This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of October 27, 2026, a morning when something rare happened — a brand-new realization, the 4,400th since the adventure began.
There are mornings when you step onto your mat thinking you’re simply going to practice. And then, somewhere in a breath, a stretch, an unexpected burst of laughter, something tips over 🌅. October 27 was one of those mornings.
For some, it was their very first time in person. Emotion hung in the room like a subtle fragrance. “Let the tears come,” the voice murmured. And the tears flowed, gentle and freeing, before the body had even begun to move 💞.
There was something in the air that morning. A particular quality of presence. As if the veil were thinner than usual.
When the “I” turns out to be only an idea
Can you imagine, just for a moment, that what you have always called “me” is only an idea? An elegant construction, practical, useful — but an idea all the same?
That is precisely the brand-new realization that swept through this morning’s session. Not a theory. Not an intellectual concept. A lived certainty, in the flesh, in the breath, in that strange silence that follows the collapse of a belief 🦋.
What if the Non-Self were not an absence, but an immense freedom? Follow me through the winding paths of this special morning. You’ll see — something wants to speak through these words.
The morning’s teaching
There are mornings when a sentence rises out of nowhere and gently cracks the invisible edifice of our certainties. On October 27, that sentence was: “The I is an idea.”
Alexandre announces it with an almost childlike simplicity. “There’s a realization this morning — the first time for this one, actually. We’re at 4,400. The idea that the I, that I is actually an idea.” ✨
Can you feel what that stirs up? For a whole lifetime, we have built a “me.” We have named it, decorated it, defended it, wounded it, comforted it. We believed it was real. Solid. Permanent. And then one morning, in the silence of the mat, someone whispers that this “me” is an idea. Practical. Well designed. But an idea 🦋.
Then comes the central moment: the morning elixir. Everyone holds their cup of chai, green tea, or herbal tea. This is no ordinary drink. It is an energetic vessel, a receptacle for intentions. Alexandre explains with that simple depth of his: “A mantra is a sound, a sacred word, an expression that will bring order to matter and command the coders of reality.”
“Since everything is energy, we inform our cup and this drink with our intentions.”
The chai then becomes an elixir of love. Infused with forgiveness, with gratitude, with love. Each sip taken consciously becomes a communion with oneself, a physical absorption of what we choose to be 💞.
And the teaching goes deeper still: “My body is my joystick.” In the cosmic video game that is reality, the body is not a prison. It is the interface. The sovereign tool that lets us feel, act, create. Pain, pleasure, emotions — all of it is feedback. Precious information.
Then comes the transformative mantra: “I take command of my life. I’m becoming the system administrator now.” 🌟
What if this morning were the beginning of a new way of inhabiting your life? No longer enduring. But commanding. No longer believing yourself limited by a narrow “I.” But realizing that beyond this practical idea lies pure consciousness — infinite, free, the creator of everything 🙏.
Realizations during Yoga Anatman
🎁 This 10-minute excerpt of the session’s realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.
It all begins seated. Eyes closed. A deep sound, like a bell from somewhere else, opens the sacred space ✨. “I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender.” This mantra, gently repeated, lays the first stone of an invisible edifice: that of total letting go.
Then comes verticality. The arms rise, and rise, and rise. The spine lengthens like a tree growing toward the light. We rise onto our tiptoes, contract the calves, the thighs, the glutes. And suddenly, a strange sensation: being suspended. Suspended by the hands, by the head, by an invisible thread that ties us to the sky 🌟.
The question, gently asked: “What does this do to me?” Asked again and again, this question becomes the common thread of the whole session. Not “what should I do?” but “what is happening in me, right now?”
“Just feel. The question is: what does this do to me?”
The side-stretching postures come next — the right arm rising, the body leaning to the left, the shoulder blade stretching. Then the inner masseur, that wonderful Anatmanian metaphor: the thumb pressing firmly into the nape of the neck, the skull, the trapezius muscles. “I surrender to my inner masseur, I surrender.” And Alexandre points out, with that knowing tenderness: this yoga is specially designed for computer people, for everyone who spends their days in front of a screen 💫.
Then comes a deeply moving moment: the mantras to life. “Life, I love you. I’m in love with you. I love you. I’m sorry. Forgive me. I forgive you everything. And I forgive myself everything.” These words are not recited phrases. They are offerings. Doors swinging open 🕊️. Many people weep. Softly. Tenderly.
“Gratitude for being alive. I love you, I surrender to you.”
Then the pelvic hula hoop — that circular dance that wakes up the obliques, the abs, the hips. The pelvis turns and turns, drawing wider and wider circles. “I surrender to my inner yogi.” The body becomes fluid, alive, sovereign.
Next comes the frog, squatting, with the breath of fire. Three intense minutes of air being pushed out through the nose, again and again. For some, push-ups take over — that slightly athletic moment that builds courage and strength, a little more each day.
And then, the moment of mantras with the elixir. One of the high points of the session 🌿. Everyone holds their cup of chai, herbal tea, or green tea. And the mantras rain down, one after another, like a shower of blessings: “In love, I release everything that keeps me from existing. In love, I release everything that keeps me from opening my heart. In love, I release everything that keeps me from creating my reality.”
Alexandre then shares an essential realization: My body is my joystick. We are in a cosmic video game, and this body we inhabit is the controller that lets us interact with reality. “I take command of my life. I take the controls.” ✨
“If it burps, it burps. If it yawns, it yawns. If it cries, it cries. If it laughs, it laughs.”
Then comes the lying-down posture, with the strap. The right leg rises, perpendicular, held by the strap. The forearms pull. The neck stays relaxed. And there, something extraordinary happens: Kundalini rising. Laughter. Trembling. Unexpected ecstasy. “I combine laughter and stretching, I combine.” 🦋
Alexandre then guides a cascade of joyful, liberating, almost crazy mantras: “I am not standard. I am original. I am special. I welcome. I am weird. I am strange. I am mysterious. Unpredictable. I am what does not yet exist. I am new and brand new.” The body laughs. The heart laughs. Even the silence laughs 💖.
The toe stretch follows — subtle work on the acupuncture meridians. One by one, each toe is pulled, stretched, honored. “Here, we take care of everything, even the toes.” That sentence sums up the whole ethic of Yoga Anatman: nothing is too small to be loved.
“Gratitude for having created a we, gratitude. Gratitude for having created a tribe, gratitude.”
And then comes THE realization of the day. The 4,400th. The one that had never come before. In the stillness of lying down, Alexandre murmurs: “The I disappears. It can disappear easily because it never really existed. It’s a construction, an idea.” 🤍
Can you feel the gentle vertigo of that sentence? The I is an idea. Not a person. Not a substance. Not a solid soul. An idea, among other ideas. Very practical, granted. But an idea all the same.
The session ends with the raised-pelvis posture, arms stretched back, muscles engaged, the power of life embodied. And this playful, superb mantra: “It’s time for nothing.” It’s now. It’s golden. It’s golden to wake up 🌅. The Shaktipat initiations then follow, in private mode — those age-old transmissions from India, adapted by Alexandre, which blend dialogue with the Self, clairvoyance and energetic transmission.

Voices from the We
A collective heart, beating
From the very first moments, the tribe wove itself together in the chat with touching tenderness. Préma opened the dance with a declaration that captures the whole spirit of this session:
“Hi 😊 I love Us ❤️🔥🎊🙏” — Préma
Then the greetings blossomed like so many little lights, each one carrying its own emotional signature:
- “good morning gratitude” — Francis
- “Good morning everyone” — Valérie
- “Hi 🙏💜” — Sandrine
A presence beyond distance
Typhaine, though physically far away, sent words that speak this Anatmanian truth: love knows no geography 💞.
“Good morning everyone. I love you from where I am 🥰” — Typhaine d’Amour
“Love, my friends” — Typhaine d’Amour
Gratitude as the grand finale
At the end of the session, gratitude poured out in a cascade, carried by the whole tribe:
- “Gratitude I love you have a beautiful day everyone 💜💜💜🙏” — Sandrine
- “Gratitude!! I love you all!!!” — Cécile
- “gratitude” — Francis
- “Thank you so much, have a good day everyone, I love you” — Valérie
- “hugs and kisses” — Rafaël
- “Gratitude thank you ❤️🔥🎊” — Préma
And Maryamchristi and Isabelle, relayed by Alexandre from YouTube, offered their lotuses, their sacred candles and their gratitude 🪷. A living, pulsing, very real we — far more real, perhaps, than the idea of the “I” that crumbled away this morning ✨.
