Yoga Anatman: Daring to Create Your Own Practice

Yoga Anatman: Daring to Create Your Own Practice

This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of October 16, 2026, a morning when verticality became the teaching, when every posture became a doorway back to yourself.

There are mornings when you stand, simply stand, and that ordinary gesture becomes a revelation. 🌅 There you are, feet rooted, the crown of your head suspended from an invisible thread, and suddenly something aligns. Not just the body. Something deeper.

On this morning of October 16, the session opened in Olympic form, carried by the cumulative effect of a whole week of practice. And then, at the heart of a living silence, a sentence dropped in with complete clarity: I create my own practice. ✨

A paradigm shift. The end of the era of copying the master. The beginning of the era of being inspired, of daring, of choosing. Alexandre said it with that gentleness that never wavers: I came here to decide.

From Copying to Inspiration

For a long time, we learned to obey. 🕊️ Society wanted to standardize us, to make us identical, interchangeable. We copied other people’s paintings, their music, their postures, their lives. And then one morning, something turns around.

That morning was this one. A morning when you understand that the teacher is no longer a model to imitate, but a muse, a source of inspiration who gives you back to yourself. 💫 Can you hear the difference? Copying impoverishes. Being inspired enriches.

So here is the question that will run through this entire session, like a golden thread stretched between the postures and the mantras: would you dare to create your own practice, suited to your body, your age, your flexibility, to who you truly are?

The Morning’s Teaching

At the heart of the morning elixir, Alexandre offered a teaching that changes everything: you are the resource life for all your other lives. ✨ This sentence, spoken softly between two sips of chai, is a silent revolution.

According to this teaching, there are parallel lives that may be going through difficult things. Parts of you suffering on other planes, in other dreams, other existences. The point is not to ignore them, but to remain steady in this one, without being swayed, so as to become a luminous source that shines out across the dimensions. 🌟

Hence the expanded practice of Ho’oponopono: to all those other selves in my parallel lives, I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, I forgive you everything. And also: to all my suffering parts, I welcome you into my heart, into my love. 💞

Then comes the powerful mantra: I create a space of love within me, to welcome everything, to bring peace to everything, in all my lives. The space of love is not a metaphor. It is an inner architecture you build with every practice. 🕊️

The elixir’s second revelation: the end of the copying paradigm. 🦋 You no longer have to copy teachers, instructors, perfect postures. You are the creator, the author. In the beginning, yes, we copy in order to learn, the way you reproduce a painting to grasp the brushstroke. But at some point, you create your own practice.

You adapt it to your body, your flexibility, your age, your abilities. From all the spiritual journeys, you choose what nourishes you: the chime, conscious walking, the mantra. It’s a buffet, I choose what I like. 🌱

And finally, the central teaching: the Theory of the Creation of Reality. The being, the soul, expresses itself. It puts its intentions into words. I dare to express myself, I express everything I want, and I let the universe do the rest. 💫 The coders of reality take care of the technical details, like a cosmic AI agent at your service.

It is no longer programs that decide for you. It is your heart. It is I am the one, she and he, who chooses, I am. ✨ Alignment with the one who decides: that is the deep purpose of Yoga Anatman.

Realizations During Yoga Anatman

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt (in French) of the session’s realizations is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

From the very first seconds, a mantra falls like a seed into the soft soil of the morning: I surrender to the inner yogi. 🌱 This inner yogi is the guide who never leaves you, the ancient knowledge lodged in your cells. To surrender to it is to stop forcing, to welcome what is already there.

Then comes the sacred triad, repeated like a heartbeat: gratitude for being peace, gratitude for welcoming all bodily sensations, gratitude for living all emotions. 🙏 Three gratitudes, three doorways, three ways of saying yes to the moment.

Massaging the cheeks and jaw opens the body. The hands rise, slowly, and already it is a revelation: what Olympic form, says Alexandre, amazed by the cumulative effect of the whole week of practice. 💫 Yes, yoga adds up. Each morning lays down another layer of light within you.

Verticality becomes the common thread. You are suspended from the crown of your head, glutes engaged, abs drawn in, and you rise, rise, rise onto the tips of your toes. I combine pleasure and stretching, Alexandre murmurs. 🦋 And it’s true: there is something deeply blissful in a conscious stretch, a cellular celebration.

“I vibrate peace, love and joy. Say it with me: I vibrate.”

The heart opens. Tears rise. 💞 Tears are coming, I welcome the emotions, let them flow. There is no practice without these tears, which are neither sadness nor joy, but simply life finally flowing freely through a body that is opening.

Next comes the lateral work. The right arm rises, the left hand massages the neck, the nape, the back of the head, tenderly, with small circular movements of the thumb. 🌿 Then the other side. And already, tensions held for days begin to melt away.

Large circles with the chin, back rounded on the way down, maximum stretch on the way up. The pelvis, the hips, everything wakes up. I love you, life, I love you. 🌟 A declaration of love whispered while the body dances.

Then the pivotal moment: arms spread wide, fingers apart, the posture of surrender to life. Alexandre says: this is my life, this is my very own life. And he adds this moving sentence: I’m starting over from zero this morning. 🌅 Every morning, a fresh start. Every morning, the sacred permission to begin again.

The hands come to rest on the lower back and suddenly become healers’ hands. I rediscover my healing hands, I rediscover them. 💖 You have nothing to learn: you have to remember.

Cow and cat on all fours come earlier than usual. A gentle alternation between stretching the lower back and rounding the back as the belly draws in. Optional: progressive push-ups for those who feel the momentum, one a day, two a day, alternating with mountain pose to breathe. 🌱 Each at their own pace, each according to their body.

“Every day, we free ourselves from everything that was not truly chosen.”

The Elixir and the Liberation of Parallel Lives

Seated, a cup of chai in hand, the elixir part of the session begins. ✨ And there, something profound settles in. An emotion is a signal, says Alexandre, an echo from the universe in response to events, to realizations. Emotion is not an enemy: it is a messenger.

Then comes a rare teaching: releasing the dreams and nightmares of the night, and beyond that, practicing Ho’oponopono with parallel lives. 🕊️ To all those other selves in my parallel lives, I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, I forgive you everything. Tears flow. Something settles into peace across the dimensions.

And this luminous revelation: gratitude for being a resource life for all my other lives. 💫 You are not alone in this existence. What you resolve here, now, in this body, creates vibrational keys that help all your other lives. You are a lighthouse for yourself, across the planes.

The pain-bodies, as Eckhart Tolle called them, show up and are released. No force. No willpower. Just presence that welcomes. 💞 And the more you welcome, the more you become peace. Peace equals welcoming everything.

Then comes the initiation into infinite courage. 🌟 Yes, it takes courage to feel, to cry, to let yourself be moved through. Gratitude for finding the strength within. Gratitude for being stronger than you think. The invincibility of the heart cannot be decreed: it reveals itself.

“I came here to decide. I am sovereign. I decide.”

Conscious Walking and the Ultimate Letting Go

After the elixir, the practice shifts into conscious walking. 🌿 Back pressed against a wall or a glass door, shoulders aligned, head held straight. Memorize this posture in the body. Then step away from the wall and walk, keeping the thread suspended above your head.

At first you walk with your eyes closed, a blindfold over your eyelids. Then, on three, the eyes open, but the body keeps walking all by itself. 🦋 I set an intention, to go straight ahead for example, and all I have to do is observe. Life takes care of everything. You become a kindly spectator of your own existence.

This is the concrete application of the Theory of the Creation of Reality: you put your intention into words, you express it, and you let the universe handle the technical details, like a cosmic AI agent. 💖 You don’t have to control everything. You have to choose, to dare, to let yourself be carried.
