• Checkup to determine the general state of your health,
• Interview and discussion of the physical, environmental, mental, and spiritual aspects of your life.

You will then be given a personalized program to follow based on your needs.

Infinite Love’s Introductory Program:

• 3 hours of introduction to Yoga
• 2 hours of introduction to meditation
• 3 hours of Ayurvedic massage
• 3 hours of relaxing energy work
