This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of October 14, 2026, a morning when something shifted. A morning when silence gave way to laughter, when tears opened the doors to freedom, when every breath became an act of inner revolution.
Picture a room in the early morning ✨. Blindfolds come down over the eyes, the bells ring out, and a momentum builds — that very particular momentum of the We. There is Cathy, Valérie, Isabelle — the divine trio that life placed side by side, as if it could never have been otherwise. There is Guillaume, Préma, Marie, Eric, Francis, Sandrine. And there is you, reading these lines, already invited to the dance.
That morning, Alexandre Anatman had sensed it coming: “I knew what was going to happen when I brought them there. It was written.” 💫 A session that would touch the very heart of what we are: free beings, in a cosmic video game where every expression creates reality.
When the Butterfly Dares to Spread Its Wings
There are mornings when you suddenly realize you have spent years obeying. Fitting the mold. Becoming standardized 🌱. And then one morning, in a yoga studio, something cracks open — gently, lovingly.
That morning of October 14 was one of those mornings. A morning when the mantra “I create my territory” came knocking at the door of the sleepiest cells. A morning when we dared to laugh for no reason, to cry without shame, to exist without permission 🦋.
So breathe. Put on the blindfold. And step with us into a morning that looks strangely like a birth.
The Morning’s Teaching
The heart of this morning fits into one simple, yet bottomless, sentence: “I create my territory. I am my own authority.” The whole of the day’s teaching revolves around these words — an invitation to step out of thousands of years of obedience and into sacred sovereignty 👑.
Alexandre sets the frame right away with the TCR, the Theory of the Creation of Reality. Our physical body is the joystick of a cosmic video game. This is not a playful metaphor — it is a precise spiritual mechanism. “It’s actually this body that is going to order matter, command matter. Through all these bodily expressions — there’s the sacred word, of course, but not only that.” ✨
And this realization widens: animals, cats, dogs, insects — all living beings create their reality through the same mechanism. Bodily expression, positioning, the vibration they give off. Which means: every gesture, every word, every silence sculpts your world.
From this understanding flows the second part of the teaching: the liberation of expression. For thousands of years, systems — patriarchal or matriarchal, family, religious, political — have conditioned beings to obey. To keep quiet. To fit the mold. Alexandre names it with rare courage: “society, families program us, they condition us to obey, really” 🌿.
And he dares the mantra that unties everything: “I lovingly release everything that would have me obey”. Not for the sake of sterile rebellion — for embodied freedom, the kind that allows every being to remain original, unnormalized, unstandardized.
Then comes the love elixir — this chai shared in full awareness, drunk after an individual sound that honors the unique color, fragrance and frequency of each being 🤍. The elixir is not just a drink. It is an act of communion. To drink together is to recognize that each of us is both unique and connected. That the inner revolution is shared cup by cup, breath by breath, laugh by laugh.
Alexandre closes with a prophetic flash: “I realize that maybe my yoga won’t be broadcast in every country in the world. Because obviously, there are systems that don’t allow this kind of mantra.” And right after, he offers: “gratitude for testing all systems, gratitude for stretching all systems” 💫. Yoga Anatman then becomes an act of peace and freedom. A yoga for all those who dare to exist fully.
Finally, the teaching comes full circle with conscious walking and its revelation: the self is a set of automatic systems. Walking, eating, thinking — everything runs on autopilot, programmed since childhood. Becoming an observer of these automatisms is already the beginning of choosing. It is the first gesture of true inner authority 🦋.
Realizations During Yoga Anatman
🎁 This 10-minute excerpt (in French) of the session’s realizations is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.
The session opens on a striking image: a body rising, rising, rising still 💫. Arms to the sky, abs engaged, glutes engaged, tiptoes lifting the whole vertical line. “Oh wow, what strength, what vitality this morning” — and already the tone is set. This will not be a lukewarm session. It will be a session of gentle fire, where every stretch becomes a prayer and every breath becomes a revolution.
Then comes the first mantra, the one that opens every door: “I welcome all my emotions”. And right away, the tears come. No resistance, no holding back. Alexandre guides: “let it cry, there are lots of emotions here”. In Yoga Anatman, tears are not a drama — they are sacred waters 💧 that wash away buried memories.
Then the second mantra, deeper still: “I surrender to my inner yogi”. This is where the shift happens. You are no longer the one doing the yoga. Something within you is doing the yoga, and you become the observer of this dance 🕊️. It is subtle. It is dizzying. It is the gateway to the Non-Self.
“Feel that you are the observer, and that something is doing yoga. It’s no longer you — it is doing yoga.”
Next comes the great realization of the morning, the one that will flow through the whole session: our physical body is the joystick of a cosmic video game. Alexandre unfolds the TCR — the Theory of the Creation of Reality: “it’s actually this body that is going to order matter, command matter”. Our bodily expressions, our sacred words, our postures — everything creates reality ✨. And this mechanism doesn’t only concern humans: cats, dogs, mammals, insects — all living beings create their reality through this same sacred mechanism.
And this is where the session takes an unexpected turn. Alexandre unlocks a portal few dare to open: the revolution of free expression. “I decide to express myself. I have the right to express myself. I express everything that I am.” The mantras rise, rise, rise — and with them, the tears of all the women and all the men who believed they had to stay silent 🌿.
Then arrives the mantra that shakes the foundations: “I create my territory. I am my own authority.” Isabelle struggles with it — it’s “not natural”, she says. Alexandre answers gently: “lower, in the lower chakras, Isabelle — I create my territory”. Cathy reacts strongly. “What a coincidence, Cathy”, Alexandre whispers knowingly. Because he knows: these words touch the memories of the patriarchal system, thousands of years of women being forbidden to dare to claim their authority, their territory, their divinity 👑.
“I lovingly release everything that wants me to believe that women have no right to a territory and an authority.”
The session then becomes a sacred political act. Alexandre dares to name it: patriarchy, matriarchy, Covid and that turning point when “they put the group before the individual”. And in the face of this, he offers a mantra blazing with light: “gratitude for living in a system where the individual takes priority over the group”. Not for selfishness — for embodied freedom, for preserved originality, so that every being stays original, unnormalized, unstandardized 🌟.
Then comes an unexpected surge, almost mystical: “I create my own inner revolution”. Alexandre hears John Lennon’s Imagine arriving in the room like a messenger. He says: “Anatman, the revolution.” And something releases in the air 🕊️. Gratitude for spreading peace. Gratitude for being a free woman. Gratitude for being a free man.
And that is when the miracle happens. Valérie bursts out laughing. So does Cathy. Isabelle joins in. The divine trio — Charlie’s Angels, as Alexandre calls them — laughs until they cry 💞. Yesterday Valérie cried all day; today she is laughing all day. And Alexandre offers the mantra that seals it all: “I lovingly release everything that keeps me from laughing”. If it laughs, it laughs. If it cries, it cries. If it burps, “it’s going in, that’s the chai” ✨.
Then comes the morning Shaktipat — the love elixir, this sacred chai shared in awareness. A simple act, an immense act. Drinking together, honoring one’s own individuality through a sound, a color, a fragrance, a frequency 🤍.
The session continues with conscious walking, which in turn becomes a revelation. Standing flat against a wall, you memorize the perfect posture — tall and straight, as if suspended by a thread from the crown of the head. Then you walk. Like an emperor, an empress. Like a king, a queen 👑. And there, another dizzying realization: “the self is made up of a set of automatic systems”. Walking, eating, but also thinking. Our childhood beliefs run on autopilot. Seeing them is already the beginning of releasing them 🦋.
“I realize that the I, the self, is made up of a set of automatic systems that were created in childhood.”
Finally, walking backwards — stretching the lower back, the pure delight of a body unfolding. Alexandre exclaims, laughing: “Oh, but this is actually blissful. An orgasmic day.” 💫 Yoga Anatman is not austere — it is embodied celebration, a feast of the senses, an honoring of the body-temple.
The Session’s Postures
🧘 Rising Vertical Stretch — Urdhva Hastasana
The posture: Standing, feet grounded, Alexandre guides the arms up toward the sky while engaging the abs and glutes. The body becomes a vertical plank, the heels lift onto tiptoe, the gaze stays straight ahead, fully aware of every sensation.
Benefits for the body: Stretches the lower back and shoulder blades, strengthens the calves, thighs and abdominals, improves overall posture and proprioceptive balance.
🧘 Standing Forward Bend — Uttanasana
The posture: From standing, Alexandre invites you to come down millimeter by millimeter, hands reaching forward, until you touch the floor. The knees bend if needed, then the legs gradually straighten as the hands press into the floor.
Benefits for the body: Deep stretch of the hamstrings and spine, decompression of the lumbar discs, soothing of the nervous system.
🧘 Right-Angle Posture — Ardha Uttanasana
The posture: Hands resting on the knees, back horizontal at a right angle to the legs, head in line with the spine. Slow breathing, letting go a little more with each exhale.
Benefits for the body: Strengthens the back and paraspinal muscles, stretches the hamstrings, gently mobilizes the pelvis.
🧘 Standing Side Bend — Parsva Urdhva Hastasana
The posture: Arms raised, Alexandre guides the bend to the left and then to the right, one arm stretched toward the sky, the other sliding down along the neck for a spontaneous massage of the nape and the back of the skull.
Benefits for the body: Lateral stretch of the spine, loosening of the cervical vertebrae, neck massage, decompression of the sides of the torso.
🧘 Standing Chin Circles — Anatman movement
The posture: Hips shifted slightly back to the left, right heel lifted, the chin draws large circles that carry the whole body along — neck, pelvis, back.
Benefits for the body: Mobilizes the cervical spine, loosens the lower back, releases tension in the jaw and shoulders.
🧘 Backward Surrender Posture — Anuvittasana
The posture: Thumbs hooked behind the back, head tilted slightly back, Alexandre invites you to stretch backward without forcing, adapting to your own flexibility.
Benefits for the body: Opens the rib cage, stretches the chest muscles, gently mobilizes the thoracic vertebrae.
🧘 Pelvic Circles — Anatman movement
The posture: Standing, feet rooted into the floor, the pelvis draws wider and wider circles, first one way and then the other, keeping the back supple.
Benefits for the body: Loosens the hip joints, mobilizes the lower abdomen, stimulates digestion and circulation in the pelvis.
🧘 Frog Posture — Mandukasana
The posture: Squatting, knees wide apart, hands in anjali mudra in front of the heart, back straight, head high. Breath of fire for several minutes.
Benefits for the body: Deep hip opening, strengthens the thighs, activates the digestive fire, mobilizes the perineum.
🧘 Seated Neck Rolls — Anatman movement
The posture: Seated in lotus or cross-legged, back straight, the chin draws wide circles that stretch the whole nape, in both directions.
Benefits for the body: Decompresses the cervical spine, relieves upper-back tension, loosens the trapezius muscles.
🧘 Intermediate Posture Toward Plank — Preparatory Setu Bandhasana
The posture: Seated, arms behind you, hands on the floor, the pelvis gradually rising toward the sky, head relaxed back, breath of fire.
Benefits for the body: Strengthens the arms and shoulders, stretches the front of the body, opens the heart chakra.
🧘 Seated Forward Bend — Paschimottanasana
The posture: Seated with legs extended, soles of the feet touching, back rounding forward, hands catching the feet.
Benefits for the body: Deep stretch of the posterior chain, soothes the nervous system, massages the abdominal organs.
🧘 Butterfly Posture — Baddha Konasana
The posture: Seated, soles of the feet together, hands holding the feet, back straight, head high. The knees rise and fall like a butterfly’s wings.
Benefits for the body: Opens the hips and inner thighs, stimulates circulation in the lower abdomen, mobilizes the sacroiliac joints.
🧘 Vertical Conscious Walking — Anatman movement
The posture: After memorizing the perfect posture flat against a wall, slow walking forward and then backward, barefoot, keeping the sensation of being suspended by a thread from the crown of the head.
Benefits for the body: Complete postural re-education, strengthens the deep muscles, proprioceptive integration, differential stretching of the muscle chains when walking backward.
I lovingly release everything that would have me obey.
The self is made up of a set of automatic systems that were created in childhood.
Gratitude for living in a system where the individual takes priority over the group.
