises from the chest, vibrant, to train the throat chakra. The arms open wide, palms toward the sky, and you feel this sacred geometry: verticality and horizontality meeting exactly at the level of the heart chakra. 💖 As if by chance.
And then comes the heart of the morning teaching, the one that brings silent tears behind the blindfold. The Theory of the Creation of Reality. You are in a video game. You express — words, gestures, actions, and even what you don’t do — and the universe sends echoes back to you. You observe. You learn to read the signals.
“I choose and I decide my life. I express all that I am. And I observe the echoes.”
Alexandre insists: “Life, I love you. Thank you for this beautiful video game.” 🙏 And you understand, in your body, that life is not an ordeal to be endured but an active creation, a dance of echoes.
Hands on the lower back, in the posture of the Five Tibetans, you offer yourself a gesture of loving care. Then the rise back up. And a new, essential mantra: “I welcome all emotions, I welcome all the signals of the universe”. An emotion is an echo. A bodily sensation is an echo. A thought is an echo. 🌱
Then the great realization: you are unidentified universal consciousness. Just as before six months of age, before anyone told you your name, before you identified with this “thing”. You are the whole. And it is from this identification that all comparisons, all the wounds of the soul, are born. 🕊️
“In our practice, we go into the absolute to take care of the relative.”
Then the descent into the right angle, and this decisive reminder: “there is nothing to succeed at — it’s about what does this do to me?” Everything is within. Yoga is not a performance. It is an encounter. And one last mantra seals it all: “I release in love everything that would have me compare myself, everything that would have me succeed at something in yoga”. 💞
The pelvic hula hoop arrives like a celebration of the body. The circles grow wider, change direction, and Alexandre reminds you that after three months of practice the body changes — not to please, but to honor the temple. “I honor and celebrate my magnificent temple.” 🌟 And then the squats, the frog, the breath of fire warming the belly, and the cow, and the cat, in this ballet of opening and turning inward.
The dragon on the right, then on the left, hands aligned with the outer foot, three minutes of breath of fire. You feel the hips opening, the psoas releasing. And then belly against the mat, head turned to the side, and this total letting go: “on the out-breath, I disappear into the mat”. 🦋
The session closes in half lotus, with the sound of the bell once again, linked to the altered state of consciousness. An anchor. A signal so that later in the day, simply hearing a bell will be enough to find this presence again. ✨
