Yoga Anatman: The sacred word that shapes your reality

Yoga Anatman: The sacred word that shapes your reality

This article is a synthesis of the Yoga Anatman session of October 2, 2026, a morning when the breath met the word, and the word met the universe.

There are mornings when everything turns on a single sentence. A sentence that seems simple, almost too simple, and yet opens an inner door you never suspected was there. ✨ The morning of October 2 was one of those.

Alexandre Anatman invited us to realize something deeply moving: your reality is the consequence of your expression. Not a slogan. A mechanism. A technical manual for the video game we are all playing, often without knowing it. 🌱

And while the frog pose stretched on, while the pelvis traced tantric circles, while the bliss of stretching awakened vertebra by vertebra, a certainty rose like the dawn: the universe is listening to you. Constantly. In real time. 💫

What if the universe were in love with you?

It is a question we hardly dare to ask. Too big. Too beautiful. Too vulnerable. And yet Alexandre asked it this morning with disarming gentleness: “The universe loves you, not because it belongs to this or that religion, but because, technically, it cannot do otherwise.” 🕊️

For you are its creation. And the absolute welcomes all its creations, without exception, without condition, without judgment. Even the ones who doubt. Even the ones who weep. Even the ones who, on this rainy morning, finally let flow what had long been asking to pour out.

It is from this reconciliation of the absolute and the relative that the day’s teaching was born. And it is at this precise place — where the sacred word meets the heart — that we are about to enter. 💖

The morning teaching

There are mornings when the teaching arrives as something obvious, and yet turns everything upside down. On this October 2, Alexandre offered us a central piece of the Theory of the Creation of Reality (TCR): the mechanics of the word, of intention, and of echo-observation. ✨

The reconciliation elixir — absolute and relative — was the common thread. We held our warm cup of chai in our hands, and Alexandre invited us to inform that cup with our vibration, with our intentions. 🌿 For in Yoga Anatman, drinking is never trivial: it is an act of creation.

“I release in love everything that keeps me from welcoming within me, in my heart, two opposite positions.”

This elixir works at a very deep layer: the ability to hold two opposing truths together without breaking. Advaita lived, not thought. The absolute and the relative reconciled at last in the same breath. 💫

Then Alexandre unfolded the mechanics of the sacred word. Your reality is the result of your expression. Not of your thoughts alone, not of your will alone — of your expression. What you say, what you put into words, what you let come out of your mouth. 🌅

Why must our word be impeccable, as the Toltec agreements say? Alexandre gave the technical answer: “because the universe is listening to you and will do what you say”. You are the player. Everything you put into words is taken at face value. 💞

Hence the immense trap for those who let their programs speak for them. It is no longer they who create — it is their old wounds, their family loyalties, their inherited fears. And that is where life goes off the rails.

But the good news is that you can change your expression right now. Alexandre offered us three sovereign mantras:

🙏 “I allow myself to command the universe, I allow myself.”
🙏 “I allow myself to express what I want, I allow myself.”
🙏 “I am open to the idea that the universe is more intelligent than I am.”

And then this luminous image: we are in a video game. The interface is not the keyboard — it is your physical body. Your emotions and bodily sensations are the game’s feedback. And your word is your controller. 🦋

The teaching closed with an invitation: observe the gap between what you believe you are expressing and what your reality reflects back to you. That gap is echo-observation. It is the most honest mirror life can hold up to you. And it is the work of the weeks to come. 🌟

Realizations during Yoga Anatman

🎁 This 10-minute excerpt of the session’s realizations (in French) is offered to you by ANATMAN TV.

The session opened with a ritual that has become sacred: awareness brought down into the feet, slowly, millimeter by millimeter. 🌿 “I really feel my feet, I feel, I feel, I feel, I surrender.” It was not a sentence. It was an incantation. A way of telling the universe: I am here, I am present, I am arriving.

Then came the opening mantra, the one that sets the tone for everything that follows: “I welcome all my emotions, I welcome.” Spoken with the group, repeated, embodied. For here, nothing is pushed down. 💞 Everything comes in. The tears that rise, the joys that burst forth, the fragilities that tremble.

“I surrender to my inner yogi, I surrender.”

Alexandre spoke this mantra while massaging his cheeks, in that simple and tender gesture of a yogi receiving himself. To surrender to one’s inner masseur, to one’s inner yogi — the way one might entrust one’s weariness to hands larger than one’s own. ✨

The arms rose, the heels lifted onto tiptoe, and the celebration began. “It’s a party, there’s laughter, there’s joy. Gratitude for being together.” The bliss of stretching — a word that might shock and yet says it all — spread through the shoulder blades, the lower back, every fiber that was asking to open. 🌟

Alexandre reminded us that the previous day’s practice still lived in the body: “I stayed in yesterday’s yoga. There’s still bliss there.” Yoga never ends. It infuses. It keeps working silently in the tissues, in the cells, in the memories.

The bliss of stretching: a tantric mantra

Then came this revelation, which deserves to be underlined: “I associate bliss and stretching, I surrender to bliss and to stretching.” 🦋 A tantric mantra at the heart of the practice. For when the spine stretches in every direction, a kind of hyperesthesia occurs — all the senses are amplified. And amplified senses mean more presence. More life. More consciousness.

This is not only for yoga, Alexandre explained. It is a key for all of life: associating what stretches within you — your limits, your discomforts, your growth — with the bliss of being alive. 💫

The turning pelvis, the bursting forth of tantra

The wide pelvic circles opened something. “Oh my, oh my, that’s tantra. It creates bliss everywhere.” Knees bent, each at their own rhythm, a fragile and joyful balance. Everyone at their own pace, yet together in the circular movement that awakens the hips, the sacrum, the center.

The sovereign territorial OM

Then came the moment of the sovereign territorial OM. 🙏 That particular sound Alexandre invites us to place in space, to open the throat chakra, to dare the sacred word. For the whole of the day’s teaching rested on this truth: your voice is your power. Voicing your power, voicing your sovereignty — it begins with the voice, with expression. 🌅

“To life, I love you. To video games, I love you. Gratitude for having a self, gratitude for having a life, gratitude.”

Caring for the lower back

Hands on the lower back, imagined as filled with love, coming to warm this area that carries so much weight, so many memories. 💖 “Let the tears come, I welcome all emotions, I welcome.” And tears came. In the virtual room, on the mats, in the hearts. For the lower back is often the silent keeper of our old survival strategies.

The frog: four minutes of inner fire

And then the frog — that pose of intensity, of deep breathing, of surrender. Four minutes today, a little longer than usual. A training. An invitation to stay right where it burns, to keep breathing, to embody gentle perseverance. 🌱

The sacred command: disappear

Then, lying on the belly, this command so simple and so powerful: disappear. “I give the command to disappear, to let go of everything.” ✨ Not fainting. Not running away. Disappearing — as an intention, as at the end of walking yoga. Melting into the mat, letting the “I” fade for a moment so that the Non-Self can breathe.

The Taoist symbol: welcoming opposites

In the seated position, the teaching deepened. Advaita — non-duality — was named. Not as an abstract concept, but as a concrete practice: welcoming within yourself two opposite positions. 🕊️

“I’m hot, I’m crying and I’m laughing. I love and I don’t love, too. It’s right and it’s not right.” Two simultaneous truths. Two perspectives that don’t cancel each other out but add up. This is the Taoist symbol, alive. This is the end of the inner war. 💞

“I welcome all the opposing ideas within me, I welcome. And I don’t take it personally.”

The definition of the absolute

Then Alexandre offered a definition that will stay with us: the absolute is the welcome of all positions, of all stances. Each one is relative, but added together, they form the absolute. 🌟 “The absolute agrees with all eight billion inhabitants, even when they are at war.”

And this other, overwhelming realization: the universe loves you because it is not in self-denial. It accepts everything it is. It welcomes all its creations. And you are one of them. 💖

The mantra of sacred command

Then came the mantras of the sovereign word: “I allow myself to command the universe, I allow myself. I allow myself to express what I want, I allow myself.” 🌿 For your word must be impeccable — not for a moral reason, but for a technical one: the universe is listening to you and does what you say.
