This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of October 28, 2026, a morning when together we explored the power of creating space, of welcoming every emotion, and of revisiting our unfinished adolescences.
There are mornings when the mat becomes a threshold 🌅. A fragile, intimate threshold, where the breath comes to say what words are still searching for. That morning, Alexandre opened the session with a bell, and then with a sentence that sounds like a key: “I surrender to my inner yogi”.
And already, something settles. The feet find the ground. The hands rise. A warmth climbs through the thighs, the glutes, the calves. We are alive, he tells us. And that’s a good sign.
This morning, Shakti Anne is listening from her bed, 💞 feverish but present. And perhaps that is the sacredness of Anatman: being here, even fragile, even imperfect, even trembling.
The Doorway to Inner Space 🕊️
What if everything, absolutely everything in your life, began with a space to be created within you? That is the question the session asked, gently, without ever forcing it.
Not a space to conquer. Not a territory to defend. A space that creates itself, like a breath, like a deep inhalation between two thoughts. A space where consciousness can at last look at what is, without judging, without running away.
That is what we realized together this morning. And that is what I’d like to share with you now, scene by scene, breath by breath. ✨
The Morning’s Teaching
There are mornings when a simple sentence comes to set everything back in order. That morning, it was: “I create space”. Three words. And yet, a whole cosmos. ✨
This morning Alexandre offered us a central teaching, laid down like a quiet self-evidence: my greatest power is to create space. Not to conquer. Not to control. To create. Within me first. And because the outer world is a projection of the inner one, this inner space becomes the canvas of my whole life.
And the morning’s elixir sealed this realization. An elixir of creation, he told us. To align fully. To see, to feel, to embody that I can create whatever I want. 🍵
But be careful, there is a precise mechanism at work. Space isn’t created from within space. It is created from the non-localized. From what you are beyond the body, beyond the mind, beyond the ego. From the absolute, from the Non-Self.
“If I am in space, I cannot create space. But if I am in the non-localized, I can create as much space as I want.”
And that is where the elixir takes on its full meaning. It isn’t a drink. It is a ritual of shifting, a passage, a bridge to that non-localized place within you. Every sip, informed by the mantras, by sound, by gratitude, becomes a seed of space. 💫
And then the teaching unfolded like a cascade: I create my identity. I create my life. I create a body in full health, joy, love, laughter, balanced relationships. I create a love story. I create work I enjoy. I even create, why not, an apple pie.
Because everything, absolutely everything, begins with an inner permission. “If I believe I can’t, I can’t. If I believe I can, I can.” It’s technical. It is the self that creates the space. And the absolute that manifests it. 🌱
And then this last, overwhelming realization: we came here to create. It is our deepest nature. Animals create little. Human beings carry this unique capacity to generate space, to imagine, to manifest. So the question becomes simple: what have I created so far? And what am I going to create now? 🦋
Realizations during Yoga Anatman
🎁 This 10-minute excerpt of the session’s realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.
It all began with a suspension. The arms rise, and rise, and rise — and a voice invites us to dare to stay there, in the stretch, in the delicious discomfort of the lower back lengthening. 🌱
And then the first mantra falls like a seed: “I release in love everything that keeps me from being here and now”. Do you hear it? Not get rid of. Not fight. Release in love. It is a whole art, a whole path.
The thighs warm up, the calves tremble, the abs contract. The plank. Grounding. And already the shoulders stretch, the neck unfolds, the shoulder blades come unstuck. 💫
“In other words, you are alive.”
That little warmth rising, that vibration in the legs, isn’t effort. It is proof. Proof that the body responds, that life is flowing, that you are here.
Then comes the forward fold, the right angle, the hands reaching down to the floor, knees bent if needed. And the mantra returns: “I release in love all thoughts, everything that keeps me from being here now”. 🙏
And then, suddenly, the posture of surrender. Arms spread wide. And these words resounding like an intimate prayer:
“Life, I love you. Gratitude, I surrender to you. Show me what you are.”
Do you feel that opening? It is alignment with the best scenario. It is choosing life rather than enduring it. It is saying yes to the mystery.
Then Alexandre guides us into an energy healing of the lower back, hands resting there, sending softness, offering love and tenderness to this area that so often carries our most archaic fears. The head tips back, the thighs hold firm, inner strength supports the stretch. 🌿
Then the hula-hoop of the pelvis — to the left, forward, to the right, back — unlocking the center, awakening creativity, telling the body: you can move, you can sway, you can exist in roundness.
And the squatting frog, hands in Namaste, breath of fire, each at their own pace. The fire that cleanses. The fire that purifies. The fire that prepares the ceremony. 🔥
The Elixir and the Great Teaching of Welcome 🍵
And then comes the sacred moment. The elixir of the day. Cups held between the hands like little suns. Each person’s own sound vibrating in the water, informing it, bringing it to life.
The mantras arrive one by one, like pearls on a string: “I am consciousness”. “I remember what I am.” “I welcome all emotions.” “I dare to fully live all that I am.”
And there, the great realization of the morning emerges: we are going to evolve within our zones of discomfort. Not by avoiding them. Not by going around them. By going to look at them, gently, with courage. 💖
“If there is a zone of discomfort, it means there is something to go and look at. What is uncomfortable in me? What is not being welcomed?”
Can you hear the inner revolution this carries? Discomfort is no longer an enemy. It is a messenger. A bright signal pointing to a door waiting to be opened.
Then Alexandre unfolds the central teaching: “I am infinite welcome”. And he clarifies, with rare finesse, that this isn’t about accepting anything and everything from others. It is a stance rooted in the absolute. An inner capacity to welcome everything before deciding, before reacting.
First step: what does this do to me? That step so often short-circuited, skipped over, fled from. The step without which our programs take over and rob us of consciousness. ✨
And that is when the pivotal mantra dropped in, self-evident: “I create space”. Say it with me. Feel it. I create space.
“My greatest power is to create space.”
Space for silence. Space for the other. Space for my healings. Space for my creativity. Space for a love story. Space for work I enjoy. Space even for an apple pie 🥧.
Because everything starts there: an inner permission. If I don’t have this space within me, nothing can manifest outside. It’s technical, Alexandre tells us. This is how consciousness creates the universe.
Cow, Cat, Dragons and Coming Back to the Body 🐉
Then the body takes its place again. Cow and cat alternate, the lower back stretches then rounds, the belly empties, the breath flows. The shoulders unknot. 🌊
The dragons, on the right and then on the left, open the hips, stretch the psoas, kindle the inner fire. Breath of fire that pulses, that cleanses, that embodies.
And finally, lying on the back, gentle stretches, the legs rising one by one with the strap. And there another teaching emerges, overwhelming in its simplicity: creating your adolescence now, even long afterwards. 🦋
“It’s never too late. I’m only just beginning.”
The inner adolescent who sets their boundaries, who defines their territory, who creates their sovereignty. The adolescent who says: I’m 20, even if the body is 60. Who allows themselves sensuality, laughter, boldness, the exceptional.
And the bridge, pelvis lifted, third chakra activated, power and strength rising: “I have the right to live”. “I decide to live.” “I am magnificent.” “I am irresistible.” Anatman’s own Coué method, cellular reprogramming through mantra. 💞
And then this infinite gratitude, at the end, to Flavia, always present in our hearts, eternally. 🕊️
