This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of October 1, 2026, a morning when the body’s delight met the science of the Non-Self, and every stretch became a doorway to the absolute.
Some mornings open like petals. 🌅 On this first day of October in Saint-Nexant, the air is still mild, the unrolled mats welcome the bodies, and somewhere between two breaths, a truth emerges: we are not localized. We never have been.
Around the mat are Cathy, Cécile, Francis, Marie-Noël, Préma, Kella, Valérie, Isabelle, MaHA… and all those who, from the other side of the screen, are breathing with us. ✨ Distance fades away before the practice even begins, because distance never existed.
And then there is that little detail that changes everything: the chai steaming in the cup, the Indian spices releasing their age-old mystery, and already the body knows that something great is about to unfold. 🌿
The Sacred Joystick
Imagine for a moment that your body is a game controller. Not a poetic metaphor — a technical reality. This is the image that runs through the session like a golden thread: “The interface, the controller you use to play in the game, is your physical body.”
And with this controller, everything becomes possible: dancing, speaking, ordering matter, drawing closer or moving away, creating spaces where there were none. 💫 The body is no longer a prison. It becomes the most precious tool of the magician that you are.
So this morning, we are going to learn how to hold this controller. To massage it, to stretch it, to love it. Because it is what will take you wherever you decide to go. 🦋
The Morning’s Teaching
After the frog, after the effort and the release, comes chai time. The Indian spices release their age-old magic into the steaming cup. 🌿 And it is in this suspended moment that the central teaching emerges.
“I lovingly release the programs, memories, habits, conditionings, everything that would have me believe that the divine, that God, is outside of me.” Then comes the declaration that shakes every edifice: “I realize that God is me. I realize that God is us. I realize that we are one.”
Then Alexandre unfolds the great image of the session: the Theory of the Creation of Reality. We are in a video game. Our body is the joystick. And the question becomes radically simple: what am I expressing? Because what I express is what creates my reality.
“If I express too much of the absolute, acting as if my relative self didn’t exist, that’s what will happen. What if I balanced the two?”
And here is the mantra that opens up an entire dimension: “I create space within me to welcome my human needs.” A space for affection. A space for tenderness. A space for sensuality. A space for sexuality. ✨ We are non-localized, so there is no space by default — it is we who create the spaces in which we choose to live.
“The creator of the space, I am.” This sentence changes everything. It turns the educational, scientific and philosophical perspective upside down. At school, no one told us we were non-localized — “we’ll have to wait a few thousand years for that,” Alexandre smiles. But here and now, we can realize it.
Then comes the elixir in the cup. Warmth, spices, honey. And the reminder of the mirror: “Every time you say I love you, you receive exactly one I love you in return. It’s mathematical.” 💖 Everything you send out comes back like a boomerang — sometimes very quickly, depending on your level of consciousness.
But beware of a misunderstanding: this is not about loving everything. It is about deciding what I like and what I don’t — that is relative identity. “I welcome everything” does not mean putting up with everything. It means: within my safe space, within what I have chosen to live, I welcome everything. Discernment remains king. 🕊️
And then this beautiful agricultural image: Einstein’s compound interest, a million Chinese people with buckets making a mountain disappear, the farmer who sows for thirty years. “It’s the cumulative effect.” A tenth of a millimeter of flexibility a day, and after a year, the body is transformed. 🌱 Magic is patient.
Realizations During Yoga Anatman
🎁 This 10-minute excerpt of the session’s realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.
The session opens with this mantra, which resounds like a seal: “I surrender to my inner yogi.” Then comes the massage of the cheeks and jaws — those areas where, without our knowing it, so many held-back words and swallowed smiles lodge. 🌿 Already, something settles.
The hands rise, the thumbs hook together, the body leans slightly back and then returns to vertical. And then this phrase that makes everyone smile: “The stiffer I am, the easier it is.” The whole philosophy of the morning is contained in these few words. 💫 Whoever resists finds their structure. Whoever struggles discovers their spine.
“I allow myself the delight of the stretch, I allow myself.”
Then the blindfold comes down over the eyes, and the inner world opens. The arms bend in an arc, the hands massage the back of the neck, the thumb kneads the cervical vertebrae. And this essential reminder: “I surrender to my inner masseur.” There is no one left. Only the second brain, the one that knows, the one that removes tensions without needing any explanation.
The chin draws large circles, first in one direction, then in the other. It isn’t the head that turns — it is the whole upper body that stretches, opens, releases. 🕊️ Tensions at the back of the skull appear, then melt away under the circular movements.
And then comes the territorial mantra, a sound that anchors identity in the feet: “Ah!” A sound that says I am here, this is my space, I inhabit it. Philippe struggles to find it, his breath runs short. Alexandre smiles: “Yoga every day for three months, Philippe.” The master’s kindness is never indulgent — it shows the way.
“I’m the one who decides now. I lovingly release all the programs that get tired before I do.”
Then comes the posture of surrender, back arched over the mat, with a magnificent mantra: “To life, I love you.” 💖 And this touching variation: “To this beautiful video game, I love you.” The hands go to the lower back, become suns, warm up, already weep. An energy healing given to oneself, by oneself, from oneself.
The Five Tibetans, the body stretching forward, the hands pushing toward the floor, the shoulder blades opening. “I associate delight with stretching, I associate.” The whole alchemy of Yoga Anatman is here: transforming effort into pleasure, constraint into celebration. 🌟
Then the hip circles, large, ample, sensual. One after another, the senses multiply — hyperesthesia, says Alexandre. The body becomes an instrument of infinite delight. “I welcome my sensuality, I welcome.” ✨ And the mantra that follows, deeply moving: “To my physical body, I love you. Oh, you are beautiful. I’m crazy about you.”
Then comes the frog (Mandukasana): squatting, back straight, breath of fire (Kapalabhati) setting the belly ablaze. Three minutes that feel like three hours, then lying down on the belly: “I disappear.” 🦋 Maximum effort always precedes maximum release — that is the secret of tantra.
And then this technical revelation that few people know: when the body trembles during the postures, especially with the legs in the air, it is a reorganization of the nervous system. Idâ and Pingalâ come into balance, Sushumna opens, the central channel becomes available. Kundalini can rise. 💫
“The more I let myself tremble, the more I teach my nervous system to receive more energy, more Kundalini, more Shakti.”
The legs rise toward the sky, one and then the other, the forearms pull, the neck stays supple. The lower back trembles. The left foot, suddenly, stops trembling — a sign that balance has been reached. “That’s very rare here,” Alexandre smiles. The moment is sacred.
Then the toes, one by one, gently pulled. The big toe, the second, the third, the fourth — the one that is “stuck between the big toe and the other one” — and the little one. “How many times in this life have you said I love you to your toes?” 💞 The question disarms. Laughter rises. The obvious sinks in: we ignore whole parts of ourselves.
Finally, the mindful walk, inherited from François’s ten years with Thich Nhat Hanh. 🙏 Standing tall, suspended by a thread above the head, like a puppet, like Cleopatra. And the magic word: “Walk.” Not to go anywhere. Walking as a goal in itself. Hugs happen at random, Isabelle laughs, paradise reveals itself on a yoga mat.
The Session’s Postures
🧘 Cheek and Jaw Massage — Mukha Marma
The posture: Sitting upright, the hands massage the cheeks and jaws with circular movements. Breathing stays nasal and deep, and exhaling through the mouth releases the tension built up in the face.
Benefits for the body: Relaxes the chewing muscles, releases tension in the jaw, improves blood circulation in the face.
🧘 Vertical Stretch with Hooked Thumbs — Urdhva Hastasana
The posture: Standing with feet anchored, the arms rise above the head, thumbs hooked together. Tighten the thighs, abdominals and glutes, and rise onto the tips of the toes, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. The gaze stays straight ahead.
Benefits for the body: Full stretch of the spine, strengthens the calves, tones the core.
🧘 Standing Forward Bend — Uttanasana
The posture: Standing, the torso slowly lowers onto the thighs, the hands touch the floor, the knees may be slightly bent. With each exhalation, push the hands toward the floor and gradually straighten the legs.
Benefits for the body: Stretches the hamstrings, loosens the lower back, decompresses the lumbar vertebrae.
🧘 Seated Staff Pose — Dandasana
The posture: Sitting on the floor, legs stretched out in front, hands resting on the knees, back very straight. Deep breathing through the nose allows a moment of active recovery.
Benefits for the body: Strengthens the back, stretches the legs, improves seated posture.
🧘 Standing Side Bend — Standing Parsva Konasana
The posture: One arm rises above the head, the body leans sideways in an arc, the opposite heel may lift. The other hand rests on the hip. Then the elbow of the raised arm bends, and the hand comes to massage the back of the neck.
Benefits for the body: Stretches the sides, opens the rib cage, releases the neck.
🧘 Chin Circles — Griva Chakra
The posture: Standing, the chin draws large circles, lowering down to the sternum and rising up the sides to the back. The whole upper body accompanies the movement.
Benefits for the body: Flexibility of the neck, relaxes the trapezius, better circulation to the head.
🧘 Surrender Posture with Backbend — Setu, Anatman variation
The posture: Arms spread wide, lean slightly back, the back opens, the chest arches, in a posture of total surrender to life.
Benefits for the body: Opens the heart, stretches the pectorals, stretches the spine.
🧘 Five Tibetans Posture — Deep Bend
The posture: Lean back and then come back, rolling up vertebra by vertebra from the lower back, arms extended, a full stretch of the posterior chain.
Benefits for the body: Full mobilization of the spine, overall vitality, energetic stimulation.
🧘 Hip Circles — Kati Chakrasana
The posture: Standing, hands on the hips, the pelvis draws large circles, first in one direction and then the other, keeping the feet firmly anchored.
Benefits for the body: Lumbar flexibility, hip mobility, stimulation of the second chakra.
🧘 The Frog — Mandukasana
The posture: Squatting, hands on the floor, back and head very straight, gaze straight ahead. Practice the breath of fire (Kapalabhati): the air comes in naturally, and you exhale rhythmically through the nose.
Benefits for the body: Strengthens the thighs and ankles, massages the digestive organs, deep oxygenation.
🧘 Prone Posture — Advasana
The posture: Lying on the belly, arms alongside the body or under the forehead, total release, natural breathing.
Benefits for the body: Decompresses the back, brings calm, regulates the nervous system.
🧘 Alternating Leg Raise — Urdhva Prasarita Padasana
The posture: Lying on the back, lower back pressed firmly to the floor, neck relaxed. One leg rises toward the perpendicular, the forearms gently pull it toward you, the other leg stays anchored to the floor, heel pressing down.
Benefits for the body: Stretches the hamstrings, strengthens the abdominal wall, loosens the lower back.
🧘 Toe Stretching and Mobilization — Pada Sanchalanasana
The posture: Lying on the back, knees bent toward the chest, each toe is taken and gently pulled one by one.
Benefits for the body: Toe mobility, preparation for mindful walking, reflex stimulation of the foot zones.
🧘 Mindful Walking — Anatman Movement
The posture: Standing, suspended by an imaginary thread above the skull, shoulders slightly back, the body walks slowly, in full presence, first blindfolded and then with eyes open.
Benefits for the body: Postural alignment, grounding, integration of the meditative state into everyday movement.
I allow myself the delight of the stretch, I allow myself.
I realize that God is me. I realize that God is us. I realize that we are one.
