This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of November 6, 2026, guided by Alexandre Anatman, at the heart of the house of happiness.
A sound rises in the half-light of morning. A single breath in, long and full. Then everything settles ✨, like a feather finally coming to rest on the ground.
“I breathe in, I let go of everything.” These first words open the door. Behind it waits a state you may already know: a space where the mind falls silent and the body becomes an inhabited temple. This morning, Alexandre links sound to this altered state of consciousness, so that every future sound brings you back to it more quickly.
What follows is a journey. The body rises, stretches, trembles and laughs. The heart opens. Tears flow, welcomed with infinite gentleness 🤍. At the end of the path, a steaming cup of chai offers a revelation, as simple as dawn.
What springs forth before the gesture
Have you ever wondered where your desires are born? Where does that inner movement come from, the one that moves you to unroll your mat at dawn, to cook a meal for the people you love, to dream of a shared life?
This morning, the answer came through the breath. It fits in a single word, and that word holds everything: love. Before every intention, before every project, before every step, there is this silent source from which everything springs 💫.
Let yourself be guided. Close your eyes for a moment. Breathe. The veil is about to lift, posture after posture, mantra after mantra, until the birth of the phoenix.
The morning’s teaching
A warm cup between your hands. The spicy scent of chai, lovingly prepared by Amaya, rises to your face. Back straight, head upright, the blindfold still resting over your eyes. This is the elixir part, the beating heart of every morning ☕.
Alexandre reminds us: this practice is a journey to visit the inner world, to explore it, and even to change it. Why? Because it is the inside that creates the outside. Each person offers their own sound, then blows gently across the surface of the cup. This is the initiation of the sacred breath 🕊️.
The video game controller
First realization: the physical body is the joystick, the controller for this great video game we call life. This body can command through the sacred word. It can also communicate, express itself, through the sacred breath.
And it is the intention born of the heart, born of being, that brings forth the sacred. Its opposite? The relative identity lodged in the head, in the mind. The sacred is the moment when consciousness, presence, the soul, being itself express themselves fully.
Tears flow in the room 🤍. “Let the tears come,” Alexandre whispers. Each tear is welcomed like an offering.
You already have everything
Second realization, immense in its simplicity: in this video game, you have by nature absolutely everything you need to live, to be, to build your life. At every moment. Your body, your health, your joy, and above all this infinite love that each of us carries somewhere inside.
From this raw material, you can build, craft, manifest, embody your projects, your desires, your intentions 🌱.
The first pillar: intention
Here we are at pillar number one of the TCR, the Theory of the Creation of Reality: the pillar of intention. Everything begins with an intention. And intention itself springs from love.
“Before intention, there is love, the source of everything; that is where everything springs from.”
The examples flow like a river. Love for your body creates the intention to do yoga every morning. Love for health creates the intention to move, to eat well. Love for who you are creates the intention to awaken. Love for others creates beautiful relationships, perhaps a partnership. Love for the We gives birth to ecovillages, to the longing to live together 💞.
The more love grows in you, the more beautiful intentions spring from emptiness, from unity. With great tenderness, Alexandre also speaks of those who have cut themselves off from their hearts after childhood trauma: intentions dwindle, and the meaning of life seems to fade away. That is the other end of the scale. And the way back exists: opening the heart makes life thrilling, fabulous, magnificent, wonderful 🌅.
Making space for love
You have the power to create space within you to welcome love, to be love. For love is what underlies the universe. It is infinite, ethereal, it is everything. And it is precisely the relative identity, the creation of the “me” in the game, that makes it possible to embody, to manifest, to live every form of love in this body.
That is the beauty of the Non-Self: the absolute plays the game of form in order to taste love in all its flavors.
The elixir of rebirth
Then comes this morning’s magic elixir: an elixir of rebirth. Starting over from scratch, from what you are. “I am now. I am what I want to be. I start again from 0. I am the phoenix.” Dying and being reborn, every morning 🦋.
And you can share this infinite freedom with all your other lives, your parallel lives, in real time. Create a system of intercommunication between them. Share your ideas with all your lives.
The session closes in a shower of gratitude: for the house of happiness, for the ecovillage, for the We, and even for Isabelle’s cauliflower gratin, Maya’s soup, Kevin’s cookies and tarts, Alexi’s banana cakes and pizzas, Lilith’s chocolate mousse. The sacred also dwells in a shared plate 🙏.
Realizations during Yoga Anatman
🎁 This 10-minute excerpt of the session’s realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.
Everything begins with an individual sound. Each person their own. Then the first mantra, the one that opens every door: “I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender.” Breathe in. And the body lets go of everything, surrenders, gently dissolves into presence ✨.
Standing, the blindfold ready over your eyes, you first massage your jaw, where so many silent tensions hide. Your feet are pressed firmly into the ground. You press at the hinge of the jaw, you listen to what the body is telling you.
Suspended by the hands
Then the arms rise. You are planted like a tree, and you suspend yourself by the hands, in upward salute mountain pose (Urdhva Hastasana — stretches the entire back chain). “I rise, I rise, I rise.” The lower back lengthens. The shoulders awaken. You engage your calves, thighs, glutes and abs, and the body becomes a column of light 🌟.
The shoulders start to burn. The gaze rests on a single point. Alexandre expresses his gratitude for the sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and for the last three months of accumulated practice. Each morning adds to the one before, like pearls on a string.
The blindfold goes on. You gently stretch backward, face turned toward the sky (gentle Anuvittasana — opens the throat and the back of the neck). The neck lengthens, the spine stretches. Then your hands clasp behind your back and you fold down, head toward the floor, hands toward the sky (Baddha Hasta Uttanasana — opens the shoulders and stretches the hamstrings). The shoulder blades open like wings.
Your hands touch the floor, you push, you straighten your legs (Uttanasana — stretches the back of the body). Then the right angle, hands on the knees (Ardha Uttanasana — long, extended back). As you exhale, you let go of everything and simply feel the backs of your legs speaking to you.
Welcoming sensations
The right arm rises in a beautiful vertical line, then you lean to the left in an arc (Parsva Urdhva Hastasana — side stretch of the torso). Then comes a gesture of great tenderness: massaging the neck and the back of the head, in circles with the thumb, with this delightful mantra: “I surrender to the inner masseur, I surrender.”
On the other side, a second mantra settles into the whole body: “I welcome all the sensations of the body, I welcome, I am in the body.” Here is the first secret of the morning 🌿. Being in the body, fully, rather than in the head.
Then chin circles, in two stages. First the head alone, torso upright, “like a rolling marble” (Griva Sanchalana — neck mobility). Then the whole body follows the chin in wide circles, until the hands brush the floor. Lower back, abs, obliques: everything wakes up. “It’s a great posture for working the whole body,” Alexandre says with a smile. Each at their own pace.
The phoenix is reborn
A grounding into the earth through the feet, like roots (Tadasana — rootedness and stability). Then the arms open into a cross: a vertical suspension, a horizontal pull. The head tilts slightly back. And this is where the session tips over into the sacred 💫.
“To life, I love you. To the video games of life, I love you.” Then the great mantra of reconciliation, the one that sets you free: “I am sorry. Forgive me. I forgive you everything and I forgive myself everything. All is forgiven.”
“I start again from 0 now. I am reborn now. I am the phoenix.”
Your hands rest on your lower back to send love there, a true act of care. The head goes back, in the Five Tibetans posture (Anuvittasana — opens the heart and the rib cage). Thighs, glutes and abs are engaged. Breathe in through the nose, out through the mouth. And this reassuring mantra: “I am safe.” You return to upright very slowly, welcoming every emotion 🤍.
The pelvis dances, the frog burns
Another right angle, another forward fold. Then the hula hoop: the pelvis draws circles, feet firmly planted in the earth, the arches of the feet awake. “I listen to the body. Everyone goes at their own pace.” The knees soften, the movement stays gentle and fluid.
Then comes the frog, three minutes, back straight, head upright, gaze ahead, with the breath of fire 🔥. After that, total freedom: your favorite posture, more frog, or push-ups to strengthen the muscles. The body heats up, the breath intensifies.
And here is a precious realization: physical effort helps you surrender more easily. “If I’m a little tired, all the better for letting go even more easily.” Lying down, you fill your lungs to the maximum, then you experience letting go, release, total surrender.
Laughter, our deep nature
On your back, hands stretched overhead, you pull, you press through your heels, you lengthen the spine (Supta Tadasana — full lengthening of the spine). And you welcome the Kundalini. If laughter comes, let it laugh.
“It is extreme relaxation that gives rise to laughter. My deep nature is to be laughter, to be joy and peace, and also to be ecstasy and euphoria.”
The right leg rises to the perpendicular (Supta Padangusthasana — deep hamstring stretch). The lower back stays pressed to the floor, the neck relaxed, only the forearms pull. The trembling arrives. And it is welcomed: “I surrender to the trembling.” The heart opens 💖. “I love you, I am love.” Then the left leg, with the same gentleness.
Mantras to the physical body
This is the moment for a declaration of love to your own body: “To my physical body, I love you, I take care of you every day.” Then the reconciliation: “I am sorry. Forgive me. I start again from 0 and I take care of you.”
Gratitude for sharing joys together. Gratitude for being together. “I release in love everything that would have me live in my head. I live in my body. I honor and celebrate my body.” Then: “I allow myself to love. I allow myself to be loved.”
Then comes a courageous release 🌱: “I release in love everything that makes me smoke. I release in love all the toxic substances I have put into my body.” With the grace of Mary, the body purifies itself. “I surrender to the Kundalini, the life energy. I let it cleanse me.”
And ancient figures awaken within you: “I find the healer in me again. I find the shaman in me again.” Gratitude to this body that purifies itself. “I transform, I alchemize everything, I transmute my body.” You welcome all of Mary’s light, peace, the Christic energies 🕊️.
The toes, roots of balance
Your knees come up toward your chest and you pull on your little toes (Apanasana — releases the lower back). Energy flows through the whole body. The toes matter enormously for walking barefoot and finding balance. With humor and depth: “I release in love everything that wants me to walk in shoes.” Then the legs rise toward the sky, the hands catch the big toes (Ananda Balasana — opens the hips). “I reconnect with the yogini, the yogi.”
And then everything lets go. Silence settles in, inhabited. “It is all of life that will live through this body. Without programs, without a mini-identity. It is life, the absolute.” A question hangs in the air: what does it feel like to you, living the absolute?
The answer arrives on its own: when the thoughts fall silent, there is peace. Just a presence that welcomes everything. Loving awareness. Loving presence. Welcoming presence 🙏.
Conscious walking: living from the pelvis
After the elixir, it’s time for integration. Eyes still closed, you roll up your mat, learning to do so many things without sight. Then you press yourself against a window: shoulder blades, glutes and head aligned, suspended from the crown of the head. “Memorize it.” Feel this verticality, then walk with it.
All your awareness descends into your bare feet: the changing temperature, the texture of the floor, your balance. Hugs spring up from chance encounters. Walking backward offers “deliciously pleasurable” stretches, precisely because it is so unusual.
And here is a great revelation of the morning: consciousness also dwells in the pelvis. The impression of living in the head simply comes from the fact that the eyes, ears, nose and mouth are located there. In truth, consciousness is just as much in the pelvis as in the eyes. “I live from the pelvis. I feel from the pelvis.” Then: “I am in my feet.” A balance system watches over you at every moment, and the more you practice, the more fluid it becomes 🌿.
On three, the eyes open. Visual reality is added, and the presence in the feet remains intact. It observes. It walks all by itself. It stays grounded, because presence permanently inhabits the feet. So you let the soul, being itself, live a beautiful day. With an invitation: thirty minutes of conscious walking in nature today 🌅.
