Yoga Anatman: Set the Intention and Let the Coders of Reality Do the Rest

Yoga Anatman: Set the Intention and Let the Coders of Reality Do the Rest

This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of October 15, 2026, a morning suspended between the verticality of the body and the sheer gift of laughter.

There are mornings when the mat becomes a portal. ✨ You arrive with eyes still misty, your back heavy with the night’s dreams, and then — in three breaths — everything shifts. The sound of the bell. The silence. The presence.

That morning, many of us gathered around the breath: Valérie, Cathy, Isabelle, François, Guillaume, Alexis, Lilit, Prema, Bernard, Francis, MaHA, Marie-Noël, Sandrine… 🌿 Each in our own home, and yet together, woven by the same vibration.

And at the heart of the practice, one sentence rose up as something self-evident. A sentence that could change everything about the way you inhabit your life. 🦋

The Secret of the Coders of Reality

Imagine for a moment that you no longer had anything to force. That your only role was to set the intention, and that the universe — or what we call here the “coders of reality” — took care of all the rest. 💫

Too good to be true? And yet that is exactly what is lived in the altered state of consciousness this yoga brings about. A kind of radical trust in what is.

This morning, the teaching revolved around that very door. How do you cross the threshold? How do you dare to let go of the mind’s machinery and let being act? Follow me, I’ll take you there. 🙏

The Morning’s Teaching

In this session there was a moment when everything condensed into a single sentence. A moment when Alexandre, standing in the middle of the conscious walk, let fall these words that changed the whole atmosphere:

“All you have to do is give the initial intention, and everything happens by itself.”

You read that right. Everything happens by itself. ✨ Not everything is forced. Not everything is controlled. Not everything wears itself out. Everything happens, in the grammar of the middle voice, the grammar of letting be.

The Coders of Reality

Alexandre named these invisible forces the “coders of reality”. 💫 It’s a powerful image. Imagine that reality is a vast program — not cold and mechanical, but alive, loving, attentive. Every time you set a clear intention, the coders get to work. They orchestrate the encounters, the synchronicities, the openings.

Your role? Set the intention. Then welcome. 🌱 No longer step in with the anxious mind that wants to control everything, anticipate everything, earn everything.

The Elixir, Living Matrix of Intention

That is why the elixir ceremony took on such depth this morning. ☕ Preparing a hot drink, infusing it with mantras, drinking it consciously — this is programming the day. It is inscribing the day’s intention into the body, into the water, into every cell.

Alexandre offered several mantras to pour into the elixir: “With love, I release everything that keeps me from being here and now”, “I choose peace, joy and love”, “I am loved, I accept being loved, I deserve to be loved, I love being loved, I am love.” 💞

Each sip then becomes a consecration. The elixir is not just a drink — it is a living matrix in which intention takes shape.

Three Concrete Examples

Alexandre was very clear, very down to earth. Three examples:

👉 Bringing a sweetheart into your life. You set the intention. You don’t badger the dating apps. You don’t force anything. The coders take care of everything.

👉 Creating a professional activity. You set a clear intention for the work that truly reflects who you are. Then you welcome the signs, the encounters, the opportunities.

👉 Selling a house. You send out the intention. You express it. And the coders of reality bring along the right buyer.

A Word of Warning — the Addictive Side of the Practice

But Alexandre also slipped in a precious warning. 🕊️ There is an addictive side to this practice. When there’s nothing left in your head, it’s so restful that everything runs by itself. But since there’s no one left, there’s also no one left to stop.

Hence the need to bring the identity back at the end of the session. To stay functional in the world. To honor both dimensions: the meditative Non-Self AND the embodied I who lives their life, keeps their appointments, loves their friends. 🌟

This is the subtle balance of the contemporary yogi: being non-localized in consciousness, and fully present in everyday life.

Realizations During Yoga Anatman

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt (in French) from the session’s realizations is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

Everything begins with the feet. Always. 🌱 The invitation is simple: breathe in, feel the arch of the foot, and let yourself be suspended from the crown of your head like a cosmic puppet tied to the sky. This morning, Alexandre recalled yesterday’s body memory — back against the wall, perfect verticality — and asked us to summon it, here, now.

The hands rise. The arms rise. The lower back stretches and something is already laughing. “The bliss of stretching first thing in the morning,” breathes the voice. And already, in the group, you can feel the tears welling up, the laughter bursting out, the emotions flowing. 💞

Then comes the first grounding mantra, chanted up on tiptoe, the whole body reaching upward:

“I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender.”

And in this surrender there is no giving up. On the contrary, there is an active yielding, a full yes, a whole-body yes. 🕊️ This is where the subtle work begins: contracting the thighs, the calves, the buttocks, the abs — the whole body lights up like a conscious string of fairy lights.

The Mantra That Sets You Free

At the heart of the session, one mantra returned again and again, like a breath of the soul:

“With love, I release everything that keeps me from being here and now.”

Each time it resounds, something dissolves. The old voices. The programs that whisper you are not loved, you will be rejected, you must isolate yourself. All those invisible mechanisms that steer our days without our knowing. 🌟

Alexandre insisted: “With love, I release all the programs that want to decide for me.” This is not a fight. It is a transmutation through light. You don’t battle the shadows; you light the candle. 🕯️

Allowing — the Sacred Verb of the Morning

Then came the posture of surrender to life, arms out wide, then hands behind, chest offered to the sky. And a litany, at once gentle and wild, swept through the space:

I allow myself life. I allow myself joy. I allow myself pleasure. I allow myself orgasms. I allow myself ecstasy. I allow myself euphoria. I allow myself fun.

Every “I allow myself” is a door swinging open. 🚪 How many times in your life have you waited for someone else’s permission to fully exist? This morning, the permission comes from within. It returns to you.

And then, in the same momentum, hands on the lower back for an energy healing — sending love to where it pulls, to where it asks. Such a simple gesture, and yet so rare. 💖

Pelvic Circles and the Frog

Next comes the dance of the pelvis. Very gentle circles, then wider and wider, one way, then the other. “I feel good in my feet, good in my pelvis, and it turns,” guides the voice. 🌀 The center of gravity awakens, the sacrum loosens, the hips open to life.

Then the frog — three minutes, each at their own pace. Some hold it, others switch to push-ups, others sit down. Performance isn’t what matters. What matters is staying present with whatever is happening. 🌿

The Elixir: the Heart of the Session

And then comes that moment unique to Yoga Anatman — the elixir. Everyone prepares their cup of chai, sits down, and the hot drink becomes a consecration. ☕

Alexandre invited everyone to connect with all their lives as a yogi, in the mountains, in the caves, in forgotten temples. And from there, slowly, the names began to be spoken. One by one. Valérie, Cathy, Isabelle, François, Guillaume, Alexis, Lilit, Prema, Alexandre, Bernard, Francis, MaHA, Marie-Noël, Sandrine… then Kévin, Anaïs, Baptiste, Margot, Chaktiblou.

With each name, an “I love you”. 💞 Online or in person, it made no difference. Tears flowed. So many tears. Because hearing your name spoken means existing. Because receiving a free, unconditional “I love you” is a medicine the world has forgotten.

“Gratitude for contradicting all the programs that say nobody loves me. I am truly loved, even if they don’t like it.”

The Trio of Charlie’s Angels and the Cosmic Clown

And then, suddenly, laughter swept everything away. 🤣 Cathy in fits, Valérie and Isabelle as partners in crime, Lilit joining the round — Alexandre dubbed the group the trio of Charlie’s Angels, a fond wink to a bygone era, and the giggles rippled across the screens.

The cosmic clown had invited himself in. 🎭 The one who burps, who farts, who laughs at everything, who transmutes through wholeheartedly embraced silliness. “Gratitude for being natural. Gratitude for having friends who understand me.”

And here, a precious teaching: laughter is a sacrament. There is nothing more serious than real laughter. 🌟

The Strap, the Legs, the Tantric Goddess

Lying on the floor, we brought out the straps. The right leg rises, perpendicular, the forearms pull — never the neck. The lower back stays pressed to the floor. “I combine bliss and stretching,” the voice repeats. 💫

Then the movement of the hands behind, sitting on the heels, chest offered — the tantric goddess for women, the tantra master for men. The invitation is clear: welcome sensuality, own it, stop being ashamed. 🦋

Then the left leg’s turn. And in that moment, Alexandre shared one of the most deeply moving sentences of the session:

“I let go of everything, I welcome everything. For I am everything. I am non-localized. And of course, I am not.”

The whole philosophy of the Non-Self is condensed right there. 🙏

The Conscious Walk, Blindfolded

Finally, we stood back up. Blindfold over the eyes, back against a wall or a window to memorize the royal posture, and ten minutes of conscious walking. Keeping the verticality, shoulders slightly back, and letting the body walk all by itself. 🚶

Then, on three, eyes open. And the great revelation:

“The feet don’t need the I to walk. The body doesn’t need the I and the me to walk; it walks all by itself. It does yoga all by itself. It eats all by itself. All you have to do is give the initial intention, and everything happens by itself.”

This is the secret of the coders of reality. ✨ You set the intention — a sweetheart, a professional activity, a sale, a friendship — and you let the subtle forces organize themselves. You welcome. You observe. You no longer step in with the anxious mind. And everything happens by itself.

The Postures of the Session

🧘 Extended Mountain — Urdhva Hastasana
The posture: Standing, feet parallel and firmly rooted in the ground, arches active, head suspended as if by a thread from the crown. The arms rise slowly on the inhale, hands overhead, thumbs hooked. The back stays straight, the shoulder blades stretch upward, and the breath passes through the nose.
Benefits for the body: Lengthens the entire spine, decompresses the lower back, opens the rib cage and improves breathing capacity, stretches the muscles of the sides and shoulders.

🧘 Mountain on Tiptoe — Urdhva Hastasana in Prapadasana
The posture: From Extended Mountain, rise onto your tiptoes, keeping your arms overhead. Engage the calves, thighs, glutes and abs. The gaze stays straight ahead, the back reaching upward.
Benefits for the body: Strengthens the calves and arches, improves balance and proprioception, tones the thighs and core.

🧘 Gentle Backbend — Anuvittasana
The posture: Standing, thumbs hooked above your head, very gently tilt your upper body backward. The movement stays supple, never forced. Then return to an upright position.
Benefits for the body: Opens the chest and solar plexus, stretches the abdominal muscles, makes the thoracic and lumbar spine more supple.

🧘 Standing Forward Fold — Uttanasana
The posture: From standing, fold your upper body forward toward your thighs, hands coming to touch the floor. At first the legs may be bent, then you press into your hands to gradually straighten them.
Benefits for the body: Deeply stretches the backs of the thighs (hamstrings) and the calves, decompresses the spine, soothes the nervous system.

🧘 Half Forward Fold — Ardha Uttanasana
The posture: Hands on the knees, back horizontal, forming a right angle with the legs. On the exhale, you “disappear” into the posture, letting go of everything in the lower back and the backs of the thighs.
Benefits for the body: Lengthens the spine with gentle traction, stretches the hamstrings, strengthens the back muscles.

🧘 Lateral Neck Stretch — Parsva Griva Asana
The posture: Standing with a straight back, tilt your head to the right, then to the left, lifting the crown of your head toward the sky. Awareness stays in both feet and in the stretched neck at the same time.
Benefits for the body: Releases tension in the neck, stretches the upper trapezius, improves circulation to the brain.

🧘 Neck Circles — Griva Chakra
The posture: The chin draws slow circles, first one way, then the other. One foot may lift to engage the whole body. A deep OM accompanies the movement.
Benefits for the body: Mobilizes all the cervical vertebrae, unknots tension in the upper back, stimulates the throat chakra.

🧘 Arms Out Wide — Utthita Hastasana
The posture: Standing, arms stretched out horizontally to each side, you push right and left against “invisible walls.” Feet firmly planted on the ground.
Benefits for the body: Strengthens the deltoids and the stabilizing muscles of the shoulder blades, opens the chest, improves posture.

🧘 Surrender to Life — Reverse Virabhadrasana variation
The posture: From arms out wide, the hands move behind the body, chest offered to the sky, chin slightly lifted. You feel the heart opening.
Benefits for the body: Deeply opens the rib cage and the cardiac plexus, stretches the pectoral muscles, improves breathing.

🧘 Pelvic Circles — Anatman movement
The posture: Standing, hands on the hips or free, the pelvis draws slow circles that grow wider, one way and then the other. The feet stay rooted.
Benefits for the body: Mobilizes the sacroiliac joints and the hips, makes the lumbar spine more supple, stimulates digestion and the vital center.

🧘 Frog — Mandukasana
The posture: Kneeling on the floor, knees spread as wide as possible, ankles in line with the knees, hands or forearms on the floor in front of you. Hold for three minutes.
Benefits for the body: Deeply opens the hips and inner thighs, softens the groin, releases tension in the pelvis.

🧘 Leg Stretch with Strap — Supta Padangusthasana
The posture: Lying on your back, lower back pressed to the floor, a strap around the sole of the foot, raise the straight leg to vertical. The forearms pull on the strap, the neck stays relaxed. The other foot presses lightly into its heel.
Benefits for the body: Deeply stretches the hamstrings, mobilizes the hip, relieves lower-back tension, improves venous circulation.

🧘 Seated Backward Stretch on the Heels — Vajrasana variation
The posture: Sitting on your heels, the hands reach behind and draw the body backward, chest offered to the sky. The “tantric goddess” and the “tantra master” fully embrace their sensuality.
Benefits for the body: Opens the rib cage and the heart, stretches the quadriceps and the belly, improves posture.

🧘 Conscious Walking — Anatman movement
The posture: Standing, back aligned as if against a wall, shoulders slightly back, blindfolded. Walk slowly for ten minutes, listening to the sensations in your body. Then, with eyes open, let the body walk all by itself.
Benefits for the body: Develops proprioception and balance, strengthens the deep stabilizing muscles, anchors correct posture in the body’s memory.

All you have to do is give the initial intention, and everything happens by itself.

I let go of everything, I welcome everything. For I am everything, I am non-localized.

With love, I release everything that keeps me from being here and now.
